本发明技术方案涉及带传动技术领域,特别涉及同步带。
背景技术
常规带传动的形式很多,其中较为特殊的为相交轴传动及平行轴多从动轮传动,相交轴传动一般采用平带或圆形带,中间有导轮过渡,但平带及圆形带易打滑,影响传动效率,多从动轮传动一般采用平带、双面V带或圆形带,但平带及圆形带易打滑,双面V带曲挠性差,影响传动效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:发明一种适用于平行轴、相交轴、交错轴及多从动轮传动的同步带,克服常规传动带的缺陷,提高传动效率。
根据上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种同步带,它的基体形状为圆形长条环状,其特征在于:该同步带上设有连续按序排列的凸齿,其横截面为圆环形,其纵剖面为双面齿条形。
根据上述基本技术方案,与所述的同步带相啮配的带轮上设有相应的凹齿槽。
对照现有技术,本发明的优点及有益效果:
本发明同步带可广泛用于平行轴、相交轴、交错轴及多从动轮传动,其传动比恒定,传动平稳柔软,噪声低,传动效率较高。

具体实施方式
结合图1、图2,一种同步带,它的基体形状为圆形长条环状,该同步带1上设有连续按序排列的凸齿2,其横截面为圆环形,其纵剖面为双面齿条形。
结合图3,为本实施例相交轴及交错轴混合传动示意图,在图中,主动带轮5与从动带轮6和导轮或张紧轮3之间通过同步带1传递动力,其中,主动带轮5与从动带轮6之间属相交轴传动,主动带轮5与导轮或张紧轮3之间属交错轴传动,由于同步带1上设有凸齿2,主动带轮5与从动带轮6和导轮或张紧轮3上设有与同步带1相啮配的凹齿槽4,它们之间传动时不会打滑;由于该同步带1的基体形状为圆形,所以可以根据带轮的安装位置任意改变传动方向,不影响同步带的使用干涉,其传动比恒定,传动平稳柔软,噪声低,传动效率较高。

1.一种同步带,它的基体形状为圆形长条环状,其特征在于:该同步带(1)上设有连续按序排列的凸齿(2),其横截面为圆环形,其纵剖面为双面齿条形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的同步带,其特征在于:与所述的同步带(1)相啮配的带轮上设有相应的凹齿槽(4)。
