Abstract
本发明公开了一种被设计成容易从腔,例如食道、血管或其它人体器官中取出而不进行外科手术的支架。本发明的支架包括按照圆筒形状形成并具有弹力的弹性体单元以及与弹性体单元结合或被涂覆在弹性体单元上的覆盖单元。覆盖单元包括与弹性体单元的端部分开的延伸部分。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种支架。更具体地讲,本发明涉及一种被设计为能够容易地从腔(例如血管或其它人体器官)中取出而不进行外科手术的支架。
背景技术
由于在管道(tract)或血管中出现的良性或恶性疾病,当体液或血液不能有效地沿着血管、胃肠道、胆道等流动时,通过在X射线的照射下将支架***管道或血管中狭窄的部分或被阻塞的部分以使体液或血液正常流动。如图6所示,支架包括弹性体单元101和覆盖弹性体单元101的覆盖单元103。弹性体单元101由互相连接的细长的弹性构件按照圆筒形状形成。为了扩大已变窄的腔,弹性体单元101在圆筒形弹性体单元101的径向上是可收缩和可膨胀的。当需要使支架用作人体的腔或需要防止生长的病变(grown lesion)进入到支架的内部时,覆盖单元103通过将合成树脂材料涂覆到弹性体单元101上或与弹性体单元101结合形成。具体地讲,为了容易地从人体的腔取出支架,将连接线设置在弹性体单元101的端部。设置连接线可使弹性体单元101的端部互相连接。连接线105被设计成当连接线105的一部分被支架取出装置拉出时,使弹性体单元101的端部朝着圆筒形支架的中心轴会聚。因此,支架收缩而具有减小的直径,从而被支架取出装置容易地从腔中取出。
用于使支架收缩到相对小的直径的连接线105在其连接到弹性体单元101处穿过覆盖单元103。也就是说,由于弹性体单元101和覆盖单元103在支架的端部互相一体地结合,所以在覆盖单元103中设置通孔103a,以将连接线105连接到弹性体单元101。根据现有技术,当支架被***人体的腔中时,腔或病变(例如肿瘤)会生长或变形,因此通过为连接线105形成的通孔103a渗透到覆盖单元103内。因此,当需要取出支架时,需要外科手术,否则不能容易地将支架取出。
在该背景部分公开的上述信息仅用于加强对本发明的背景的理解,因此其含有不形成在该国家对于本领域的普通技术人员来说已经公知的现有技术的信息。
发明内容
技术问题
努力提出本发明以解决上述问题。本发明的一个目的在于提供一种被设计为通过被涂覆到弹性体单元上或与弹性体单元结合的覆盖单元的改进的结合结构能够被容易地从人体的腔中取出的支架。
技术方案
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种通过防止生长的病变穿过形成于覆盖单元中的通孔可容易地从人体的腔中取出的支架。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种支架,该支架包括按照圆筒形形成并具有弹力的弹性体单元以及与弹性体单元结合或涂覆在弹性体单元上的覆盖单元,覆盖单元具有与弹性体单元的端部分开的延伸部分。
优选地,延伸部分可延伸超过弹性体单元的端部。
优选地,连接线可结合到弹性体单元的端部以使弹性体单元收缩。
优选地,弹性体单元可通过按照网格形状结构缠绕具有弹力的弹性构件形成。
优选地,覆盖单元和延伸部分可由合成树脂材料或高聚化合物形成。
本发明还提供一种支架,该支架包括:弹性体单元,按照圆筒形形成并具有弹力;覆盖单元,与弹性体单元结合;连接线,结合到弹性体单元的端部以使弹性体单元收缩;其中,覆盖单元的外圆周涂覆有由病变生长抑制物质形成的涂覆层或者覆盖单元含有病变生长抑制物质。
优选地,病变生长抑制物质可包括紫杉醇或多烯紫杉醇。

图1是根据本发明的第一示例性实施例的支架的透视图。本发明第一示例性实施例的支架包括圆筒形弹性体单元1和涂覆在弹性体单元1或与弹性体单元1结合的覆盖单元3。弹性体单元1通过以预定的间隔重复地缠绕一条细长的弹性构件按照圆筒形形成。然而,弹性体单元1不限于上述结构。即,能够被***人体的腔(例如食道或血管)中以允许体液有效地沿着其流动的任何结构都可适用于本发明。
覆盖单元3通过将相对柔软的合成树脂材料涂覆或结合到弹性体单元1的外圆周上形成。覆盖单元3防止生长或变形的腔或病变进入弹性体单元1的孔内。当人体的腔由于病变而变窄时,覆盖单元3用作使体液可沿着其有效地流动的通道。覆盖单元3可通过将合成树脂材料涂覆到弹性体单元1的外圆周表面上形成,或者可按照由合成树脂或高聚化合物(highly polymerizedcompound)形成的单独的构件的形式设置,并且是圆筒形的,以环绕着弹性体单元1被***。覆盖单元3包括延伸超过弹性体单元1的对应的相对的端部预定距离D2(见图3)的延伸端部5和6。延伸端部5和6在弹性体单元1的相对的端部的局部可不与弹性体单元1结合,而是环绕着弹性体单元1的相对的端部的外圆周设置。即,如图2所示,延伸部分5(为了描述方便仅显示一个)不与弹性体单元1的对应的端部结合,而是与该对应的端部分开预定的距离D1。在图2和图3中,虽然延伸部分5和弹性体单元1的对应的端部互相分开预定的间隔D1,但本发明不限于该示例性实施例。即,只要延伸端部5被设置为不与弹性体单元1的对应的端部结合,就能实现本发明的目的。
同时,弹性体单元1的端部可由被弯曲并具有峰和谷的细长的弹性构件形成。连接线7和8(见图3)被设置在弹性体单元1的端部的峰上以通过使支架收缩而将支架从腔中取出。连接线7和8按照适于使弹性体单元1收缩并利用支架取出装置取出支架的传统结构形成。连接线7和8仅连接到弹性体单元1,但与覆盖单元3的延伸部分5和6分开。即,连接线7和8被构造成不穿过覆盖单元3。因此,在覆盖单元3和延伸部分5中不形成生长的腔或变形的病变会穿过其穿透覆盖单元3的通孔。在本发明的该示例性实施例中,虽然支架被设计成具有结构相同的相对的端部,但是本发明不限于这种构造。即,上述示例性实施例可仅适用于支架的相对的端部中的一端。然而,当延伸部分5和6同样应用于支架的对应的相对的端部时,当支架的设置位置改变时,取出支架变得容易。

根据本发明的示例性实施例,由于在覆盖单元3的延伸部分5和6中没有连接线7和8穿过的通孔,所以可防止生长的腔或变形的病变渗透到覆盖单元3的内部。因此,当使用支架取出装置拉动连接线7或8以取出支架时,弹性体单元1的端部收缩,从而容易地取出支架。为了实现支架取出方法,可同样使用传统的方法和装置。因此,根据本发明的示例性实施例,由于可容易地取出支架而不进行外科手术,所以可节省手术费用并且病人可在取出支架之后快速地康复。
图4是根据本发明的第二示例性实施例的支架的视图。与第一示例性实施例的支架相似,本发明的第二示例性实施例的支架包括弹性体单元1、覆盖单元3和连接线7(仅显示一个)。弹性体单元1、覆盖单元3和连接线7按照传统结构形成。覆盖单元3可涂覆有或含有紫杉醇(paclitaxel)或多烯紫杉醇(docetaxel),紫杉醇或多烯紫杉醇是公知的肿瘤抑制物质。即,在覆盖单元3的外圆周上可形成肿瘤抑制物质涂覆层21。可选地,如图5所示,覆盖单元可由与肿瘤抑制物质混合的材料形成。即,图4的示例性实施例的支架还包括形成在覆盖单元3的外圆周上的肿瘤抑制物质涂覆层21。图5的示例性实施例的支架具有由与肿瘤抑制物质混合的材料形成的涂覆单元3。当第二示例性实施例的支架被设置为紧密地接触病变时,肿瘤抑制物质药理学地作用于病变(例如肿瘤)上,因此病变的生长可被抑制。因此,根据第二示例性实施例的支架,即使当病变生长时,也可防止生长的病变通过在支架上形成的孔渗透,因此支架可随时被容易地取出。根据第二实施例,本发明的目的可用更加简单的结构实现。
有益效果
通过提供一种当如上所述的支架被***人体的腔中时可防止生长的病变渗透到覆盖单元的延伸部分内的结构,支架可被容易地取出而不进行外科手术。此外,由于覆盖单元药理学地作用于病变(例如肿瘤)上,所以病变的生长可被抑制,因此可保持支架的安装状态。因此,被***人体的腔中的支架可容易从腔中取出。
工业应用
本发明的支架可被用作当在血管、胃肠道、胆道等中存在异常时可被使用的医疗器械。
Claims (7)
1、一种支架,包括:
弹性体单元,按照圆筒形形成并具有弹力;
覆盖单元,与弹性体单元结合以防止人体的组织渗透到弹性体单元的内部,
其中,覆盖单元包括与弹性体单元的端部分开的延伸部分,连接线结合到弹性体单元的端部以使弹性体单元收缩。
2、如权利要求1所述的支架,其中,延伸部分延伸超过弹性体单元的端部。
3、如权利要求1所述的支架,其中,弹性体单元通过按照网状结构缠绕具有弹力的弹性构件形成。
4、如权利要求1所述的支架,其中,覆盖单元和延伸部分由合成树脂材料或高聚化合物形成。
5、如权利要求1所述的支架,其中,延伸部分设置在覆盖单元的两端的每一端。
6、一种支架,包括:
弹性体单元,按照圆筒形形成并具有弹力;
覆盖单元,与弹性体单元结合;
连接线,结合到弹性体单元的端部以使弹性体单元收缩;
其中,覆盖单元的外圆周涂覆有由病变生长抑制物质形成的涂覆层或者覆盖单元含有病变生长抑制物质。
7、如权利要求6所述的支架,其中,病变生长抑制物质包括紫杉醇或多烯紫杉醇。
