在三塔或更多塔***中(即当用于氮氧分离的蒸馏塔***具有一个高压塔、一个中压塔和一个低压塔时,这些塔在不同的压力下工作),第一分流可以至少部分地被导入到高压塔中并且第二分流至少部分地被导入到中压塔和/或低压塔中。
在很多情况下有利的是,第一空气流在第一再压缩机的上游并且第一空气流在第二再压缩机的下游处于间接的热交换。在此,该第一空气流在第一再压缩机前面被加热并且在第二再压缩机后面又被冷却。由此,该第一空气流以一个温度进入到主换热器中,该温度低于第二再压缩机之后或者其再冷却器之后的温度。典型的方式是,该温度差为1-10K、优选为2-5K。由此,产品流能够以更低的温度从主换热器中排出,这对于空气的预冷和用于净化空气的分子筛的冷却具有有利的影响。
替代或附加地,使用传统的中间冷却器或再冷却器,其通过与一种外部的冷媒、例如冷却水的间接热交换将在所述再压缩机中出现的压缩热(Kompression)排出。在此,可以使用一个或两个再冷却器,其方式是仅仅第一再压缩机、仅仅第二再压缩机或者两个再压缩机各具有一个再冷却器。原则上也可能的是,完全放弃再冷却器和上述的间接热交换。但是,通常至少第一再压缩机具有一个再冷却器(中间冷却器)。
本发明还涉及一种如权利要求9所述的、用于低温分离空气的装置。

具体实施方式
在图1的实施例中,大气空气作为主空气流经由管路1被一个空气压缩机2吸入、在那里被压缩到10至30巴、优选大约19巴的第一压力、在一个预冷却器3中被冷却到大约环境温度并且被供入到一个吸附式空气净化装置4。被净化后的主空气流5在6处分支为一个第一空气流7和一个第二空气流8。
第一空气流在一个升压换热器9中被加热到大约冷却水温度并且在一个第一再压缩机10中被压缩到15-60巴、优选25巴的中间压力。接着,压缩热至少部分地在一个第一再冷却器11中被取出。然后,第一空气流12在一个第二再压缩机13中被进一步压缩到22-90巴、优选大约40巴的最终压力并且接着在一个第二再冷却器14和所述升压换热器9中被加热到大约超过冷却水温度。第一空气流15在该最终温度下进入到一个主换热器16中并且在那里被冷却和液化、例如(在超临界压力时)伪液化。冷的第一空气流17被减压到4-10巴、优选大约6巴的压力(其方式是例如在一个节流阀18中)并且在该压力下至少部分地液态地经由管路19导入到一个用于氮氧分离的蒸馏塔***的高压塔21中,该蒸馏塔***还具有一个低压塔22、一个未示出的冷凝蒸发器和一个过冷却逆流换热器23。
第二空气流8不被再压缩。该第二空气流在所述第一压力下被导入到主换热器16中并且在那里被冷却到125-200K、优选大约140K的中间温度。该第二空气流在该中间温度下被分支为两个分流24、27并且其在两个并联连接的涡轮25、28中遭受做功式减压,这两个分流被减压到大约高压塔21的工作压力。这两个被减压了的分流26、29再次汇合并且经由管路30基本上以气态被导入到高压塔21中。
氧31作为“液态产品流”被从所述用于氮氧分离的蒸馏塔***20的低压塔22中直接地或者经由一个液箱取出、通过泵32在液态下被置于一个增高的、4-70巴、优选大约40巴的压力。在该增高的压力下,液态或者超临界的氧33在主换热器16中通过与所述第一空气流的间接热交换被蒸发或者伪蒸发并且被加热到大约环境温度。最后,所述氧作为气态的产品流34被取走。从所述用于氮氧分离的蒸馏塔***20中可以经由主换热器取出一个或更多个另外的产品或者剩余流35。附加或者替代图中所示的氧内压缩地,也能够以类似的方式对来自主冷凝器或者来自所述用于氮氧分离的蒸馏塔***20的高压塔的氮进行内压缩。
在图1的实施例中,第一涡轮25和第一再压缩机10以及第二涡轮28和第二再压缩机13经由各一个共同的轴以成对的方式机械耦联。
升压换热器9和再冷却器14是可选的。它们可以个别地或者全部被取消。
图2示出一种实施例,其包括两个相对于图1的方法变型的方案。这两种方案可以彼此无关地应用。相同的或类似的方法步骤带有与图1类似的参考标号。
第一变型方案涉及第二涡轮28的出口压力。该出口压力在此被减压到1.2-4巴、优选大约1.4巴,即大致等于低压塔22的工作压力。被减压了的再分流129接着被吹入到低压塔中。所述两个涡轮25、28的入口压力仍与以前相同,入口温度可以保持相同或者不同。
在一个第二变型方案中,第二再压缩机113被构造为冷压缩机。因此,第一空气流12a、12b、12c已经在所述中间压力下被导入到主换热器16中并且在一个120-180K、优选大约48K的第二中间温度下又被从该主换热器16中取走。该第二中间温度可以小于或等于所述涡轮25、28的入口温度,优选该第二中间温度(与图中所示相反地)更高。在冷压缩机113的下游,第二空气流115在一个第三中间温度下(该第三温度高于涡轮入口温度并且为140-220K、优选大约180K)又被导入到所述主换热器16中。
与图2中的实施例不同地,所述第二空气流也可以在冷的再压缩机113的上游被一直引导到主换热器16的冷端并且在此情况下至少部分地被液化:该第二空气流然后被稍稍节流、又被导入到主换热器的冷端、又蒸发并且最后一直被加热到压缩机113的入口温度,如在EP 1067345 B1中详细描述的那样。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于借助一个用于氮氧分离的蒸馏塔***(20)低温分离空气的方法,该蒸馏塔***具有至少一个分离塔(21,22),其中,
在一个空气压缩机(2)中压缩一个主空气流(1,5)并且在一个净化装置(4)中净化该主空气流,
从所述主空气流(5)中分支出一个第一和一个第二空气流(7,8),
在两个串联连接的再压缩机(10,13)中再压缩所述第一空气流(7),
通过间接的热交换(16)冷却并且至少部分地液化或者伪液化所述被再压缩了的第一空气流(15)并且接着将第一空气流该导入到所述用于氮氧分离的蒸馏塔***(20)中,
所述第二空气流(8)被通过间接的热交换(16)冷却并且接着被分为两个分流(24,27)并且在两个减压机(25,28)中做功地减压,其中,这两个减压机具有基本上相同的入口压力,
将所述第二空气流的做功地减压后的分流(26,29)至少部分地导入(30,129)到所述用于氮氧分离的蒸馏塔***(20)中,
所述第二空气流在做功地减压(25,28)时产生的机械能被至少部分地利用来驱动所述两个串联连接的再压缩机(10,13),
从所述用于氮氧分离的蒸馏塔***(20)中取出一个液态的产品流(31)、该液态的产品流在液态下被达到(32)一个增高的压力并且在该增高的压力下通过与所述第一空气流(15)的间接热交换(16)被蒸发或者伪蒸发并且最后被作为气态的产品流(34)取出,
其特征在于:这两个再压缩机(10,13)以一个高于250K的入口温度运行,尤其是以一个高于270K的入口温度运行。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述用于氮氧分离的蒸馏塔***(20)具有一个高压塔(21)和一个低压塔(22)。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于:所述第二空气流的两个分流的一第一分流(26)被至少部分地导入(30)到该高压塔(21)中。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于:所述第二空气流的两个分流的第二分流(29)被至少部分地导入(30)到该高压塔(21)中。
5.如权利要求2-4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于:所述第二空气流的两个分流的第二分流被至少部分地导入(129)到该低压塔(22)中。
6.如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于:所述用于氮氧分离的蒸馏塔***具有一个高压塔、一个中压塔和一个低压塔,其中,所述第一分流被至少部分地导入到该高压塔中并且所述第二分流被至少部分地导入到该中压塔和/或该低压塔中。
7.如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于:所述第一空气流在所述第一再压缩机的上游并且所述第一空气流在所述第二再压缩机的下游彼此被置于间接的热交换(9)。
8.如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于:仅仅是第一再压缩机具有一个再冷却器、仅仅是第二再压缩机具有一个再冷却器或者这两个再压缩机各具有一个再冷却器(11,14)。
9.一种用于低温分离空气的装置,用于借助一个用于氮氧分离的蒸馏塔***(20)低温分离空气,该蒸馏塔***具有至少一个分离塔(21,22),该装置具有:
一个用于压缩一个主空气流(1)的空气压缩机(2),
用于净化所述被压缩了的主空气流的净化装置(4),
用于从所述主空气流(5)中分支出一个第一和一个第二空气流(7,8)的装置,
两个串联连接的、用于再压缩所述第一空气流(7)的再压缩机(10,13),
用于通过间接的热交换冷却并且液化或者伪液化所述被再压缩了的第一空气流(15)并且将该第一空气流导入到所述用于氮氧分离的蒸馏塔***(20)中的装置,
用于通过间接的热交换(16)将所述第二空气流(8)冷却到一个中间温度的装置(16),
两个在入口侧并联连接的减压机(25,28),用于使所述被冷却了的第二空气流以两个分流(24,27)做功地减压,
用于将所述第二空气流的做功地减压了的分流(26,29)导入到所述用于氮氧分离的蒸馏塔***(20)中的装置(26,29,30,129),
用于将所述第二空气流做功地减压(25,28)时产生的机械能传递到所述两个串联连接的再压缩机(10,13)上的装置,
用于从所述用于氮氧分离的蒸馏塔***(20)中取出一个液态的产品流(31)的、用于使该液态的产品流在液态下被提高压力到(32)一个增高的压力、用于在该增高的压力下通过与所述第一空气流(15)的间接热交换蒸发或者伪蒸发该产品流并且用于将该产品流作为气态的产品流(34)取出的装置(31,32,33,16,34),
其特征在于:
所述两个再压缩机(10,13)与用于供入在高于250K、尤其是高于270K的入口温度下的第一空气流的装置。
