发明内容
本发明的任务是,降低在按权利要求1的前序部分的转矩传递装置的运行中产生的噪声。
在一种机动车动力传动系中的转矩传递装置中,其中,该转矩传递装置用于一个具有在驱动侧预装配的部件单元的驱动单元与一个具有在传动侧预装配的部件单元的变速器之间的转矩传递,该传动侧的部件单元通过插接连接与该驱动侧预装配的部件单元相连接,所述任务这样来解决,即,在上述预装配的部件单元之间设置一个摩擦装置。轴向的插接连接允许所述两个部件单元之间的可拆卸的连接,也就是说无破坏地可分开的连接。制造导致该插接连接具有间隙。在本发明的框架下发现,该间隙在转矩传递装置的运行中可导致不期望的咔啦噪声(

具体实施方式
图1示出了机动车的动力传动系1的一部分。在驱动单元3尤其是从其中伸出一曲轴的内燃机与变速器5之间设置有一个双作用离合器6。在驱动单元3与双作用离合器6之间连接有一个减振装置8。该减振装置8涉及一个双质量飞轮。
扭转振动减振装置8包括一个输入件11,该输入件借助铆接装置9固定地预装配在驱动单元3上。扭转振动减振装置8的输入件11基本上具有在径向方向上延伸的、在径向外部构成一个减振器保持架的圆环形盘的构型。在该减振器保持架的径向外部上固定有起动器齿圈12。在该减振器保持架中至少部分地容纳有至少一个蓄能装置、尤其是弹簧装置16。减振装置8的一输出件18配合在该弹簧装置16中。在输入件11与输出件18之间具有一个包括一个碟形弹簧20的摩擦装置19,该摩擦装置在轴向方向上起作用。所述扭转振动减振装置与所述驱动单元3组成在驱动侧预装配的部件单元。
在扭转振动减振装置8的输出件18的径向内部构造有内齿部22,该内齿部与构造在离合器壳体件25上的外齿部23配合。通过相互配合的齿部22、23提供了离合器壳体件25与扭转振动减振装置8的输出件18之间的可拆卸的、即可无破坏地分开的轴向的插接连接。
离合器壳体件25与双作用离合器6的离合器壳体或离合器盖固定连接。双作用离合器6以公知的方式方法包括一个可转动地被支承的中间压盘26。一个第一离合器从动盘的摩擦片可夹紧在该中间压盘26与压盘28之间。该第一离合器从动盘无相对转动地与一个第一变速器输入轴连接。该第一变速器输入轴可转动地设置在一个构造成空心轴的第二变速器输入轴中。该第二变速器输入轴无相对转动地与一个第二离合器从动盘连接,该第二离合器从动盘的摩擦片夹紧在中间压盘26与另一个压盘29之间。
图2放大地示出了图1中可拆卸的轴向的插接连接部分。如图2所示,扭转振动减振装置的输出件18具有突缘31,该突缘通过一个横向梯阶32与内齿部22连接成一体。还可看到,在离合器壳体件25上固定有一个夹紧环34。该夹紧环34具有基本上环形的、具有通孔37的基体36。这些通孔37用于使固定装置通过,借助这些固定装置可使该夹紧环34固定在离合器壳体件25上。从基体36的径向外部伸出锥式的连接体38。从该锥式的连接体38的径向外部弯出弹性指40,使得这些弹性指在轴向上延伸。弹性指40弹性地构成并且抵靠在一个摩擦环42上地被预加载,该摩擦环具有一个基本上L形的、具有两个臂44和45的横截面。摩擦环42的这两个臂44和45靠触在扭转振动减振装置的输出件18的横向梯阶32上。
具有弹性指40的夹紧环34构成主要在径向方向上起作用的摩擦装置,其中,这些弹性指通过摩擦环42的中间连接而靠触在扭转振动减振装置的输出件18上。

Claims (8)

1.一种机动车动力传动系(1)中的转矩传递装置,其用于一具有在驱动侧预装配的部件单元的驱动单元(3)与一具有在传动侧预装配的部件单元的变速器(5)之间的转矩传递,该传动侧预装配的部件单元通过一轴向的插接连接无相对转动地与该驱动侧预装配的部件单元相连接,其特征在于:在所述预装配的部件单元之间设置一摩擦装置。
2.根据权利要求1的转矩传递装置,其特征在于:所述摩擦装置在所述预装配的部件单元之间在径向方向上起作用。
3.根据以上权利要求中一项的转矩传递装置,其特征在于:所述摩擦装置包括一固定在所述预装配的部件单元之一上的、带有弹性指(40;60)的夹紧环(34;54),这些弹性指向着所述预装配的部件单元的另一个作用地被预加载。
4.根据权利要求3的转矩传递装置,其特征在于:在所述另一预装配的部件单元与所述弹性指(40)之间设置一摩擦环(42),该摩擦环固定在该另一预装配的部件单元上。
