技术领域
本发明属于轴承产品开发技术领域,涉及一种提高机床主轴寿命的推力球轴承。
背景技术
目前,国内机床主轴用的推力球轴承的外形结构尺寸是根据国家标准《GB/T301滚动轴承推力球轴承外形尺寸》来选定轴承的外形尺寸。这样的结构形式如果被使用在卧式主轴且外圈非配合的情况下,则在主轴装配过程中,由于座圈内径与主轴之间存在很大的间隙(一般情况有几个毫米间隙),座圈在重力作用下自由下垂到主轴位置,会导致座圈与轴圈的滚道不同心,引起轴承的偏载,使轴承的使用寿命减少。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种机床主轴用推力球轴承,能够使轴承在装配过程中,轴承座圈的下垂量控制在最小,轴承的两个套圈保持同心,进而延长主轴轴承的使用寿命。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种机床主轴用推力球轴承,主要由主轴、轴承轴圈、钢球组件、轴承座圈和机床箱体组成,轴承座圈的内径d2与主轴直径d1之间的间隙为0.4~0.6毫米,最佳为0.5毫米。
本发明的有益效果是:能够使轴承的两个套圈在主轴的装配过程中保持同心,使主轴轴承的使用寿命延长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做详细说明如下:
如图1所示,本发明的一种机床主轴用推力球轴承,主要由主轴1、轴承轴圈2、钢球组件3、轴承座圈4和机床箱体5组成,推力球轴承在机床整体的结构不改变的情况下,将推力球轴承座圈4的内径d2与主轴1的直径d1的差值调整为0.5毫米,将轴承座圈4紧靠在机床箱体5上,将钢球组件3靠紧轴承座圈4,将主轴1和轴承轴圈2过盈配合后靠紧钢球组件3,对轴承施加轴向预载荷后可以进行工作。利用本发明的轴承结构,在装配轴承的过程中既能保证主轴直径d1在旋转时不与轴承座圈4的内径d2发生干涉,又能保证轴承座圈4与轴承轴圈2的同心度,从而大大地减小了主轴轴承在安装过程中由于套圈自重导致的轴圈2与座圈4的不同心度。

1.机床主轴用推力球轴承,主要由主轴(1)、轴承轴圈(2)、钢球组件(3)、轴承座圈(4)和机床箱体(5)组成,其特征在于,轴承座圈(4)的内径d2与主轴(1)的直径d1之间的差值为0.4~0.6毫米。
2.如权利要求1所述的机床主轴用推力球轴承,其特征在于,所述差值为0.5毫米。
