Abstract
本发明公开了一种熔纺氨纶交链剂,由聚酯多元醇或聚醚多元醇、芳香族二胺或脂肪族二胺、二异氰酸酯经反应制得。采用本发明产品制成的熔纺氨纶丝具有优良的耐热性能和回弹性能。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种熔纺氨纶交链剂及生产方法。
背景技术:
熔纺氨纶交链剂是制造熔纺氨纶必不可少的一种原料,目的降低切片纺丝过程中粘度能起到提高纺丝的工艺性能和丝的回弹性能作用。通常与熔纺氨纶切片配对使用。熔纺氨纶交链剂从结构分析是一种由聚酯(或聚醚)多元醇与过量的二异氰酸酯反应形成的一种预聚体。目前应用的交链剂绝大部份是含有聚氨酯结构的预聚体。
熔纺氨纶比干法氨纶具有制造成本低,生产过程不需溶剂,产品不含有毒溶剂的优点,故称之为“绿色氨纶”。但熔纺氨纶的耐热性和回弹性比干法氨纶低。熔纺氨纶交链剂一般与熔纺切片配对使用。熔纺氨纶采用交链剂目的是降低纺丝工艺过程中切片的粘度,有利于改善纺丝的工艺性能,同时也能起到提高熔纺氨纶丝回弹性能的作用。目前应用的熔纺氨纶交链剂从结构上分析绝大部份是含有聚氨酯结构的预聚体。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种制成的熔纺氨纶丝具有优良的耐热性能和回弹性能的熔纺氨纶交链剂及生产方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种熔纺氨纶交链剂,其特征是:由聚酯多元醇或聚醚多元醇、芳香族二胺或脂肪族二胺、二异氰酸酯经反应制得。
一种熔纺氨纶交链剂的生产方法,其特征是:由聚酯多元醇或聚醚多元醇、端氨基聚醚、二异氰酸酯经反应制得。
所述聚酯多元醇为己二酸系聚酯二醇、聚己内酯二醇、碳酸酯二醇或对苯二甲酸系聚酯二醇。
所述聚醚多元醇是聚环丙烷二醇聚四氢呋喃二醇。
二异氰酸酯为4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸、六次甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯或(4,4’-二环己甲烷二异氰酸酯。
聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇分子量范围为1000-5000。
芳香族二胺为4,4’-二胺基二苯基甲烷、4,4’-二胺基二苯基碱或对苯二胺和芳香族仲胺;脂肪族二胺为1,4-环己烷二甲胺或异佛尔酮二胺。
采用本发明的交链剂制成的熔纺氨纶丝具有优良的耐热性能和回弹性能。其结果如下:

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
将分子量为1000或分子量为2000的聚四氢呋喃二醇投入到反应釜中,120℃脱水4小时后降温到50℃,加入计量的4’4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI),二种原料按摩尔比1∶4.6-5.6.在65-80℃反应2小时,NCO含量合格后(即NCO含量为12-14%),降温到30℃,加入4,4’-二胺基二苯基碸(DDS),二种原料(即聚四氢呋喃二醇与MDI的混合物与DDS)按摩尔比1.6-3.8∶1,在30-40℃反应2小时,NCO含量合格后(即NCO含量为3-10%)得产品,密封包装。
实施例2:
将实施例1中的DDS替换为1,4-环己烷二甲胺或异佛尔酮二胺,实施例1中的聚四氢呋喃二醇替换为己二酸系聚酯二醇(或聚己内酯二醇或碳酸酯二醇或对苯二甲酸系聚酯二醇或聚环丙烷二醇),二异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸、六次甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯或(4,4’-二环己甲烷二异氰酸酯。其余同实施例1。
Claims (1)
1.一种熔纺氨纶交链剂,由如下方法制备得到:将分子量为1000或分子量为2000的聚四氢呋喃二醇投入到反应釜中,120℃脱水4小时后降温到50℃,加入计量的4’,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,二种原料按摩尔比1∶4.6-5.6,在65-80℃反应2小时,NCO含量达到12-14%后,降温到30℃,加入4,4’-二胺基二苯基碸,聚四氢呋喃二醇和4’,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的混合物与4,4’-二胺基二苯基碸按照摩尔比1.6-3.8∶1,在30-40℃反应2小时,NCO含量达到3-10%后得到产品,密封包装。
