Abstract

本发明公开一种利用隔热功能佳且易于加工的聚苯板轻松构造出欲所目的立体造型的装饰用立体板。该装饰用立体板包括：在聚苯板(20)的侧面形成的、用于排出雨水的排水槽(22)；以及连接到聚苯板(20)的背面的金属板(10)，该金属板具有多个弯曲部位(11)和连接到该金属板10上的加固芯材(12)。在聚苯板(20)的表面依次分层涂有面漆(30)、硅石(31)、面漆(30)、底漆(32)及彩色层(33)，以便加强聚苯板(20)的耐久性。

Description

装饰用立体板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用隔热功能佳、且易于加工的聚苯板(Styrofoam)轻松制造各种立体造型的装饰用立体板。
背景技术
虽然聚苯板具有很强的隔热功能，而且具有重量轻，运输方便等特点，但由于其组织结构脆弱而耐久性差，具有容易被破损等弊端。
但组织结构脆弱相反也就意味着易于加工，而且重量轻，易于搬运。因此，很容易制作立体造型，例如：制作突出的柱子或阴阳雕刻相协调的浮雕等，故利用其加工制作立体造型的板子应是最佳的选择。
为了使用浮雕的聚苯板作为装饰板，应当加强其耐久性。通过将具有加固芯材的金属板连接到聚苯板的背面或者将面漆或硅石涂覆在聚苯板的表面上，可加强聚苯板的耐久性。
常规最后使用的立体装饰材料，一般通过采用木材或天然石(或人造石)粘贴于墙壁上。这不仅工作量大，材料费昂贵，而且又难以加工材料。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题
鉴于以上问题而做成本发明。本发明的目的是提供一种新型的装饰用立体板，它能够实现装饰用最后材料的多样化。
技术方案
本发明的目的是这样实现的：根据本发明的一个方面，本发明提供一种装饰用立体板，其由重量轻且易于加工的聚苯板制成，该装饰用立体板包括：形成在聚苯板的侧面用于排出雨水的排水槽；以及连接到聚苯板的背面的金属板，该金属板具有多个弯曲部位和连接到该金属板上的加固芯材；其中在聚苯板的表面上依次分层涂有面漆(Polygarde)、硅石、面漆、底漆(Primer)及彩色层，以便加强所述聚苯板的耐久性。
发明的有益效果
综上所述，通过本发明不仅可以制作出可体现各种立体造型的板子，而且施工现场在工厂，有效防止在制作过程中在操作现场产生的灰尘或其它气味。由于是在现场组装所述板，可大大缩短施工时间。
另外，可提供更加丰富多彩的体现出立体造型色彩的量感和质感的立体板。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例及其附图对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
图1为本发明一优选实施例的装饰用立体板的分解斜视图。
如图1所示，该装饰用立体板包括具有多个弯曲部位11的金属板10。金属板10上设置有向聚苯板20***、且通过支撑聚苯板20可提高其耐久性的加固芯材12。
上述弯曲部位11是为提高金属板10的结构性能而设置。通过拉伸实验、压缩实验及弯曲实验，将具有弯曲部位11的金属板10与相同材料、相同结构的具有平板部位的金属板相比较，弯曲部位11较比平板部位显示出了更为强固的性能。
由此，根据弯曲部位11的优秀性能，使用厚度薄的金属板10可降低制作成本。
如图1所示，聚苯板20的中心部位设置有可***加固芯材12的***孔21。该聚苯板20的侧面上设置有排水槽22。
在本发明的装饰用立体板用于外墙材料或屋顶材料时，排水槽22为了防止雨水向内部渗透而设置。由于渗透的雨水顺着排水槽22直流而下排出在外，故有效防止雨水向所述板内部渗透。
以往为了防止雨水的渗透，在组合的板与板之间施工了防水材料。但本发明把具有防水功能的排水槽22直接形成于板体上。
图4为本发明一实施例的用于固定装饰用立体板于墙壁的弹性套(Sleeve)15的斜视图。图5为用于固定本发明装饰用立体板于墙壁的弹性套15的剖面图。
如图4和图5所示，向钉在墙壁的锚形螺栓17上安装具有母螺丝的弹性套15。
弹性套15的外表面形成六角形，以便可通过诸如活动扳手(Monkeyspanner)之类的工具轻松夹紧。在弹性套15的前端设置有前后由斜面16a形成的固定头16。
在***了弹性套15的加固芯材12上，顺着轴方向设置有多个可锁定固定头16的固定孔14。
弹性套15的固定头16有2个豁口将其被分成两个部分，当向加固芯材12的内部***固定头16时，固定头16首先向内收缩，然后被回弹地固定在加固芯材12的固定孔14中。而且，由于固定头16的前后为斜面16a，故可以轻松地将所述立体板同墙壁结合或从墙壁上拆除。
另一方面，由于加固芯材12上设置有多个顺着轴方向排列的固定孔14，因此，不受固定墙壁面状态的影响，也就是说，即便是倾斜墙壁或凹凸不平墙壁面等状态，也可向墙壁进行贴紧施工立体板。
作为参考，聚苯板20是聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(Expanded polystyrene，也称EPS)的商品名。
聚苯板20呈白色，重量轻，不仅具有很强的耐水性、隔热性、隔音性及缓冲性，而且方便加工，广泛应用于建筑材料上。
本发明通过利用又轻又方便加工的聚苯板20，雕刻完成阴阳相协调的浮雕后，为了增强聚苯板20的耐久性，向聚苯板20的表面涂沫面漆30和硅石31等，然后迅速硬化处理聚苯板20。在聚苯板20的背面粘贴有带加固芯材12的具有弯曲部位11的金属板10。此本发明特点的剖面结构请参照图2。
如图2所示，在同金属板10结合的聚苯板20的表面，如本图的圆圈扩大图所示，依次分层涂有面漆30、硅石31、面漆30、底漆32及彩色层33，在重叠的过程中被硬化处理。
在做这样硬化处理工作之前，首先塑造对聚苯板20的立体造型。当然，这种工作可采用手工的方式，但为了大量生产，可以通过CAD操作来数字化现有产品和新产品的各个部件，并利用CNC工作机器(ComputerizedNumerically Controlled Machine，电脑数值控制工作机器)自动加工完成对所述聚苯板的多种立体造型。
当完成对聚苯板20的立体造型后，如上所述，在其表面依次分层涂沫面漆30、硅石31、面漆30、底漆32及彩色层33。
面漆30作为无发泡性聚亚安酯(Polyurethane)涂料，为迅速硬化处理而涂沫。
在涂沫面漆30后，在其上分撒硅石31，这是因为硅石31能增强聚苯板20的强度。另外，通过在硅石31上再次涂沫面漆30，防止小粒状的硅石31脱掉。
在面漆30上涂沫底漆32是因为底漆32致使面漆30的涂层表面粗糙，有利于过后形成彩色层33时，更加激活色彩的量感和质感的同时，防止彩色层33容易地被剥落。
图3为本发明另一实施例的装饰用立体板的剖面图。
当本发明用于层顶板材或墙壁材料时，为了方便挂灯具或放置壁挂式装饰品，加固芯材12向聚苯板20的外部延伸突出制作，并在加固芯材12的自由端外表面形成螺丝部位13，以同灯具或壁挂器具的螺丝连接。
图6和图7为说明向本发明一实施例的装饰用立体板粘贴瓷砖41的视图。如上所述，通过CNC工作机器制作聚苯板20的立体造型，再在其表面进行硬化处理后，虽可进行彩喷，也可向本发明的装饰用立体板的外表面粘贴各种图样的瓷砖41。
为了粘贴瓷砖41，如图6的圆圈内扩大图所示，在聚苯板20上形成可支撑瓷砖41的固定部位40，再向瓷砖41的背面涂沫胶体。采用这种结构，可利用固定部位40和所述胶体来固定瓷砖41。
另外，图7为本发明向装饰用立体板粘贴瓷砖41的另一种实施例。取代图6的固定部位40，在聚苯板20上设置支撑瓷砖41的固定销42，通过固定销42挂起瓷砖41。
图8为本发明利用装饰用立体板制作立体墙面的一种实施例的斜视图。图9为本发明利用装饰用立体板制作出立体柱子的一种实施例的斜视图。
如图8所示，通过CNC工作机器按立体造型切割聚苯板20后，聚苯板20同具有弯曲部位11的金属板10连接。此时，粘贴于金属板10的加固芯材12的长度，应符合立体造型的聚苯板20的长度，以便稳定支撑突出的聚苯板20。
另一方面，如图9所示，所述聚苯板被形成为呈半圆形剖面结构的柱子之后，两个聚苯板彼此粘接可制作出空心圆柱子，或在已有的圆形建筑物上重新包裹设计。
工业应用性
综上所述，通过本发明不仅可以制作出可体现各种立体造型的板子，而且施工现场在工厂，有效防止在制作过程中在操作现场产生的灰尘或其它气味。由于是在现场组装所述板，可大大缩短施工时间。
另外，可提供更加丰富多彩的体现出立体造型色彩的量感和质感的立体板。
虽然本发明是结合目前认为是最实用且优选的实施例进行描述的，但应理解，本发明不限于公开的实施例和附图。相反，它意欲覆盖落入所附权利要求的精神和范围内的各种修改和变体。

Claims (2)

1.一种装饰用立体板，其由重量轻且易于加工的聚苯板(20)制成，该装饰用立体板包括：
在聚苯板(20)的侧面形成的、用于排出雨水的排水槽(22)；和
连接到聚苯板(20)的背面的金属板(10)，该金属板具有多个弯曲部位(11)和连接到该金属板(10)上的加固芯材(12)；
其中在聚苯板(20)的表面依次分层涂有面漆(30)、硅石(31)、面漆(30)、底漆(32)及彩色层(33)，以便加强该聚苯板(20)的耐久性；
其中加固芯材(12)上顺着轴方向设置有多个固定孔(14)，并且一弹性套(15)的固定头(16)被安装到固定孔(14)中以将所述立体板安装于墙壁；固定头(16)设置于弹性套(15)的前端，固定头(16)前后由倾斜面(16a)形成，弹性套(15)的固定头(16)有两个豁口将固定头(16)分成两个部分。
2.一种装饰用立体板，其由重量轻且易于加工的聚苯板(20)制成，该装饰用立体板包括：
在聚苯板(20)的侧面形成的、用于排出雨水的排水槽(22)；
在聚苯板(20)的表面形成的、用于固定瓷砖(41)的固定部位(40)；和
连接到聚苯板(20)的背面的金属板(10)，该金属板具有多个弯曲部位(11)和连接到该金属板(10)上的加固芯材(12)；
其中在聚苯板(20)的表面依次分层涂有面漆(30)、硅石(31)、面漆(30)、底漆(32)及彩色层(33)，以便加强该聚苯板(20)的耐久性；
其中加固芯材(12)上顺着轴方向设置有多个固定孔(14)，并且一弹性套(15)的固定头(16)被安装到固定孔(14)中以将所述立体板安装于墙壁；固定头(16)设置于弹性套(15)的前端，固定头(16)前后由倾斜面(16a)形成，弹性套(15)的固定头(16)有两个豁口将固定头(16)分成两个部分。
