Abstract

Description

对热轧长形产品进行细分和减速的方法
技术领域
本发明一般地涉及将热轧长形产品输送至冷床的轧机,具体地说,涉及一种对这种产品在其到达冷床之前进行细分和减速的方法。这里所采用的术语“长形产品”是指条、杆等。
背景技术
如同例如在美国专利第4,413,494号中所揭示的,已知使用从动夹辊来夹持热轧长形产品并使之减速。然而,当单独使用时,由夹辊施加的重压会使产品表面变形或以其它方式损坏产品表面。对于诸如混凝土钢筋之类的具有带肋表面的产品来说,这是尤其紧要的。
使用交错的辊来通过将长形产品引入细长的曲折路径中施加减速也是已知的,如同例如在美国专利第4,884,429号中所示。然而,当单独使用时,这种交错辊布局不能使以新型轧机的高输送速度运行的产品充分减速。而且,使用交错辊布局来使前端产品减速可能会产生半轧废品。
发明内容
本发明基于以下的发现,即尽管使用夹辊或交错辊自身会引起问题,但是它们协作地施加在产品上可以提供高效的减速而并不使产品变形或损伤其表面。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种对热轧长形产品进行细分和减速的方法,该方法可提供高效的减速而并不使产品变形或损伤其表面。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种对于沿着从轧机到冷床的输送路径前进的热轧长形产品进行细分和减速的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(a)沿着所述输送路径接连设置剪切机和减速器,所述减速器包括一组其前面有多个导辊的从动夹辊;
(b)使所述产品的引导段与以至少等于所述前进产品的速度的初始速度来工作的所述夹辊接触;
(c)致动所述剪切机以将所述引导段与所述产品的其余部分分开;以及
(d)使所述引导段减速,这是通过以下方式实现的:
(i)使所述夹辊减速;以及
(ii)致动所述导辊以将所述产品段从所述输送路径偏转成曲折路径。现在将参照附图来提供本发明更详细的描述及其伴随的优点,在这些附图中:

具体实施方式
首先参见图1,示例性轧机布局显示成包括冷床10,该冷床10设置成从最后的轧机机座11接纳沿路径Pd输送的长形产品。剪切机12用来细分产品,转换器13将切断的产品段交替地引导至路径Pd-1和Pd-2,该路径Pd-1和Pd-2通向冷床的运转台10’。从这里,将产品侧向转移穿过冷床至接受设备(未示出)以用于进一步处理,例如切割成定制的长度、打捆等。
根据本发明的减速器14沿着转换器13和冷床10之间的路径Pd-1和Pd-2设置。如同可以通过进一步参照图2A-2C所看到的,各减速器14包括一组从动夹辊16,在这组从动夹辊16之前有多个在输送路径P的相对侧上交错的导辊18。导辊18较佳地是自由轮机构,且可在如图2A和2B所示的从输送路径上移开的非工作位置和如图2C所示的凸伸到输送路径内的工作位置之间调整。在工作位置和非工作位置之间调整导辊18可以由任何已知的机构来实施,在美国专利第4,884,429号中揭示了一个非限制性的例子,其全文结合于此作为参照。
夹辊16可在如图2A所示的打开位置和如图2B所示的闭合位置之间调整。可以通过本领域技术人员已知的机构来驱动夹辊,并在其打开位置和闭合位置之间调整夹辊,在美国专利第6,920,772号中揭示了一个非限制性的例子,其全文结合于此作为参照。
在示例性的操作中,热轧长形产品将以约14-40m/sec的速度V1排出最后的轧机机座11,该速度取决于所轧制产品的尺寸。对于如图2A所示条件下的减速器,产品的引导段将自由地通过剪切机12,并将被转变器(switch)13引导至路径Pd-1
如图2B所示,然后从动夹辊16与引导段接触,而夹辊以至少等于且较佳地稍快于产品排出速度V1的初始速度来工作。这里所采用的术语“速度”是指夹辊表面与产品相接触的转动速度。
然后通过致动剪切机12来使产品的引导段与产品的其余部分相切断,通过转换器13将产品的尾随段引导至路径Pd-2。现在与产品的其余部分分开的、已切断的产品引导段仍然由轧机机座来推进,且如图2C所示,夹辊16减速至小于速度V1的速度V2,且导辊18移动进入路径Pd以将产品引入曲折路径Ps。曲折路径Ps的增加长度与夹辊的减速协同,从而实施使产品减速至较慢的速度V2。该协同作用较佳地是同时发生的,由于该协同的作用,可有利地减小用来将产品夹持在夹辊之间的力,因此避免产品的变形,以及避免或至少有利地减少产品表面上任何程度的记号。沿路径Pd-2行进的产品尾随段由另一减速器来类似地作用和减速。

Claims (5)

1.一种对于沿着从轧机到冷床的输送路径前进的热轧长形产品进行细分和减速的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(a)沿着所述输送路径接连设置剪切机和减速器,所述减速器包括一组其前面有多个导辊的从动夹辊;
(b)使所述产品的引导段与以至少等于所述前进产品的速度的初始速度来工作的所述夹辊接触;
(c)致动所述剪切机以将所述引导段与所述产品的其余部分分开;以及
(d)使所述引导段减速,这是通过以下方式实现的:
(i)使所述夹辊减速;以及
(ii)致动所述导辊以将所述产品段从所述输送路径偏转成曲折路径。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,依次实施步骤(b)、(c)和(d)。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,同时实施步骤(d)中的方式(i)和(ii)。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述初始速度高于所述前进产品的速度。
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述导辊是自由轮机构,且在所述输送路径的相对侧上交错。
