Abstract

本发明公开了一种热收缩型涂布薄膜的生产方法,该方法依次包括如下过程:将水性高分子乳胶涂布于热收缩薄膜基材的表面,然后对涂有乳胶的薄膜基材进行微波干燥,再对干燥后的薄膜进行固化,使涂布的材料均匀结晶。采用该种方法生产的热收缩型涂布薄膜具有薄膜与外物摩擦后不易磨花、抗刮性、拉伸性能好、收缩率大、抗静电效果好、表面摩擦系数低、优越的光泽度,高度的阻氧隔水效果,生产成本低等特点。该系列收缩膜可达到包装物品既美观、又耐磨、还能延长物品的保质期等作用。

Description

热收缩型涂布薄膜的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种卷烟、食品、药品、音像盒等盒装产品包装用的透明热收缩涂布薄膜的生产方法,采用本发明提供的生产方法可以对热收缩薄膜通过涂布进行表面性能的改性,使其具有优良的表面性能,如具有良好的耐磨抗刮性、低温热封性、良好的光泽、优异的阻湿阻气性,如阻氧性等。
背景技术
目前,传统采用双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)热封膜包装的卷烟、音像盒等产品,在生产、运输等环节,其最外层包装薄膜均会与外物摩擦而发雾、变花,严重影响了中高档盒装产品的外观效果。为解决上述问题,中外软包装行业的专家们通过多年研究、实验,在薄膜防划花问题上已经有所改善,但由于受生产工艺如烘干方式的限制,虽然使热封膜因摩擦而使包装薄膜表面发雾、变花现象减轻了,但仍未从根本上解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于通过改进热收缩型涂布薄膜的生产工艺来解决上述问题,制成具有热收缩性能、表面耐磨的热收缩型涂布薄膜。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的热收缩型涂布薄膜的生产方法采用如下技术方案:将水性高分子乳胶涂布于热收缩薄膜基材的表面,然后对涂有乳胶的薄膜基材进行微波干燥,再对干燥后的薄膜进行固化,使涂布的材料均匀结晶。
水性高分子乳胶既可以涂布于热收缩薄膜基材的一面也可涂布于双面,当进行双面涂布时,既可同时涂布,然后进行微波干燥、固化,还可以在一面进行涂布、微波干燥、固化后再在另一面涂布,然后进行微波干燥、固化处理。
所述的热收缩薄膜基材可以采用已知的可用于生产收缩型涂布薄膜的收缩基材,例如双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)热封型收缩膜、BOPP收缩单膜、双向拉伸聚烯烃(BOPO)薄膜、聚氯乙烯薄膜(PVC)、聚丙烯流涎膜(CPP)、双向拉伸聚脂收缩膜(BOPET)、聚乙烯薄膜(PE)等具有热收缩性能的表面平整的呈卷筒状的薄膜。
热收缩薄膜基材的生产方法可以是平膜双向拉伸法、泡管拉伸法、流涎法、也可以是吹膜法等公知的方法。
所述的水性乳胶可以采用PVDC水性乳胶、丙烯酸类树脂以及聚乙烯醇(PVA)涂料。
上述的乳胶配方中可以包括有如下重量含量的成分,滑爽剂2—20%,抗粘连剂0.1-0.8%,高分子乳胶材料79.2-97.9%。
在进行涂布前可以对热收缩薄膜基材表面进行电晕处理,以使其表面极化,与涂布的乳胶结合牢固。
上述的电晕处理的强度以大于38达因为宜。
所述的固化可以使用的条件为30-60℃环境,12至120小时。较佳条件为40℃环境,固化时间为48小时。
为改善薄膜质量,固化时也可以对薄膜进行复卷,之后再行固化。
由于所用的热收缩薄膜基材,是一种具有热收缩性能的高分子薄膜材料(该材料在120摄氏度环境下,未受任何外力情况下,纵横两向的热收缩率大于3%)。由于该材料的热收缩率很大,采用传统涂布膜生产工艺对此类基材进行涂布时,由于传统涂布生产线工艺采用的是红外线辐射加热和/或热空气对流的加热方式来烘干涂布的涂料乳胶,收缩基材膜在经过烘箱时,会因受热而产生纵横两向热收缩,破坏了原薄膜表面平整性和良好的外观,而且使基材与乳胶层结合的不紧密或使乳胶层起皱,使此材料无法进行进一步的加工。而本发明中的燥干方式由于采用微波加热,既可实现对水性乳胶涂布层的绝对干燥、又不致于使热收缩薄膜温升过高,保证的乳胶与基材牢固结合及平整性。以此法干燥薄膜涂层,一是大大降低传统热空气对流法烘干薄膜的生产成本,另一方面,可以使薄膜的干燥效果控制更精确,以达到更佳的干燥效果。同时高分子乳胶材料选用水性高分子乳胶材料,如PVDC水性乳胶、丙烯酸类树脂以及PVA涂料等来进行涂布,以适于涂布微波干燥,充分发挥微波干燥的优点,使涂层干燥均匀、效果一致,有利于涂层的均匀结晶,并起到环保、降低生产成本等作用。
本发明中由于采用微波加热方式进行干燥,并与其相适应选用水性高分子乳胶材料,采用本发明提供的方法生产热收缩型涂布薄膜,具有薄膜与外物摩擦后不易磨花、抗刮性、拉伸性能好、收缩率大、抗静电效果好、表面摩擦系数低、优越的光泽度,高度的阻氧隔水效果,生产成本低等特点。该系列收缩膜可达到包装物品既美观、又耐磨、还能延长物品的保质期等作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的热收缩型涂布薄膜的生产方法作进一步说明。
实施例1
对表面平整的BOPP热收缩膜上表面进行电晕处理,处理强度为40达因,然后用涂布设备在热收缩膜表面首先涂布水性粘合剂,如水性聚氨酯、自粘性PVDC乳胶,然后再涂布水性PVDC乳胶,乳胶配方含有下述成分:腊滑爽剂3%,二氧化硅抗粘连剂0.7%,PVDC81%。对涂有PVDC乳胶的热收缩膜进行微波干燥,在40℃条件下固化48小时,使涂层均匀结晶及交联,形成耐磨、阻隔性能好的表面层。然后按客户要求,将固化好的薄膜分切成客户所需规格的产品。然后进行包装。产品适于卷烟、食品、药品等盒装产品的包装。
实施例2
对表面平整的BOPP热收缩膜上表面进行电晕处理,处理强度为42达因,然后用涂布设备在热收缩膜上表面首先涂布水性粘合剂,如水性聚氨酯、自粘性PVDC乳胶,然后再涂布水性AC乳胶,乳胶配方含有下述成分:腊滑爽剂8%,二氧化硅抗粘连剂0.2%,AC乳胶88%。对涂有AC乳胶的热收缩膜进行微波干燥,在50℃条件下固化80小时,使涂层结晶及交联,形成耐磨、阻隔性能好的表面层。然后按客户要求,将固化好的薄膜分切成客户所需规格的产品。然后进行包装。
实施例3
对表面平整的PVC热收缩膜上表面进行电晕处理,处理强度为45达因.然后用涂布设备在热收缩膜上表面首先涂布水性粘合剂,如水性聚氨酯、自粘性PVDC乳胶,然后再涂

水性AC乳胶,乳胶配方含有下述成分:滑爽剂5%抗粘连剂0.6%,PVDC91%。对涂有PVDC乳胶的热收缩膜进行微波干燥,在30℃条件下固化120小时,使涂层结晶及交联,形成耐磨、阻隔性能好的表面层。然后按客户要求,将固化好的薄膜分切成客户所需规格的产品。然后进行包装。
实施例4
对表面平整的PE热收缩膜上表面进行电晕处理,处理强度为48达因,然后用涂布设备在热收缩膜上表面首先涂布水性粘合剂,如水性聚氨酯、自粘性PVDC乳胶,然后再涂布水性AC乳胶,乳胶配方含有下述成分:滑爽剂2%抗粘连剂0.3%,PVDC96%。对涂有PVDC乳胶的热收缩膜进行微波干燥,在35℃条件下固化60小时,使涂层结晶及交联,形成耐磨、阻隔性能好的表面层。然后按客户要求,将固化好的薄膜分切成客户所需规格的产品。然后进行包装。
采用此法生产的PVDC涂布PE膜,可用于食品、药品等包装的内复合层材料。该法生产的涂布膜加工制袋后,可有效避免袋子外层BOPP上的印刷油墨上的残留溶剂向袋内渗透。有效保护了食品、药品袋内物的味道不受残留溶剂污染。

Claims (10)

1、一种热收缩型涂布薄膜的生产方法,该方法依次包括如下过程:将水性高分子乳胶涂布于热收缩薄膜基材的表面,然后对涂有乳胶的薄膜基材进行微波干燥,再对干燥后的薄膜进行固化,使涂布的材料均匀结晶。
2、如权利要求1所述的热收缩型涂布薄膜的生产方法,其特征在于:所述的水性高分子乳胶涂布于热收缩薄膜的单面或双面。
3、如权利要求1所述的热收缩型涂布薄膜的生产方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括如下过程:在上述涂布好水性高分子乳胶并干燥固化好的热收缩薄膜基材的另一面涂布上述水性高分子乳胶,然后对其进行微波干燥、固化处理。
4、如权利要求1至3任一项所述的热收缩型涂布薄膜的生产方法,其特征在于:在进行涂布前对热收缩薄膜基材表面进行电晕处理。
5、如权利要求4所述的热收缩型涂布薄膜的生产方法,其特征在于:上述的电晕处理的强度大于38达因。
6、如权利要求1至3任一项所述的热收缩型涂布薄膜的生产方法,其特征在于:固化时先对薄膜进行复卷,之后再行固化。
7、如权利要求1至3任一项所述的热收缩型涂布薄膜的生产方法,其特征在于:所述的热收缩薄膜基材为双向拉伸BOPP热封型收缩膜、BOPP收缩单膜、双向拉伸BOPO薄膜、PVC薄膜、CPP薄膜、BOPET薄膜或PE薄膜。
8、如权利要求1至3任一项所述的热收缩型涂布薄膜的生产方法,其特征在于:所述的水性高分子乳胶采用PVDC水性乳胶、丙烯酸类树脂或聚乙烯醇涂料。
9、如权利要求8所述的热收缩型涂布薄膜的生产方法,其特征在于:上述的乳胶配方中包括有如下重量含量的成分,滑爽剂2—10%,抗粘连剂0.1-0.8%,高分子乳胶材料79.2-97.9%。
10、如权利要求1至3任一项所述的热收缩型涂布薄膜的生产方法,其特征在于:所述的固化条件为30-60℃环境,12至120小时。
