所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种能适应各类油墨印刷的改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜及其制造方法,属于新型环保高分子材料领域,改善了印刷油墨附着力低的问题,适合各类油墨印刷的高透明高阻隔包装薄膜,可直接用于包装干果类产品,也可以复合后包装饼干蛋糕类产品。
背景技术
传统的食品用阻隔性软包装材料有两类产品,聚偏二氯乙烯和聚酰胺类,其中聚偏二氯乙烯占据了绝大部分市场。聚偏二氯乙烯分子对称性好,容易形成结晶,分子中又含有大量的极性氯原子,使分子间的吸引力大大增强,排列紧密,固有很好的阻隔性。但正因为聚偏二氯乙烯含有大量的氯原子,燃烧处理时会产生有害气体,随着环保压力的日益严重,开发新型高阻隔性环保包装材料以代替聚偏二氯乙烯是大势所趋,聚乙烯醇是代替聚偏二氯乙烯的理想材料,在干态下的聚乙烯醇产品具有优异的阻氧性能,其阻隔性远优越于聚偏二氯乙烯,但由于分子内含有大量强亲水性的羟基,湿态下容易跟水形成氢键,并以氢键的形式跟水缔合,与水缔合后的聚乙烯醇产品性能发生质的变化,相对湿度在50%时,聚乙烯醇产品就完全失去了它原有的氧气阻隔性能,基本上不能使用。为了解决聚乙烯醇的耐湿问题,目前的技术主要是对聚乙烯醇进行化学改性,其原理是对聚乙烯醇的部分羟基进行封闭和交联,针对聚乙烯醇分子结构进行改性,在保持其分子结构所具有的高阻隔性能的条件下,尽可能减少氢键的作用力,在耐水性方面寻求突破口,使改性后的聚乙烯醇产品在高湿态下仍具很好的氧气阻隔性能。
改性后的聚乙烯醇产品虽然解决了耐湿问题,但改性聚乙烯醇涂层对油墨的附着力太低,容易出现油墨和涂层脱落,尤其不能适用水性油墨等环保型油墨,总之印刷适应性太差,而包装类产品大多数需要印刷,大大限制了该类产品的推广和应用。
发明内容
针对现有改性聚乙烯醇产品的印刷问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种新型印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜,这种印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜是在原有的改性聚乙烯醇涂层上覆盖一种特殊的丙烯酸材料,制得的产品不但具有优异的氧气阻隔性能,而且还具有很好的热封性能及杰出的印刷适应性,尤其是对水性和醇系等环保型油墨具有极好的配合性,油墨吸附力强,印刷时可快速干燥,使印刷出来的产品具有良好的光泽度和极高的分辨率,且安全环保、生产成本较低,解决了传统改性聚乙烯醇涂布膜印刷不良问题和印刷用溶剂类油墨造成的环境污染和成本高的难题。本发明的工艺流程如下:基材表面电晕处理-底涂-烘干-改性聚乙烯醇涂布-烘干-丙烯酸涂布-烘干。
本发明提供的印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜,包括基材及基材表面的涂料层,涂料层与基材之间有底胶层,其特征在于:所述涂料层是由改性聚乙烯醇涂料和丙烯酸涂料先后涂覆在基材表面并烘干后形成的涂层,所述的改性聚乙烯醇涂料由含有下述重量含量的原料配制成:由80-95%的聚乙烯醇和5-20%的尿素发生交联反应形成的溶液50-100%,以及软化水0-40%,滑爽剂0-10%和防粘剂0-4%;所述丙烯酸涂料由含有下述重量含量的原料配制成:由10%-80%的丙烯酸和20-90%的丙烯酸甲酯或丙烯酸乙酯的共聚物形成的乳液25-95%、软化水0-70%、滑爽剂2-15%和防粘剂0.1-5%;所述基材可根据产品结构选择双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜和双向拉伸聚酯薄膜中的任意一种;所述底胶层是水性聚氨酯或水性丙烯酸形成的涂层。
所述涂料层可以在基材的一个面,也可以在基材的两个面同时存在;
所述的改性聚乙烯醇溶液固含量为:5-20%、滑爽剂的固含量为:5-30%、防粘剂的固含量为:3-25%;
所述的丙烯酸乳液的固含量为:10-60%、滑爽剂的固含量为:10-30%、防粘剂的固含量为:5-20%;
所述的滑爽剂是棕榈蜡;
所述的防粘剂是二氧化硅;
所述的改性聚乙烯醇涂层的厚度为:0.3-1.5μm;
所述的丙烯酸涂层的厚度为:0.1-2.0μm;
所述的基材为双向拉伸聚丙烯或双向拉伸聚酯薄膜;
基材的厚度为:10-100μm;
基材和改性聚乙烯醇涂料层之间采用的底胶使用水性聚氨酯或水性丙烯酸,底胶的涂布量为0.1-0.8g/m2
本发明还提供了一种上述印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜的制造方法,该方法为:对基材薄膜进行电晕处理,在电晕处理后的基材表面预涂底胶并烘干,用涂布设备将改性聚乙烯醇涂料均匀涂布到基材上,然后对涂布完成后的薄膜在涂布机烘箱上在线烘干,接着再用涂布设备把丙烯酸涂料均匀涂布在改性聚乙烯醇涂布面上,然后对涂布完成后的薄膜进行烘干,经过40-45℃固化两天后制得印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜。所述的改性聚乙烯醇涂料由含有下述重量含量的原料配制成:由80-95%的聚乙烯醇和5-20%的尿素发生交联反应形成的溶液50-100%,以及软化水0-40%,滑爽剂0-10%和防粘剂0-4%;所述丙烯酸涂料由含有下述重量含量的原料配制成:由10%-80%的丙烯酸和20-90%的丙烯酸甲酯或丙烯酸乙酯的共聚物形成的乳液25-95%、软化水0-70%、滑爽剂2-15%和防粘剂0.1-5%。
所述改性聚乙烯醇涂料的涂布量为0.25-1.5g/m2
所述丙烯酸涂料的涂布量为0.1-2.0g/m2
上述涂布过程中的将改性聚乙烯醇涂料均匀涂布到基材上的涂布速度为60-200m/min,将丙烯酸涂料均匀涂布在改性聚乙烯醇涂布面上的涂布速度为50-220m/min;
对涂布后的薄膜的烘干过程采用热风烘干或远红外加热烘干,或者是同时采用远红外和热风烘干两种方式。所述的烘干温度优选90-140℃,烘干时间5-20秒。
所述的涂布过程采用逆转辊吻式涂布方式,以解决对基材厚度偏差的适应性难题。
本发明的这种印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜,由于改性聚乙烯醇涂层外层覆盖一层丙烯酸涂料,因丙烯酸对油墨有很强的附着力,既增强改性聚乙烯醇的耐水性能,又能客服改性聚乙烯醇涂层对油墨适应差的问题,使本产品能适应目前使用的大多数油墨的印刷,且该涂布膜可以回收降解,安全环保且生产成本较低。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
所用原料为:
基材层:双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,厚度为18μm
改性聚乙烯醇溶液:由90%的聚乙烯醇和10%的尿素发生交联反应形成的溶液200kg,其固含量为7.0%;
丙烯酸乳液:由70%的丙烯酸与30%的丙烯酸甲酯共聚而成的丙烯酸乳液120kg,其固含量为25%;
底胶:水性丙烯酸粘合剂;
棕榈蜡滑爽剂2.8kg.市售;
二氧化硅防粘剂2.0kg,市售;
软化水30kg.
称取200kg改性聚乙烯醇溶液加入不锈钢容器中,再一边搅拌一边依次加入滑爽剂约1.3kg,防粘剂0.8kg和软化水10kg,搅拌均匀后成改性聚乙烯醇涂料待下一道工序使用。
将作为基材的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜放卷后进行电晕处理,预涂底胶,底胶涂布量为0.3g/m2,再通过逆转辊吻式涂布方式将配制好的改性聚乙烯醇涂料均匀涂在基材薄膜上,涂布量为0.6g/m2,涂布后经过远红外线烘干后收卷成膜。涂布时控制速度为160m/min.干燥温度为120℃,干燥时间为10秒。
再称取120kg丙烯酸乳液,再一边搅拌一边依次加入滑爽剂1.5kg,防粘剂1.2kg和软化水20kg,搅拌均匀,接着把涂好改性聚乙烯醇涂层的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜重新放卷,通过逆转辊吻式涂布方式将丙烯酸涂料均匀涂在改性聚乙烯醇涂层表面,涂布量为0.7g/m2,涂布后经过远红外线烘干后收卷成膜,涂布时控制速度为180m/min.干燥温度为120℃,干燥时间为8秒。烘干完毕后,经过45℃固化两天即制得印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜。在相对湿度50%时测得其氧气透过量为1.4ml/m2.24h。
实施例二:
所用原料为:
基材层:双向拉伸聚酯薄膜,厚度为23μm
改性聚乙烯醇溶液:由92%的聚乙烯醇和8%的尿素发生交联反应形成的溶液180kg,其固含量为10%;
丙烯酸乳液:由20%的丙烯酸与80%的丙烯酸乙酯共聚而成的丙烯酸乳液160kg,其固含量为30%;
底胶:水性聚氨酯粘合剂;
棕榈蜡滑爽剂4.5kg.市售;
二氧化硅防粘剂3.3kg,市售;
软化水35kg.
称取180kg改性聚乙烯醇溶液加入不锈钢容器中,再一边搅拌一边依次加入滑爽剂约2.5kg,防粘剂1.5kg和软化水5kg,搅拌均匀后成改性聚乙烯醇涂料待下一道工序使用。
将作为基材的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜放卷后进行电晕处理,预涂底胶,底胶涂布量为0.1g/m2,再通过逆转辊吻式涂布方式将改性聚乙烯醇涂料均匀涂在基材薄膜上,涂布量为0.7g/m2,涂布后经过远红外线烘干后收卷成膜。涂布时控制速度为110m/min.干燥温度为130℃,干燥时间为15秒。
再称取160kg丙烯酸乳液,再一边搅拌一边依次加入滑爽剂2.0kg,防粘剂1.8kg和软化水30kg,搅拌均匀,接着把涂好改性聚乙烯醇涂层的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜重新放卷,通过逆转辊吻式涂布方式将丙烯酸涂料均匀涂在改性聚乙烯醇涂层表面,彻底覆盖改性聚乙烯醇涂层,涂布量1.0g/m2,涂布后经过远红外线烘干后收卷成膜,涂布时控制速度为150m/min.干燥温度为130℃,干燥时间为10秒。烘干完毕后,经过40℃固化两天即制得印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜。在相对湿度50%时测得氧气透过量为0.8ml/m2.24h。
实施例三:
所用原料为:
基材层:双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,厚度为100μm
改性聚乙烯醇溶液:由80%的聚乙烯醇和20%的尿素发生交联反应形成的溶液300kg,其固含量为12%;
丙烯酸乳液:由10%的丙烯酸与90%的丙烯酸甲酯共聚而成的丙烯酸乳液200kg,其固含量为55%;
底胶:水性聚氨酯粘合剂;
棕榈蜡滑爽剂5.2kg.市售;
二氧化硅防粘剂4.0kg,市售;
软化水60kg.
称取300kg改性聚乙烯醇溶液加入不锈钢容器中,再一边搅拌一边依次加入滑爽剂约1.2kg,防粘剂2.5kg和软化水15kg,搅拌均匀后成改性聚乙烯醇涂料待下一道工序使用。
将作为基材的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜放卷后进行电晕处理,预涂底胶,底胶涂布量为0.5g/m2,再通过逆转辊吻式涂布方式将改性聚乙烯醇涂料均匀涂在基材薄膜上,涂布量为1.2g/m2,涂布后经过远红外线烘干后收卷成膜。涂布时控制速度为120m/min.干燥温度为120℃,干燥时间为18秒。
再称取200kg丙烯酸乳液,再一边搅拌一边依次加入滑爽剂4.0kg,防粘剂1.5kg和软化水45kg,搅拌均匀,接着把涂好改性聚乙烯醇涂层的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜重新放卷,通过逆转辊吻式涂布方式将丙烯酸涂料均匀涂在改性聚乙烯醇涂层表面,彻底覆盖改性聚乙烯醇涂层,涂布量2.0g/m2,涂布后经过远红外线烘干后收卷成膜,涂布时控制速度为220m/min.干燥温度为120℃,干燥时间为6秒。烘干完毕后,经过42℃固化两天即制得印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜。在相对湿度50%时测得氧气透过量为0.7ml/m2.24h。
实施例四:
所用原料为:
基材层:双向拉伸聚酯薄膜,厚度为10μm
改性聚乙烯醇溶液:由85%的聚乙烯醇和15%的尿素发生交联反应形成的溶液190kg,其固含量为8.5%;
丙烯酸乳液:由50%的丙烯酸与50%的丙烯酸甲酯共聚而成的丙烯酸乳液150kg,其固含量为20%;
底胶:水性丙烯酸粘合剂;
棕榈蜡滑爽剂3.0kg.市售;
二氧化硅防粘剂2.0kg,市售;
软化水48kg.
称取190kg改性聚乙烯醇溶液加入不锈钢容器中,再一边搅拌一边依次加入滑爽剂约1.5kg,防粘剂1.2kg和软化水12kg,搅拌均匀后成改性聚乙烯醇涂料待下一道工序使用。
将作为基材的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜放卷后进行电晕处理,预涂底胶,底胶涂布量为0.8g/m2,再通过逆转辊吻式涂布方式将改性聚乙烯醇涂料均匀涂在基材薄膜上,涂布量为1.0g/m2,涂布后经过远红外线烘干后收卷成膜。涂布时控制速度为140m/min.干燥温度为130℃,干燥时间为13秒。
再称取150kg丙烯酸乳液,再一边搅拌一边依次加入滑爽剂1.5kg,防粘剂0.8kg和软化水36kg,搅拌均匀,接着把涂好改性聚乙烯醇涂层的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜重新放卷,通过逆转辊吻式涂布方式将丙烯酸涂料均匀涂在改性聚乙烯醇涂层表面,彻底覆盖改性聚乙烯醇涂层,涂布量1.0g/m2,涂布后经过远红外线烘干后收卷成膜,涂布时控制速度为170m/min.干燥温度为120℃,干燥时间为9秒。烘干完毕后,经过45℃固化两天即制得印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜。在相对湿度50%时测得氧气透过量为1.0ml/m2.24h。
实施例五:
所用原料为:
基材层:双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,厚度为10μm
改性聚乙烯醇溶液:由95%的聚乙烯醇和5%的尿素发生交联反应形成的溶液250kg,其固含量为20%;
丙烯酸乳液:由25%的丙烯酸与75%的丙烯酸乙酯共聚而成的丙烯酸乳液220kg,其固含量为60%;
底胶:水性聚氨酯粘合剂;
棕榈蜡滑爽剂5.2kg.市售;
二氧化硅防粘剂4.1kg,市售;
软化水66kg.
称取250kg改性聚乙烯醇溶液加入不锈钢容器中,再一边搅拌一边依次加入滑爽剂约3.0kg,防粘剂1.9kg和软化水35kg,搅拌均匀后成改性聚乙烯醇涂料待下一道工序使用。
将作为基材的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜放卷后进行电晕处理,预涂底胶,底胶涂布量为0.8g/m2,再通过逆转辊吻式涂布方式将改性聚乙烯醇涂料均匀涂在基材薄膜上,涂布量为1.5g/m2,涂布后经过远红外线烘干后收卷成膜。涂布时控制速度为100m/min.干燥温度为140℃,干燥时间为16秒。
再称取220kg丙烯酸乳液,再一边搅拌一边依次加入滑爽剂2.2kg,防粘剂2.2kg和软化水31kg,搅拌均匀,接着把涂好改性聚乙烯醇涂层的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜重新放卷,通过逆转辊吻式涂布方式将丙烯酸涂料均匀涂在改性聚乙烯醇涂层表面,彻底覆盖改性聚乙烯醇涂层,涂布量2.0g/m2,涂布后经过远红外线烘干后收卷成膜,涂布时控制速度为190m/min.干燥温度为125℃,干燥时间为8秒。烘干完毕后,经过40℃固化两天即制得印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜。在相对湿度50%时测得氧气透过量为0.6ml/m2.24h。
实施例六:
所用原料为:
基材层:双向拉伸聚酯薄膜,厚度为100μm
改性聚乙烯醇溶液:由88%的聚乙烯醇和12%的尿素发生交联反应形成的溶液280kg,其固含量为8%;
丙烯酸乳液:由22%的丙烯酸与78%的丙烯酸甲酯共聚而成的丙烯酸乳液150kg,其固含量为25%;
底胶:水性丙烯酸粘合剂;
棕榈蜡滑爽剂4.8kg.市售;
二氧化硅防粘剂5.0kg,市售;
软化水45kg.
称取280kg改性聚乙烯醇溶液加入不锈钢容器中,再一边搅拌一边依次加入滑爽剂约2.8kg,防粘剂2.4kg和软化水18kg,搅拌均匀后成改性聚乙烯醇涂料待下一道工序使用。
将作为基材的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜放卷后进行电晕处理,预涂底胶,底胶涂布量为0.3g/m2,再通过逆转辊吻式涂布方式将改性聚乙烯醇涂料均匀涂在基材薄膜上,涂布量为0.7g/m2,涂布后经过远红外线烘干后收卷成膜。涂布时控制速度为120m/min.干燥温度为140℃,干燥时间为14秒。
再称取150kg丙烯酸乳液,再一边搅拌一边依次加入滑爽剂2.0kg,防粘剂2.6kg和软化水27kg,搅拌均匀,接着把涂好改性聚乙烯醇涂层的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜重新放卷,通过逆转辊吻式涂布方式将丙烯酸涂料均匀涂在改性聚乙烯醇涂层表面,彻底覆盖改性聚乙烯醇涂层,涂布量1.2g/m2,涂布后经过远红外线烘干后收卷成膜,涂布时控制速度为140m/min.干燥温度为120℃,干燥时间为11秒。烘干完毕后,经过40℃固化两天即制得印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜。在相对湿度50%时测得氧气透过量为0.9ml/m2.24h。
实施例七:
所用原料为:
基材层:双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,厚度为28μm
改性聚乙烯醇溶液:由91%的聚乙烯醇和9%的尿素发生交联反应形成的溶液180kg,其固含量为5%;
丙烯酸乳液:由50%的丙烯酸与50%的丙烯酸甲酯共聚而成的丙烯酸乳液100kg,其固含量为33%;
底胶:水性聚氨酯粘合剂;
棕榈蜡滑爽剂4.0kg.市售;
二氧化硅防粘剂3.0kg,市售;
软化水52kg.
称取180kg改性聚乙烯醇溶液加入不锈钢容器中,再一边搅拌一边依次加入滑爽剂约2.4kg,防粘剂1.8kg和软化水10kg,搅拌均匀后成改性聚乙烯醇涂料待下一道工序使用。
将作为基材的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜放卷后进行电晕处理,预涂底胶,底胶涂布量为0.4g/m2,再通过逆转辊吻式涂布方式将改性聚乙烯醇涂料均匀涂在基材薄膜上,涂布量为0.25g/m2,涂布后经过远红外线烘干后收卷成膜。涂布时控制速度为140m/min.干燥温度为120℃,干燥时间为12秒。
再称取100kg丙烯酸乳液,再一边搅拌一边依次加入滑爽剂1.6kg,防粘剂1.2kg和软化水42kg,搅拌均匀,接着把涂好改性聚乙烯醇涂层的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜重新放卷,通过逆转辊吻式涂布方式将丙烯酸涂料均匀涂在改性聚乙烯醇涂层表面,彻底覆盖改性聚乙烯醇涂层,涂布量0.7g/m2,涂布后经过远红外线烘干后收卷成膜,涂布时控制速度为130m/min.干燥温度为120℃,干燥时间为9秒。烘干完毕后,经过40℃固化两天即制得印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜。在相对湿度50%时测得氧气透过量为2.5ml/m2.24h。
实施例八:
所用原料为:
基材层:双向拉伸聚酯薄膜,厚度为12μm
改性聚乙烯醇溶液:由90%的聚乙烯醇和10%的尿素发生交联反应形成的溶液200kg,其固含量为9%;
丙烯酸乳液:由40%的丙烯酸与60%的丙烯酸乙酯共聚而成的丙烯酸乳液160kg,其固含量为25%;
底胶:水性丙烯酸粘合剂;
棕榈蜡滑爽剂3.8kg.市售;
二氧化硅防粘剂3.0kg,市售;
软化水35kg.
称取200kg改性聚乙烯醇溶液加入不锈钢容器中,再一边搅拌一边依次加入滑爽剂约1.3kg,防粘剂0.9kg和软化水15kg,搅拌均匀后成改性聚乙烯醇涂料待下一道工序使用。
将作为基材的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜放卷后进行电晕处理,预涂底胶,底胶涂布量为0.5g/m2,再通过逆转辊吻式涂布方式将改性聚乙烯醇涂料均匀涂在基材薄膜上,涂布量为0.6g/m2,涂布后经过远红外线烘干后收卷成膜。涂布时控制速度为120m/min.干燥温度为135℃,干燥时间为14秒。
再称取160kg丙烯酸乳液,再一边搅拌一边依次加入滑爽剂2.5kg,防粘剂2.1kg和软化水20kg,搅拌均匀,接着把涂好改性聚乙烯醇涂层的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜重新放卷,通过逆转辊吻式涂布方式将丙烯酸涂料均匀涂在改性聚乙烯醇涂层表面,彻底覆盖改性聚乙烯醇涂层,涂布量0.7g/m2,涂布后经过远红外线烘干后收卷成膜,涂布时控制速度为130m/min.干燥温度为120℃,干燥时间为11秒。烘干完毕后,经过40℃固化两天即制得印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜。在相对湿度50%时测得氧气透过量为1.5ml/m2.24h。

Claims (15)

1.一种印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜,包括基材及基材表面的涂料层,涂料层与基材之间的底胶层,其特征在于:所述涂料层是由改性聚乙烯醇涂料和丙烯酸涂料先后涂覆在基材表面并烘干后形成的改性聚乙烯醇涂层和丙烯酸涂层,所述的改性聚乙烯醇涂料由含有下述重量含量的原料配制成:由80-95%的聚乙烯醇和5-20%的尿素发生交联反应形成的溶液50-100%,以及软化水0-40%,滑爽剂0-10%和防粘剂0-4%;所述丙烯酸涂料由含有下述重量含量的原料配制成:由10%-80%的丙烯酸和20-90%的丙烯酸甲酯或丙烯酸乙酯的共聚物形成的乳液25-95%、软化水0-70%、滑爽剂2-15%和防粘剂0.1-5%;所述基材可根据产品结构选择双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜和双向拉伸聚酯薄膜中的任意一种;所述底胶层是水性聚氨酯或水性丙烯酸形成的涂层。
2.如权利要求1所述的印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜,其特征在于:所述涂料层可以在基材的一个面,也可以在基材的两个面同时存在。
3.如权利要求1所述的印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜,其特征在于:所述的改性聚乙烯醇溶液固含量为:5-20%、滑爽剂的固含量为:5-30%、防粘剂的固含量为:3-25%。
4.如权利要求1所述的印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜,其特征在于:所述的丙烯酸乳液的固含量为:10-60%、滑爽剂的固含量为:10-30%、防粘剂的固含量为:5-20%。
5.如权利要求1所述的印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜,其特征在于:所述的滑爽剂是棕榈蜡。
6.如权利要求1所述的印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜,其特征在于:所述的防粘剂是二氧化硅。
7.如权利要求1所述的印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜,其特征在于:所述的改性聚乙烯醇涂层的厚度为:0.3-1.5μm。
8.如权利要求1所述的印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜,其特征在于:所述的丙烯酸涂层的厚度为:0.1-2.0μm。
9.如权利要求1所述的印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜,其特征在于:所述的基材为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜或双向拉伸聚酯薄膜,基材的厚度为:10-100μm。
10.如权利要求1所述的印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜,其特征在于:基材和改性聚乙烯醇涂料层之间采用的底胶使用水性聚氨酯或水性丙烯酸,底胶的涂布量为0.1-0.8g/m2
11.一种印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜的制造方法,其特征在于该方法包括如下过程:对基材薄膜进行电晕处理,在电晕处理后的基材表面预涂底胶并烘干,用涂布设备将改性聚乙烯醇涂料均匀涂布到基材上,然后对涂布完成后的薄膜在涂布机烘箱上在线烘干,接着再用涂布设备把丙烯酸涂料均匀涂布在改性聚乙烯醇涂布面上,然后对涂布完成后的薄膜进行烘干,经过40-45℃固化两天后制得,所述的改性聚乙烯醇涂料由含有下述重量含量的原料配制成:由80-95%的聚乙烯醇和5-20%的尿素发生交联反应形成的溶液50-100%,以及软化水0-40%,滑爽剂0-10%和防粘剂0-4%;所述丙烯酸涂料由含有下述重量含量的原料配制成:由10%-80%的丙烯酸和20-90%的丙烯酸甲酯或丙烯酸乙酯的共聚物形成的乳液25-95%、软化水0-70%、滑爽剂2-15%和防粘剂0.1-5%。
12.如权利要求11所述的印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜的制造方法,其特征在于:所述改性聚乙烯醇涂料的涂布量为0.25-1.5g/m2;所述丙烯酸涂料的涂布量为0.1-2.0g/m2
13.如权利要求11所述的印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜的制造方法,其特征在于:将改性聚乙烯醇涂料均匀涂布到基材上的涂布速度为60-200m/min,将丙烯酸涂料均匀涂布在改性聚乙烯醇涂布面上的涂布速度为50-220m/min。
14.如权利要求11所述的印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜的制造方法,其特征在于:对涂布后的薄膜的烘干过程采用热风烘干或远红外加热烘干,或者是同时采用远红外和热风烘干两种方式;所述的烘干温度为90-140℃,烘干时间5-20秒。
15.如权利要求11所述的印刷用改性聚乙烯醇涂布薄膜的制造方法,其特征在于:涂布方式采用逆转辊吻式涂布方式。
