Abstract
本发明是一种加工橡胶,热塑性塑料和用于抗水性混合材料脱水的销钉式螺杆挤出机的销钉调整装置。能各自从螺杆挤出机内腔径向拉出的销钉用螺纹与活塞杆连接。操作一个截止阀,液压缸的活塞即可单个或成组的移动,这样,销钉就能在几秒钟内从螺杆挤出机内腔拉出或***。
Description
本发明是关于一种加工橡胶、热塑性塑料及类似物的销钉式螺杆挤出机的销钉调整装置。
美国专利4,178,104公开了一种销钉式螺杆挤出机的销钉调整装置。
该调整装置的销钉与滑块用螺纹连接,并用锁紧螺帽锁紧,使得销钉和滑块连接而不能转动。滑块在螺杆挤出机料筒上的导轨中径向移动。一个调整用的齿环,其与滑块相对的侧面为曲面,该曲面与滑块上相应的相反曲面配合。齿环用一个小齿轮驱动。带曲面的齿环可自由转动以及可用锁紧环固定。
美国专利4,178,104所述销钉调整装置有许多缺点。
首先,齿环必须套在螺杆挤出机料筒上。齿环支承在其末端位置上的套筒形导轨上,导轨必须与螺杆挤出机料筒旋紧。最后,齿环及调整滑块的侧面为精密配合的调整曲面,这些零件的机械加工很费钱。
并且与螺杆挤出机料筒上的齿环相啮合的调整小齿轮的支承要求一个非常昂贵的结构。可以证实制造这种调整装置费用昂贵。
并且该调整装置的装配也非常困难。将料筒凸缘接头焊在料筒段一端以前,必须将安放齿环轴承的套筒状导轨套在料筒上。然后将齿环套在料筒上,安装到预定的位置。随后才能将导轨用螺钉固定在挤出机料筒上。然后将侧面带有曲面的滑块套在挤出机料筒的预定位置,各个销钉靠螺纹旋入滑块。调整装置装配结束后,将一个料筒凸缘焊在料筒段上。
假使滑块或齿环侧面的曲向出现某种程度的磨损,这些零件的拆卸要化的费用几乎可换一个新的料筒段。不但必须将螺杆从挤出机中拉出来,还要将料筒凸缘接头拆开,然后焊下凸缘。
采取这些措施造成螺杆挤出机停机时间特别长,这是不能允许的。
本发明的目的是设计一种销钉调整装置,要求其结构简单,易于装配和拆卸。特别是在修理调整装置时,必须避免拉出螺杆挤出机的螺杆以及必须避免拆开和焊下各个料筒段的凸缘。
发明的任务用权利要求特征部分所述的特征解决了。本发明的销钉调整装置,具有一个在挤压机料筒内可转动的螺杆,在料筒内壁周围及轴向方向上,约等距地分布并沿径向延伸、指向螺杆纵轴的销钉,在销钉***料筒处被切断的螺杆螺纹,以及一个用于调整销钉***深度的调整装置,其特征在于,销钉由液压缸的活塞杆组成,液压缸固定在挤压机料筒上。对着活塞杆作用端的另一端轴向地由液压缸导引并刻有标记。
活壁杆同时当作***挤出机内腔的销钉使得调调销钉非常简单和有效。只需要使各个液压缸的活塞杆进去或出来,就可改变销钉的***深度。
因为固定在螺杆挤出机料筒上所有液压缸可同时动作,或者每个径向平面内所有销钉或者每个螺杆挤出机截面内所有销钉可移动,对某一温度或被加工物料的某种粘度在料筒段内就会产生不同的应力。
为了做清洁或类似的工作,需要拉出螺杆时,在几秒钟内即可将销钉从螺杆挤出机内腔拉出,于是就能拉出螺杆。
本发明的另一种结构是销钉的螺纹旋入液压缸的活塞中(或者刚相反)。
本发明的一个实施例如图所示。

螺杆2在螺杆挤出机料筒1中旋转,靠螺纹3输送物料。螺旋形螺杆螺纹3在销钉4***螺杆挤出机内腔5处是切断的。
销钉4是由液压缸6的活塞杆构成。
按照机器的用途,可用截止阀控制全部液压缸6或分组进行控制。
只要很简单地操作这种型式的截止阀即可在几秒钟内将销钉4从螺杆挤出机内腔5中移动,就可达到使机器能用于不同物料粘度或加工温度的目的。
液压缸的活塞杆做成两端可伸出的杆,则其一端作为均匀化用销钉4,其另一端伸出液压缸外并带有刻度,作为***深度目测检查用。
销钉4也可用螺纹与液压缸中的活塞杆连接,当销钉4磨损时,能较快地更换销钉4,费用也较少。
Claims (2)
1、一种加工橡胶、热塑性塑料的销钉式螺杆挤出机的销钉调整装置,具有在料筒内壁周围及轴向方向上约等距地分布并沿径向延伸、指向一个在挤压机料筒内可转动的螺杆纵轴的销钉,在销钉***料筒处螺杆螺纹被切断,以及一个用于调整销钉***深度的调整装置,其特征在于,销钉由液压缸的活塞杆组成,液压缸固定在挤压机料筒上。
2、按照权利要求1所述的销钉调整装置,其特征是,对着活塞杆作用端的另一端轴向地由液压缸导引并刻有标记。
