Abstract
According to this method, inner and / or outer wall parts for building construction are produced in a manufacturing plant. An intermediate frame (4) designed as a truss timber frame structure (1) is placed on an underlying base plate and fixed it in a horizontal position. In this wooden frame structure (1) all necessary lines such as electrical lines, pipes for water, sewage, for ventilation and the associated connection couplings for all these lines are inserted. The wooden frame structure (1) on the base plate with all internals present therein is filled with a filling material (7) of air filled balls of expanded silica sand or perlite with a compressive strength> 0.7 N / mm 2 and with a bulk density of 50-300 g / l filled, which were previously mixed with a binder and additives in earth-moist consistency. The excess filling material (7) is scraped off on top of the wooden frame structure (1), one or more cover plates are mounted on the filled wooden frame structure (1).
Description
Description [0001] In general building construction, residential buildings have been built “in situ” over the past few years, that is to say on site. This construction method is increasingly being replaced by the fast construction method with prefabricated elements. Thanks to its light weight, wood is particularly suitable for the manufacture of components prefabricated in a factory. For several years now, entire wall elements with inserted electrical, water and sewage pipes and all connections or coupling elements have been delivered to the construction site in a prefabricated state. The structure is then built very quickly at the intended location by assembling these components.
According to the prior art, a prefabricated wall element is usually constructed as follows: a wooden grid made of rectangular profiles is fixed as a framework on an underlying base plate in the prefabrication plant. All recesses for doors, windows and other wall openings are available in the truss. In the remaining wall parts all lines for electricity, water as well as waste water or air supply and air discharge etc. are inserted with the necessary coupling pieces for the connections of the systems. A filler is then introduced into these wall parts and then the component is covered with a plate.
The filler must meet various requirements such as thermal insulation and fire resistance. The filler should be able to be disposed of properly even after the building has reached the end of its useful life. It is also important that the filler is bound. If this is not the case, the material would leak out of the wall during a later relocation, for example as soon as a plate is drilled on the surface. To create such prefabricated wall elements, polystyrene or mineral wool is used as a filler, or various natural fibers. It is very important that the filler can stabilize the inserted pipes and that this insert is well embedded over the entire surface. If this is not the case, thermal insulation and fire protection cannot be guaranteed. As a filler, polystyrene is not fire-resistant. Recyclability is also problematic, since separate disposal of the polystyrene has been required for several years in different countries.
A bound, traditional pearlite offers itself as a filler, but unfortunately has a very hygroscopic effect. In the event of a water line break or a leak in a line, the escaping water or moisture would spread quickly inside the wall. The cover plates and the timber frame could be damaged. When using natural products and mineral wool or natural fibers, the filling is done manually. The manual clogging of the fiber products around the installed lines is very expensive. The personnel costs are correspondingly high. Such products have practically no compressive strength and are also unable to absorb diagonal forces in the wall plate. Additional diagonal struts are therefore often required in the framework.
The object of the present invention is therefore mindful of the above requirements to provide a method for prefabricating wall elements, and such a wall element, which is a significant improvement in terms of manufacture as well as in terms of the quality of the wall element so produced offers.
This object is achieved on the one hand by a method for prefabricating interior and / or exterior wall parts for building construction in a manufacturing plant, which is characterized by the following steps:
a) eine mit Zwischenstreben als Fachwerk ausgebildete Holzrahmenstruktur wird auf eine unterliegende Grundplatte gelegt und darauf in horizontaler Lage fixiert,a) a wooden frame structure designed as a truss with intermediate struts is placed on an underlying base plate and fixed in a horizontal position thereon,
b) in dieser Holzrahmenstruktur werden alle erforderlichen Leitungen wie elektrische Leitungen, Leitungen für das Wasser, Abwasser, für die Lüftung sowie die zugehörigen Anschlusskupplungen für alle diese Leitungen eingelegt,b) in this wooden frame structure all necessary lines such as electrical lines, lines for water, sewage, for ventilation and the associated connection couplings for all these lines are inserted,
Perlit mit einer Druckfestigkeit > 0,7 N/mm2 und mit einem Schüttgewicht von 50-300 g/l verfüllt, welches zuvor mit einem Bindemittel und Additiven in erdfeuchter Konsistenz aufgemischt wurde,c) the wooden frame structure on the base plate with all the internals contained therein is filled with a filling material made of air-filled balls made of expanded silica sand or perlite with a compressive strength> 0.7 N / mm 2 and a bulk density of 50-300 g / l, which has previously been mixed with a binder and additives in an earth-moist consistency,
d) das überschüssige Füllmaterial wird auf der Oberseite der Holzrahmenstruktur abgestrichen, und eine oder mehrere Deckplatten werden wenigstens auf die verfüllte Holzrahmenstruktur aufmontiert.d) the excess filling material is wiped off on the top of the wooden frame structure, and one or more cover plates are at least mounted on the filled wooden frame structure.
In the first place, another filler comes into play, which is much more advantageous than the previously known.
Based on the figures, the method is explained below and the wall element produced with it is described in more detail.

As a special feature, it is possible according to the present invention to bring the filling material to a minimum absorbency with a special light aggregate. The light aggregate for this are closed-cell perlites. The small, lightweight, glass balls of expanded, closed cell perlite are characterized by a compressive strength of> 0.7 N / mm 2 and are thus mechanically sufficiently resistant. The closed-cell perlites have a bulk density of just 50-300 g / l. In the process according to the invention, these closed-cell perlites are mixed together with a binder and only with a small amount of mixing water. Cement and or lime or a mixture of both with additives and / or additives may be used as binders. These binders are ideally coated with fast-binding additives so that the setting process is accelerated and the need for mixing water remains minimal. Rapid cements are particularly suitable for the mix to be used. It is important that only a small amount of mixing water is used so that the filling material has an earth-moist consistency. An example of a guideline recipe for the filling mixture, which contains closed-cell pearlites with a density of 0.01 kg / l, is given below:
This filling mixture is purely mineral and can be disposed of together with other inert products for disposal after reaching the service life.
Fig. 1 shows a wooden frame structure 1, which is placed here on a precisely fitting base plate 2 lying on the floor. This base plate 2 or the cover plate 9, 10 to be used later can be made of different materials based on gypsum, or it can also be a composite. Wood panels of all kinds are also suitable, or wood laminate panels as well as MDF panels. In this example, a door frame 3 is integrated in the wooden frame structure 1. The later horizontal parts 6 are made of stronger wooden beams, either from solid material or as laminates. Intermediate struts 4 made of solid wood material or of wood laminate beams 4 are used inside the wooden frame structure 1 to act as a truss bracing. At certain points 5, these intermediate struts 4 can have a reduced thickness, so that space is created there for installations or for the implementation of lines of all kinds. After laying these lines in the interior of the wooden frame structure 1, the mixed filling material 7 is poured directly into the wall part or its wooden frame structure 1 and then distributed and finally pulled off at the surface, as shown in FIG. 2. At most, the entire plate can be vibrated additionally, so that the filling behind and below the inserts is guaranteed. Another option is to stuff the filling material with contact pressure. With many pipeline installations, the filling mixture can also be better distributed among the internals by lightly tamping in or using vibration. Thanks to the bonded backfill, the wall panel becomes stable and is therefore able to absorb diagonal forces in the panel plane. There is no need for diagonal wooden struts in the wall element. It is also important that the filler has a certain pressure resistance so that the walls can be loaded.
Nach dem Aufleimen aller Deckplatten kann das Wandelement in die lotrechte LageAfter curing, which takes place in a few minutes, in a next step, as shown in FIG. 3, the sides of the intermediate struts 4 and outer wood structure parts 6 lying in this lying position are coated with a wood glue 8. Then a precisely fitting cover plate is glued in one piece or in parts onto the wooden frame structure 1. 4, two cover plates 9, 10 have already been glued on. A third for area 11 is still missing. If necessary, the cover plate is also glued to the filler. This further improves the stability in the plate plane for absorbing diagonal forces. After all cover plates have been glued on, the wall element can be in the vertical position
These wall elements can be transported in a lying as well as a standing position, depending on which position is more suitable with the present means of transport.
For increased stability of such a wall element, intermediate plates 11 can be provided, which, as in FIG. 6, where a cross section of a wall element is shown schematically, are installed precisely at an intermediate height. These intermediate plates 11 are inserted fully on a layer of filling material 7 and the space between them and the upper edge of the lying wooden structure 1 is also filled with filling material 7. These fully embedded intermediate plates 11 then absorb diagonal forces very effectively, which can act on the wooden frame structure 1 when installed. Such intermediate plates 11 can, for example, be solid wood panels, chipboard, composite panels, i.e. Composite panels and MDF panels.
