Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an insulating facade with the features according to the preamble of claim 1 and a plaster according to claim 12, u. a. for use for the inventions insulation facade according to the invention.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine Fassadendämmung für einen Untergrund 101. Masonry or concrete walls require external insulation on the one hand for optical reasons, but also for sound insulation and thermal insulation reasons. In addition, the masonry or concrete walls must be protected against the effects of rain, wind, frost and the sun. Mineral plaster systems are used for effective external insulation, as shown in FIGS . 3 and 4. Fig. 3 shows a facade insulation for an underground one hundred and first Insulation boards 102 are attached to the base 101 using fastening dowels 106 . The insulation boards can e.g. B. made of mineral wool or polestyrene. After the insulation boards 102 have been attached, a first plaster layer 103 'is applied. Then plaster mats 104 and then another thin plaster layer 103 "are applied to the insulation board 102. In a last step, the actual plaster layer 103 is applied. Fig. 3 does not show the cross section of the insulation facade to scale. This is how the plaster layers are 103 'and 103 "in relation to the plaster layer 103 mostly much thinner. The plaster layers 103 'and 103 "can be applied together with the plaster base mats 104 in one work step.
FIG. 4 shows a similar Dämmfassade, wherein the insulation panels are applied 202 to the drive 201 wall. The insulation boards 202 will be glued to the substrate 201 in a first operation. A first plaster layer 203 'is then applied to the insulation boards, after which a mat 204 is then applied to the first plaster layer 203 by means of the dowels 206 . Then a second plaster layer 203 "is applied thinly to the mat 204. Finally, the actual, much thicker plaster layer 203 , which forms the outer layer of the insulating facade, is applied.
Today's plaster layers are applied in multiple layers. This is necessary because the plasters used today easily form cracks when hardening, provided they are thick layers can be applied.
The object of the present invention is an insulation fiber sade to provide which is simpler in structure and the insulation properties of conventional insulation facades is at least equivalent.
This task is invented by means of an insulation facade solved with the features of claim 1.
The insulating facade according to the invention consists only of two layers, the first layer being the conventional one used insulation boards and form the second layer a plaster containing granules. In a special one Embodiment of the insulation facade according to the invention a plaster base grid in the granular plaster layer one, which is attached to the insulation board by means of fasteners ten and is attached to the ground. Because of the engagement In particular, glass granules make it possible to plaster single layer and very thick. Conventional Plaster thicknesses from 16 mm to 17 mm could only be achieved by opening wearing two layers can be achieved.
By means of the granular plaster, in particular stable stucco thicknesses due to the fine granulation of the granulate of over 20 mm - to well over 400 mm - can be achieved where with the plaster layer in one step can be applied. No reinforcement is advantageous plaster or no reinforcement filler with reinforcement fabric be for the production of the natural insulation fiber according to the invention sade more necessary. This eliminates some for the Production of known facades of required work steps - expensive materials can be saved, thereby the insulation facade according to the invention is less expensive and can be produced faster.
The granular plaster layer is particularly crack-resistant dig and if glass granulate is used, pure minera lish. Just like plasters used conventionally, the granular plaster colored or with mica be provided to achieve a glitter effect.
In addition to a rough surface, a smooth surface can also be used surface to be made with the plaster used the particularly creative demands of architecture are enough.
The glass granulate used is in particular a expanded glass granules, which reduces the specific weight of the Granulate is significantly less than the specific Ge important of sand, which is used for conventional plasters Filling material is used.
In contrast to the well-known plasters, where only the glass granulate is added, replaces the glass Granules in the insulation facade according to the invention the filling fabric sand in its entirety. This will be a Shrinkage avoided during curing, which creates surfaces stress cracks do not occur even with large thicknesses. The granular plaster is very breathable and he fills in particular the fire protection class A1 and is therefore also suitable for high-rise buildings. The stability of the invent facade according to the invention advantageously corresponds to one Clinker brick facade, however, compared to this we are manufactured significantly cheaper.
Due to the two layers of the invention Insulating facade can be created faster because in ver same as conventional insulation facades steps saved. The overall structure consists of finally from natural building materials without the use of Dispersions that lead to structural damage in the long term. Here is a high vapor diffusion ability of the insulation fiber sade guaranteed.
In a special embodiment of the invention a cranked plaster support grid z. B. made of stainless steel or made of hot-dip galvanized material, which means Fix dowels together with the insulation boards in the masonry core. This makes a particularly stable con structure achieved. By cranking the plaster base mesh ters is backwashed when the plaster is applied and embraced so that a good connection between plaster girder grid and plaster is achieved. By using it of the plaster support grid is made from one plaster layer (le diglich one work step) a two-layer plaster layer, and thus the gem. the relevant DIN standards Multi-layered achieved. Although the are used Plaster support grid known, but they are only for Fastening on old plasters or for easier smoothing used by uneven documents.
Instead of a cranked plaster support grid, a smooth support grid can be used. With such a However, spacers must be provided against the support grid, which increases the workload for installing the insulation facade increased.
As a plaster support grid (cranked or non-cranked) z. B. a glass fiber reinforced and / or a plastic grid be used.
Due to the low shrinkage and the low spec The weight of the plaster is independent of the fish Insulating facade according to the invention can be used in many ways and especially for exterior stucco work or for damp rooms (e.g. swimming pools), which are more normal be applied in large thicknesses.
To improve the crack resistance of the plaster long, microfibers can still be added to it the.
The insulation facade according to the invention is described below explained in more detail by drawings.
Es zeigen:Show it:
Fig. 1 eine Querschnittsdarstellung der er findungsgemäßen Dämmfassade; Figure 1 is a cross-sectional view of the inventive insulation facade.
Fig. 2a bis 2c Herstellungsverfahren der erfin dungsgemäßen Dämmfassade; Fig. 2a to 2c manufacturing method of the inventive insulation facade;
FIGS. 3 and 4 Dämmfassaden according to the prior art.
The insulation facade consists of conventional insulation panels 2 , which are fastened in the subsurface 1 by means of dowels 5 . By means of additional dowels 6 , a cranked Putzträ grid 4 is fixed in the ground 1 . The heads 6 'of the dowels 6 press the plaster support grid 4 in the cranked region 4 ' against the outside 2 'of the insulation panels 2 and press them firmly against the substrate 1 .
The thickness D1 of the insulation boards and the thickness D2 of the plaster layer 3 can be selected as desired and depends on the standards to be fulfilled. The offset depth and the offset depth can also be selected as desired and depend in particular on the thicknesses D1 and D2.
FIGS. 2a to 2c show the manufacturing process for the inventive Dämmfassade. In the first step ( Fig. 2a), the insulation boards 2 (esp. Mineral fiber boards, such as Rockwool Coverrock® 035) are successively used with a dowel 5 on the subsurface 1 (new building: masonry or concrete; old building: e.g. B. existing plaster layer, clinker or other load-bearing Plattenbe, but if possible no curtain walls) be fastened. This fastening is a provisional fastening and does not meet the fastening standards according to the relevant DIN standards. Plates 7 are used for stapling the panels 2 , so that the surface 2 ', in particular the hardened surface, of the insulation panels 2 is not excessively pressed in by the dowels 6 .
In the second operation according to FIG. 2b, the cranked plaster support grid 4 is brought from the outside against the insulation boards 2 by means of additional dowels 6 and anchored in the ground 1 ver. Exactly as many dowels 6 are used here as are required to secure the insulation facade in order to meet the relevant standards (e.g. according to the dowel diagram of DIN 1102). The dowels 6 with their heads 6 'are each inserted in the cranked area 4 ' into the base 1, in particular screwed in.
In the last step, as shown in Fig. 2c, the mineral mineral plaster 3 in particular is applied by means of a cleaning gun 8 , this being pressed in the area 4 "behind the plaster support grid and thus completely enclosing the plaster support grid 4. The plaster 3 additionally connects / claws to the surface 2 'of the insulation panels 2. The plaster surface can either be scratched or smoothed off.
It goes without saying that the insulation panels 2 may be fastened by means of an adhesive bond to the substrate 1 to additionally or alternatively to Dübelung in the step 1 according to Fig. 2a. However, this gluing is fundamentally not necessary. It is also conceivable that the insulation panels 2 are only temporarily glued to the substrate 1 and then continue with the work step 2 b. It is also conceivable that the surface 2 'of the insulation boards is processed by means of suitable materials before the plaster 3 is applied. It is also conceivable to provide adhesive bridges both between the substrate 1 and the insulation boards 2 and / or between the insulation boards 2 and the plaster 3 .
