Abstract

The container has a body and a lid, which occupies a closed position on the body from which it can be released by means of a lifting mechanism. A carrying handle (14) is mounted on the body in an articulated manner. The lifting mechanism comes into operation by pivoting the carrying handle (14) about its coupling axis. The lifting mechanism can be activated and deactivated by an adjusting action therefor.

   Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter mit einem Korpus, der an seinem  oberen Rand einen aussen umlaufenden Kragen hat, und mit einem über  den Kragen stülpbaren Deckel. 



   Behälter mit Deckel kommen für Verpackungszwecke vielfältig zum Einsatz.  So dienen beispielsweise Eimer zur Konfektionierung von Beschichtungsstoffen,  insbesondere Farbmitteln (umgangssprachlich Farbe, Malerfarbe). 



   Häufig besteht das Bedürfnis, Behältern der genannten Art eine Produktinformation,  Bedienungsanleitung o.Ä. beizugeben. Dazu ist es aus der Praxis bekannt,  die Behälter zu bedrucken oder zu etikettieren. 



   Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen in der Herstellung unaufwändigen,  montagefreundlichen Behälter der eingangs genannten Art mit erweiterten  Zugabemöglichkeiten zu schaffen. 



   Bei dem diese Aufgabe lösenden Behälter ist von dem Kragen mit beidseitigen  Schlitzen eine Zunge abgeteilt, die frei nach oben vorsteht. 



   Die Zunge dient zum Einhängen einer Zugabe, die an einem Band hängt.  Es kann sich dabei beispielsweise um Informations- und/oder Werbematerial,  eine Produktinformation, Gebrauchsanleitung o.Ä., aber auch um ein  Werkzeug handeln. Das Abteilen der Zunge von dem Kragen ist mit geringem  Gestehungsaufwand verbunden. Dadurch, dass die Zunge mit beidseitigen  Schlitzen von einiger Breite abgeteilt ist und frei nach oben vorsteht,  ist sie für das Einhängen der Zugabe gut zugänglich. Das Einhängen  lässt sich problemlos automatisieren und in einen herkömmlichen Beschickungsprozess  integrieren. Der aufgestülpte Deckel kann den Kragen mitsamt der  Zunge abdecken und die Zugabe sichern. 



     Bei der Herstellung des Behälters als Spritzgussteil aus Kunststoff  sind Schlitze von einiger Breite beidseits der Zunge auch werkzeugtechnisch  geboten, um unerwünschte Materialbrücken zu vermeiden. 



   Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform hat der Kragen eine radiale,  nach innen zurückspringende Stufe. Das ist für einen bündigen Abschluss  mit dem aufgestülpten Deckel bevorzugt. Die Zunge steht über die  Stufe des Kragens axial nach oben vor. Sie wird dadurch von dem aufgestülpten  Deckel überdeckt. 



   Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform hat die Zunge eine hinterschnittene  Spitze. Der aufgestülpte Deckel überdeckt die Spitze, nicht aber  zur Gänze die Hinterschneidung. Dadurch ist sichergestellt, dass  das Band, an dem die Zugabe hängt, unversehrt in der Hinterschneidung  liegt und von dem Deckel nicht abgequetscht wird. 



   Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist die Spitze der Zunge beidseits  hinterschnitten. Das Band, an dem die Zugabe hängt, liegt so praktischerweise  um die Zunge herum. 



   Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform verjüngt sich die Zunge mit  einer Anlaufschräge nach oben. Die Anlaufschräge erleichtert das  Einfädeln des Bands, an dem die Zugabe hängt. 



   Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform hat die Zunge beidseitige Anlaufschrägen.                                                



   Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist die Zunge in der Nachbarschaft  eines Aushebemittels für den Deckel angeordnet. Dadurch ist die Zugabe  nach dem Öffnen des Deckels sofort zugänglich. 



   Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten  Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigen:      Fig. 1  die perspektivische Ansicht eines Eimers; und     Fig. 2 eine vergrösserte  Einzelheit von Fig. 1.  



     Der Eimer besteht aus Kunststoff. Er hat am oberen Rand einen  aussen umlaufenden Kragen 10, der radial abgestuft ist. Die untere  Partie des Kragens 10 hat mehr Auslage von dem Korpus des Eimers  als die obere Partie. 



   Von der unteren Partie des Kragens 10 ist mit beidseitigen, axial  verlaufenden Schlitzen 12 eine Zunge 14 abgeteilt. Die Zunge 14 hat  eine breite, hinterschnittene Spitze 16, die über die Stufe 18 des  Kragens 10 nach oben vorsteht und sich mit beidseitigen Anlaufschrägen  20 nach oben verjüngt. Die Anlaufschrägen 20 erleichtern das Einfädeln  eines Bands in die Schlitze 12 und Hinterschneidungen 22 beidseits  der Zunge 14. 



   Zum Einfädeln des Bands wird die über die Stufe 18 vorstehende obere  Spitze 16 der Zunge 14 mit dem Band hintergriffen und das Band in  die Schlitze 12 eingeführt. Die Breite der Schlitze 12 entspricht  mindestens dem Durchmesser des Bands. 



   Auf den Kragen 10 des Eimers wird ein nicht näher dargestellter Deckel  aufgestülpt. Der Deckel überdeckt die Spitze 16 der Zunge 14, nicht  aber zur Gänze die Hinterschneidungen 22, in denen das Band zu liegen  kommt. 



   Die Zunge 14 ist in der Nachbarschaft eines Aushebemittels für den  Deckel angeordnet. Fig. 1 zeigt exemplarisch zwei Aushebemittel,  nämlich eine Lasche 24 links neben der Zunge 14 und das Gegenstück  26 eines Aushebemechanismus an dem Tragbügel des Eimers rechts neben  der Zunge 14.

   The tongue is used to hang an encore that hangs on a ribbon. This can be, for example, information and / or advertising material, product information, instructions for use or the like, but also a tool. The parting of the tongue from the collar is associated with little effort. Because the tongue is divided into slots on both sides of some width and protrudes freely upwards, it is easily accessible for hanging the encore. Hooking in can be automated easily and integrated into a conventional loading process. The attached cover can cover the collar together with the tongue and ensure the addition.



     When manufacturing the container as an injection molded part made of plastic, slots of some width on both sides of the tongue are also required in terms of tools to avoid undesired material bridges.



   In a preferred embodiment, the collar has a radial, recessed step. This is preferred for a flush finish with the cover put on. The tongue protrudes axially upwards over the step of the collar. As a result, it is covered by the cover which is put on.



   In a preferred embodiment, the tongue has an undercut tip. The flipped cover covers the tip, but not entirely the undercut. This ensures that the tape on which the addition is attached lies undamaged in the undercut and is not squeezed off by the lid.



   In a preferred embodiment, the tip of the tongue is undercut on both sides. The tape on which the encore is attached is so conveniently around the tongue.



   In a preferred embodiment, the tongue tapers upwards with a run-up slope. The chamfer makes it easier to thread the tape on which the addition is attached.



   In a preferred embodiment, the tongue has bevels on both sides.



   In a preferred embodiment, the tongue is arranged in the vicinity of a lifting means for the cover. This means that the addition is immediately accessible after opening the lid.



   The invention is explained below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing. 1 shows the perspective view of a bucket; and FIG. 2 shows an enlarged detail from FIG. 1.



     The bucket is made of plastic. It has an outer circumferential collar 10 on the upper edge, which is stepped radially. The lower part of the collar 10 has more display from the body of the bucket than the upper part.



   A tongue 14 is divided from the lower part of the collar 10 with axially extending slots 12 on both sides. The tongue 14 has a broad, undercut tip 16, which projects upwards over the step 18 of the collar 10 and tapers upwards with bevels 20 on both sides. The chamfers 20 facilitate threading a tape into the slots 12 and undercuts 22 on both sides of the tongue 14.



   To thread the tape, the upper tip 16 of the tongue 14 protruding beyond the step 18 is gripped behind with the tape and the tape is inserted into the slots 12. The width of the slots 12 corresponds at least to the diameter of the band.



   A lid (not shown in detail) is put on the collar 10 of the bucket. The cover covers the tip 16 of the tongue 14, but not entirely the undercuts 22 in which the tape comes to rest.



   The tongue 14 is arranged in the vicinity of a lifting means for the cover. 1 shows an example of two lifting means, namely a tab 24 on the left next to the tongue 14 and the counterpart 26 of a lifting mechanism on the support bracket of the bucket on the right next to the tongue 14.

Behälter mit einem Korpus, der an seinem oberen Rand einen aussen umlaufenden Kragen hat, und mit einem über den Kragen stülpbaren Deckel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von dem Kragen (10) mit beidseitigen Schlitzen (12) eine Zunge (14) abgeteilt ist, die frei nach oben vorsteht. 1.
