The invention relates to a spinning machine with a suction device according to the preamble of the independent claim.
Patent application DE 19 637 828.1 describes a generic suction device in which a suction insert is arranged within a sieve drum, with which suction air is guided through perforations of the sieve drum into a central suction system.
In practice, a suction insert is made of light metal casting to enable cost-effective production. Brass, for example, is ideal for the sieve drum, since it can be easily braced.
It has been shown that such a pairing of materials may not result in a sufficient service life for the suction insert, since at least one of the friction partners may fuse when the parts move relative to one another.
It is an object of the following invention to design a suction device in such a way that there are no changes in the surfaces of the parts moving relative to one another.
This object is achieved by a device with the features of the independent claim. The dependent claims relate to advantageous developments.
Spinning machine has a suction device, consisting of a sieve drum and a suction insert arranged therein, which is connected to a suction system, characterized in that at least on the facing surfaces as materials for the sieve drum and the suction insert, material pairs are selected, the hardness of which is at least around distinguish the factor 2, in particular by the factor 4.
The sieve drum is preferably made of brass and the suction insert is made of plastic at least on its surface facing the sieve drum. The material pairing can consist of nickel and plastic for the sieve drum and suction insert, or at least on the inside of brass for the sieve drum, and Teflon for the suction insert on the outside, facing the sieve drum.
When using plastic for the production of the suction insert, the manufacturing costs can be significantly reduced. A plastic sleeve as the outer part of the suction insert can be easily mounted by pressing on an inner part, with sufficient tightness and a satisfactory concentricity of the component can be achieved. The inner part and the outer part can be positioned by a snap connection in the axial and in the circumferential direction to each other. By using materials of different hardness, on the one hand on the outer surface of the suction insert and on the inner surface of the screen drum, melting or scuffing of the materials is avoided. This also prevents the openings or holes in the screening drum from becoming blocked.
The preferred material combinations for the sieve drum are brass and at least plastic for the outer part of the suction insert. Further advantageous material combinations result from the following table:
<tb> <TABLE> Columns = 2
<tb> Head Col 1: sieve drum
<tb> Head Col 2: suction insert
<Tb> <September> Nickel <September> Zinc
<Tb> <September> Nickel <September> Plastic
<tb> <CEL AL = L> brass <CEL AL = L> Teflon
<Tb> <September> brass <September> Chrome
<Tb> </ TABLE>
It is sufficient that the materials mentioned are applied at least as surface coatings to the corresponding parts.
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the drawing for an exemplary embodiment. Show it:
Fig. 1 shows a meridian section through a suction device according to the invention, and
Fig. 2 is a view of a suction insert transverse to its longitudinal axis.
1 consists of a sieve drum 13 which is mounted on a shaft 15 via a hub 27. On the inside of the sieve drum 13 is the suction insert 20, which in the exemplary embodiment shown is composed of a jacket 25 with a suction nozzle 21 and an insert 28. The suctioned air is fed to a central suction system through the suction nozzle 21. Inside the insert 28 there is a bearing opening 31, by means of which the suction insert 20 can be rotatably mounted on the shaft 15. A connection to a fixed part of the spinning machine ensures that the insert 28 is secured against rotation on the shaft 15. For example, a light metal alloy is selected as the material for the insert 28, while the jacket 25 preferably consists of plastic, for example polyamide 6.6.
During assembly, the jacket 25 is pressed onto the insert 28, a snap connection 26 ensuring that the parts are secured to one another. The snap connection 26 preferably consists of a recess in the insert 28 and a projection on the jacket 25. The jacket 25 can be made in one piece with the suction nozzle 21, or two individual parts are joined together. In the outer surface of the jacket 25 there are two suction slots 26.1 and 26.2, which in FIG. 2 either converge downward in the circumferential direction (solid lines) or diverge (dashed lines). A groove or two grooves 37 lead, preferably in a spiral form, from the suction slots 26.1 and 26.2 to the suction nozzle 21. This type of air guidance avoids deposits in use, for example by attaching fibers.
A roller bearing or a combination of roller bearings is preferably arranged within the bearing opening 31 between the shaft 15 and the insert 28. The sieve drum 13 has openings, preferably circular bores, in the area of the suction slots 26.1 and 26.2. The suction device consisting of the essential parts of the screen drum 13 and suction insert 20 is preferably used as a compacting device in a ring spinning machine, as described, for example, in the aforementioned patent application DE 19 637 828.1. A suction device according to the description can also be used as a false twist device, for example.
