L'invention concerne un bigoudi multi-peignes muni de canaux retenant les cheveux, ce qui le rend auto-fixant.
Depuis longtemps, on a cherché à créer des bigoudis auto-fixants. Divers systèmes ont été mis au point, mais pour la première fois, l'invention présente un système de peignes dont les dents comportent, à leur base, un canal conçu de façon à retenir les cheveux, tant au début de l'enroulement (pointes du cheveu) qu'à la fin, pour la fixation.
Les systèmes de rétention des pointes (début de l'enroulement) sont conçus jusqu'ici soit à l'aide de papier pointe, soit d'élastiques, soit de brosses, soit de velcro. En ce qui concerne la fixation, elle est assurée par des élastiques, des picots ou des pinces. Aucun système ne combine à la fois la rétention des pointes et la fixation du bigoudi lui-même.
Le système de canaux présente, lui, l'avantage de contribuer aussi bien à la rétention des pointes qu'à la fixation finale du bigoudi.
Du fait que ces canaux de rétention permettent aux cheveux de s'y glisser en douceur pendant l'enroulement, on obtient en même temps une caresse sur les écailles des cheveux, d'où un effet bénéfique et lissant, qui évite de rendre le cheveu électrique.
L'invention a pour but de résoudre d'un seul coup le double problème de la fixation des pointes et de celle du bigoudi, tout en supprimant celui du cheveu rendu électrique par l'agression des matériaux le fixant par des méthodes brutales.
Conformément à l'invention, ce but est atteint au moyen des canaux de rétention se trouvant à la base des dents des peignes du bigoudi, canaux conçus de façon à accueillir en douceur les cheveux, et à les y retenir par leur forme particulière.
L'invention, en plus de son caractère simple, pratique et efficace, présente également un avantage sur le plan économique: elle permet en effet un important gain de temps puisque son autonomie ne nécessite pas de double manutention; le bigoudi est complet en lui-même, sans accessoires ni pour retenir les pointes, ni pour être fixé à la racine.
Il est constitué d'un matériau moderne et peut être obtenu par injection, ce qui devrait lui garantir un coût de fabrication raisonnable.
L'invention est décrite ci-après sous cinq formes différentes, dont trois sont illustrées au moyen d'un dessin.

1. Bigoudi, selon fig. 1, à utiliser à la main. Bigoudi multi-peignes constitué d'un corps oblong, comprenant au moins deux peignes, caractérisé par le fait que l'un au moins des peignes disposés autour du corps comprend des dents (1 et 8) pyramidales ou coniques dont les sommets sont éloignés du corps et au moins une fois dans leur longueur un rétrécissement créant des canaux de rétention (2) des cheveux.
2. Bigoudi-brosse, selon fig. 8, assemblé à un manche (11) au moyen d'un système (fig. 4) à encliquage. Le bigoudi (9) se présente comme le modèle décrit ci-dessus, mais, en plus, il est muni d'un système (fig. 2) lui permettant d'être encliqueté à un manche (11) au moyen de languettes (6) flexibles crantées, ce qui le transforme en brosse. Au moment où le bigoudi (9) est complètement enroulé et fixé, il suffit, au moyen du cran (12), de réactiver la flexibilité des languettes (6) afin de séparer le manche (11) du bigoudi (9), laissant celui-ci sur la tête, le temps nécessaire à la stabilisation de la mise en forme du cheveu. Le manche (11) seul, privé de ce premier bigoudi (9), peut alors être fixé sur un nouveau bigoudi (9), puis sur un autre, afin de continuer le travail de mise en forme de toute la chevelure.
3. Bigoudi-brosse, selon fig. 8, utilisé uniquement comme brosse. L'invention, sous la forme décrite au point 2 peut servir de brosse permettant de faire une mise en forme conventionnelle de brushing, avec l'avantage de permettre la rétention du cheveu à n'importe quel stade de son enroulement. On peut également l'utiliser pour le brossage normal des cheveux, en bénéficiant en même temps de l'effet lissant sur les écailles et de la suppression de l'électricité statique.
4. Bigoudi chauffé au moyen d'un corps de chauffe intégré. L'invention peut également être exécutée avec corps de chauffe intégré, la fixation des pointes et des racines restant évidemment la même.
5. Bigoudi chauffé sur un corps de chauffe extérieur. L'invention peut aussi être exécutée avec possibilité de fixation sur un corps de chauffe extérieur, selon le principe traditionnel du bigoudi chauffant, tout en gardant les avantages des canaux de rétention (2) fixant à la fois les pointes et le bigoudi en lui évitant tous les autres artifices de fixation prévus sur les modèles de bigoudis chauffants existants.

For a long time, we have sought to create self-fixing curlers. Various systems have been developed, but for the first time, the invention presents a system of combs the teeth of which comprise, at their base, a channel designed so as to retain the hair, both at the start of the winding (spikes hair) than at the end, for fixing.
The tip retention systems (beginning of the winding) have so far been designed either using point paper, or rubber bands, or brushes, or velcro. As for the fixing, it is ensured by elastic bands, pins or clips. No system combines both the retention of the tips and the fixing of the curler itself.
The channel system has the advantage of contributing to both the retention of the tips and the final fixation of the curler.
Due to the fact that these retention channels allow the hair to slide smoothly there during the winding, at the same time a caress is obtained on the scales of the hair, from where a beneficial and smoothing effect, which avoids making the hair electric.
The invention aims to solve at once the double problem of fixing the tips and that of the curler, while eliminating that of the hair made electric by the aggression of the materials fixing it by brutal methods.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by means of the retention channels located at the base of the teeth of the combs of the curler, channels designed so as to gently accommodate the hair, and to retain it therein by their particular shape.
The invention, in addition to its simple, practical and effective character, also has an advantage from an economic point of view: it in fact allows a significant saving of time since its autonomy does not require double handling; the curler is complete in itself, without accessories either to retain the tips or to be fixed at the root.
It is made of modern material and can be obtained by injection, which should guarantee a reasonable manufacturing cost.
The invention is described below in five different forms, three of which are illustrated by means of a drawing.

1. Curler, according to fig. 1, to be used by hand. Multi-comb curler consisting of an oblong body, comprising at least two combs, characterized in that at least one of the combs arranged around the body comprises teeth (1 and 8) pyramidal or conical, the vertices of which are distant from the body and at least once in their length a narrowing creating retention channels (2) of the hair.
2. Curler-brush, according to fig. 8, assembled to a handle (11) by means of a snap-on system (fig. 4). The curler (9) looks like the model described above, but, in addition, it is provided with a system (fig. 2) allowing it to be snapped onto a handle (11) by means of tabs (6 ) flexible notched, which turns it into a brush. When the curler (9) is completely rolled up and fixed, it suffices, by means of the notch (12), to reactivate the flexibility of the tongues (6) in order to separate the handle (11) from the curler (9), leaving that -this on the head, the time necessary for the stabilization of the shaping of the hair. The handle (11) alone, deprived of this first curler (9), can then be fixed on a new curler (9), then on another, in order to continue the work of shaping the whole hair.
3. Curler-brush, according to fig. 8, used only as a brush. The invention, in the form described in point 2, can serve as a brush making it possible to carry out conventional shaping of brushing, with the advantage of allowing the retention of the hair at any stage of its winding. It can also be used for normal brushing of the hair, benefiting at the same time from the smoothing effect on the scales and the elimination of static electricity.
4. Hair curler heated by means of an integrated heating body. The invention can also be carried out with an integrated heating body, the fixing of the points and of the roots obviously remaining the same.
5. Curler heated on an external heating body. The invention can also be carried out with the possibility of attachment to an external heating body, according to the traditional principle of the heated curler, while retaining the advantages of the retention channels (2) fixing both the tips and the curler by avoiding it all other fixing devices provided on existing heated hair curler models.
