Die während des Mahlens getrocknete Kohle wird mit dem Gas durch einen Eingangstutzen 17 in den Luftsichter 15 geführt. Die zwischen den kegelartigen Oberflächen 3, 4 des Sichters 15 in Richtung 16 nach oben strömende Staub- Luftmischung bekommt durch die verstellbaren Schau feln 5 strömend einen -den Schaufelwinkeln entsprechen den Drehimpuls und während .sie um die Achse 6 des Sichters 15 eine Drehbawea-un;
Air separator double discharge The invention relates to an air separator with double discharge and a use of the air separator in a coal processing plant for steam generators with pulverized coal combustion.
In the case of steam generators with pulverized coal firing, firing systems with a main burner and vapor burner are known. In such facilities, the coal processing plant consists of a grinding mill,
an air classifier and a dust separator. The coarser part of the coal dust coming from the crushing part of the mill into the sifter is returned by the sifter to the crushing part of the mill, while the finer part, together with the cooled dry gases from the sifter, pass through a duct into a dust separation system.
From these, the dust-free, fine-grained gas is fed to the vapor burners, while the separated dust is either fed to the primary air flow through a separate feed device (feeder or rotary valve) and gets into the main burner, or the dust separator enriches one Part of the sifter exhaust gas with dust and this exhaust gas partial flow leads the dust to the main burners.
These systems have proven to be advantageous with coals with a high moisture content and possibly with types of coal that cause slagging in the furnace. The disadvantage of the known systems is that: In addition to the sifter, they also require a special dust separation system, which requires little space and energy. As a result, the plant becomes complicated and expensive.
The aim of the invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned deficiencies by arranging an insert tube in the dip tube of the wind sifter which has a discharge which is separate from the section of the dip tube.
If such a sifter is used in a coal dust processing plant, no dust separation system is necessary, because this sifter performs at the same time: the sorting of the coal and the separation of fumes. By omitting the dust separation system, the additional resistance of the device is eliminated, the space requirement is reduced, and the entire coal processing system becomes simpler and cheaper.
In terms of maintenance, it is advantageous if the wear and tear of the dust separation system and the associated repair costs are no longer applicable.
Conveniently, a deflecting cone can be arranged in the inner part of the sifter and a connecting piece in the insert tube, the cone and the connecting piece being adjustable along the axis of the air sifter. In this way, the quantity ratio and the grain size of the three fractions that can be reached by means of the sifter can be regulated.
It is advantageous if the immersion tube, the insert tube, the nozzle and .der cone are arranged concentrically to the axis of the wind sifter, because the sharpness of the separation effect is so best, since it is a rotationally symmetrical device.
An embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawings.
In the comminution part 2 of a pulverized coal mill 1, the hot gas-air mixture, which conveys and dries the coal, flows through a suction nozzle 18. The inlet port 17 of a centrifugal classifier 15 is connected to the outlet port of the mill.
In the interior of the sifter consisting of known parts, such as the outer cone 3, inner cone 4, blades 5 and immersion tube 8, an inner deflecting cone 14 is arranged concentrically to the axis 6 of the sifter. The angles of the blades 5 are adjustable. In the immersion tube 8, an insert tube 9 is attached. The two tubes have separate outlets 12 and 10, respectively.
The line 10 is connected to the vapor burners not shown in the drawings, and the line 12 is connected to the main burners of a steam generator not shown.
The deflecting cone 14 arranged in the inner cone 4 of the sifter 15 can be displaced up and down in the direction of the axis 6. In the insert pipe 9 there is also an upwardly and downwardly adjustable nozzle 13, by means of which the distance 20 between the ends of the immersion pipe 8 and the insert pipe 9 facing the sifter can be adjusted.
The operation of the device is as follows: The gas with a controlled temperature produced in the coal processing plants in a known manner enters the comminution part 2 of the mill 1 with the coal fed in through the suction pipe 19.
The coal, which is dried during grinding, is fed with the gas through an inlet port 17 into the air separator 15. The dust-air mixture flowing upwards between the cone-like surfaces 3, 4 of the sifter 15 in the direction 16 gets through the adjustable blades 5 flowing a -the blade angles correspond to the angular momentum and while .sie around the axis 6 of the sifter 15 a Drehbawea-un ;
g, it approaches axis 6 on a spiral path. The coarse grains cannot follow the gas stream under the action of centrifugal force and leave the classifier in a known manner through the emptying opening 7 and long back into the comminuting part 2. The gas leaving the sifter exerts a powerful rotary movement in the immersion tube 8 and thus conveys the ground material, the majority of which deviates on the circumference of the immersion tube 8,
since it is driven out of the central parts under the action of centrifugal force as it enters and on the route between the entry cross-sections of the tubes 8 and 9. Therefore, only a small amount of fine grain remains in the part of the gas flowing away through the insert pipe 9, which, together with the said gas part, passes through pipe 10 into the vapor burner (not shown in the drawing).
The remaining part of the gas flow promotes the ground material through the lines 12, which form the extension of the dip tube 8 in the main burner.
The amount of dust or its grain size can be regulated through the nozzle 13 arranged in the insert tube 9 or by moving the cone 14 in the direction of the axis 6.
