Device on gear processing machines for generating tooth flanks on spur gears with deviations from the theoretical shape The invention relates to a device on gear processing machines for generating tooth flanks on spur gears with deviations from the theoretical shape along the tooth width. The movement between the tool and the gear in the direction of the face width is used for the movement to generate the deviation.
The type of deviation is influenced by a template. Such a device has become known on a gear grinding machine for generating the crowning, the grinding wheel during the horizontal back and forth movement along the tooth width by a vertical guide receives an additional up and down movement, which is from a template via rack and pinion on an eccentric goes.
The inventive device solves this problem in a different way, in that a wedge bar is axially displaced by the action of the template, the tool in the tool carrier being adjusted by the wedge surface and thus the distance between the tool and the gear axis is changed in the course of the tooth width. This arrangement enables z. B. the advantage that the wedge rail by spring force always in one direction of movement direction, that is, with simple means, pushed who can to cancel the game in the mechanism between the template and the wedge rail. When using the device, e.g.
B. on gear planing machines, the adjustment of the tool to influence the deviation in the direction of the tooth depth can thus also take place independently of the steel lift-off and the tooth bevel, which means a further advantage.
In the figures, the inventive Vorrich device is shown for example and in a simplified representation as a section of a gear planer after the hobbing process for the production of cylin drical wheels with straight and helical teeth. Fig. 1 shows a side view of the template and the tool carrier. Fig. 2 shows the vertical section II-II, as indicated in Fig. 3, Fig. 3 shows the front view of the tool carrier. 4 is essentially a vertical section IV-IV of FIG. 1 and FIG. 5 is a horizontal section V-V of FIGS. 1 and 3. FIG. 6 shows the section VI-VI from FIGS. 3 and 4. FIG.
The gear 1 to be produced is stretched on a rotary table, not shown, with a vertical axis. The comb steel 2, stiffened by the base 3, is Stigt with this together in the tool flap 4 with the help of the two wedges 5 and 6, the tension screw 7 pulls these two wedges against each other. The tool flap 4 is arranged pivotably about the axis of the shaft 8 in the tool carrier 9. This tool carrier 9 is mounted on the ram 10 of the gear planer machine 11, not shown, in a height-adjustable manner. The two bars 12 and 13 guide the ram 10 and are attached to the machine itself.
The V-ledge 14 is fastened to the tool flap 4 by means of screws, the end strip 15, fastened to the cover plate 16, closing the joint against the tool flap 4 or the V-ledge 14. The cover plate 16 is screwed to the tool carrier 9 and has the flange 17. In this flange 17, the nut 18 is axially and radially mounted, on which the pivot lever 19 is clamped. The pivot lever 19 can thereby be pivoted with the nut 18, the pivotability being limited by the stop ring 20.
The stop ring 20 is firmly connected to the nut 18 and has a cam which abuts against the stop 21 seated on the tool carrier. The spring 22 pulls the pivot lever 19 over the roller 23 against the template 24, which in turn sits on an angle bracket 25 of the bar 12 and is thus firmly connected to the machine. A union sleeve 26 for axially securing the nut is attached to the nut 18. The threaded spindle 27, which is secured against rotation by the square 28, is located in the nut 18. The block 29 allows the axial displacement of the square 28 and thus also the spindle 27, but secures the square 28 against rotation.
With the square 28 via T-slot and T-slot nut, the wedge rail 30 is connected, so that any axial displacement of the threaded spindle 27 is transferred to the square 28 and the wedge rail 30. The wedge rail 30, mounted on rollers, has a wedge surface 31 which is connected via an intermediate plate 32 with the corresponding wedge surface of the wedge bar 14 in Ver. The axle 41 is fastened in the wedge rail 30 and the latter is supported in the bearing 42. A spring 44 adjustable with the aid of screw 43 always pulls axle 41, wedge rail 30, square 28 and threaded spindle 27 in the same direction (to the left in FIG. 4) so that any play has no influence on the functions of these parts.
Next, the tool flap 4 and the work tool carrier 9 are connected to each other via a pair of toggle levers 34 and 35, the toggle 34 ge articulated on the carrier 33 and this is attached to the tool flap 4, while the toggle lever 35 is articulated on the tool carrier 9 is brought. The middle joint 36 of the two toggle levers 34 and 35 is connected to the rod 37, which in turn is articulated to the rocker arm 38 connected ver. The rocker arm 38 is connected via a friction clutch, not shown, to the steel lift-off shaft 39, this steel lift-off shaft having a gear, also not shown, which engages with a rack attached to the machine.
When planing gears, the ram 10, together with the tool carrier 9, the tool flap 4 and thus also the comb steel 2 as a tool, moves up and down along the tooth width of the gear wheel 1. The gear on the steel lifting shaft 39 rolls up: the rack attached to the machine and causes the rocker arm 38, which is connected to the steel lifting shaft 39 via a friction clutch and is limited by stops in the angle deflection, during the downward gear or working stroke the upper position and the reverse stroke or upward gear in the lower position. The rod 37 makes the same movement; so that the comb steel is pressed by the action of the toggle levers 34 and 35 on the working stroke in the direction of the gear and lifted abge on the backward stroke.
The tool flap 4 together with the tool is pivoted about the axis of the shaft 8.
The limitation of the movement of the tool in the direction of the gear during the working stroke is done via the BEFE on the tool flap 4 wedge bar 14, which meets the wedge surface 31 of the wedge rail 30 via the intermediate plate 32. The position of the comb steel during the working stroke is therefore also dependent on: the axial position of the wedge rail 30, which in turn is influenced by the template 24 via square 28 as an only axially movable element, spindle 27, nut 18, pivot lever 19 and roller 23.
Since with the stroke of the Kammstah les also the roller 23 on the template 24, pressed by the spring 22, rolls and the template 24 is fixed, each position of the comb steel corresponds to the height or the position to the tooth width also a certain position towards the gear, depending on the shape of the template. If the template is omitted or if the template is only short, the pivoting lever 19 is pulled against the stop 21, which thus limits the foremost working position of the tool.
The purpose of limiting the angular deflections of the rocker arm 38 is to limit the steel lifting to a certain extent, while the infeed of the comb steel is limited by the wedge bar 14. The steel lifting as such takes place independently of the respective working position of the tool.
The different working positions of the steel comb to the gear to be processed in the course of the face width also correspond to different center distances to the gear. With a constant center distance of the tool theoretically correct tooth flanks result, while the deviations of this center distance depending on the template in the course of the tooth width result in corresponding deviations of the tooth flanks. So-called convex tooth flanks are very often produced with the device according to the invention; on the other hand, it is also easily possible to have a negative: beefy tooth flanks or slightly conical spur gears as well as any other desired deviation from the theoretical shape.
When manufacturing spur gears with helical toothing, the direction of the ram movement is adapted to the desired tooth slope, with the template and the rest of the mechanism following this changeover for the tooth slope. It is also advantageous in certain cases, although not shown in the drawing, to execute the template in the form of a round template in order to achieve a greater length of the template contour.
