  Dispositif pour actionner     rotativement    un élément     cylindrique    évidé,  notamment un élément faisant partie d'un regard ménagé dans une chaussée    La     presente    invention a pour objet un dispositif  pour actionner     rotativement    un élément     cylindrique     évidé, notamment un élément faisant partie d'un  regard ménagé dans une chaussée, caractérisé par le  fait qu'il comprend deux bras articulés l'un sur l'autre  et présentant, à leur extrémité libre, chacun un tenon  destiné à être engagé dans une cavité correspondante  pratiquée dans ledit élément cylindrique,

   et des  moyens agencés de manière à permettre d'écarter et  de rapprocher lesdits bras l'un de l'autre et de les  entraîner     rotativement.     



  Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple,  une forme d'exécution du dispositif objet de l'inven  tion.  



  La     fig.    1 en est une vue en plan ;  la     fig.    2 en est une vue latérale en élévation.  



  Le dispositif représenté comprend deux bras  métalliques 1 et 2, coudés à leur extrémité libre et  articulés l'un sur l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'une  goupille 3 ; l'extrémité libre 4 de chacun de ces bras  1 et 2 présente un tenon 5 destiné à être engagé     dans     une des cavités 6 pratiquées à l'intérieur d'un élément  mobile cylindrique évidé 7 présentant à sa périphérie  un filetage 8 en prise avec un filetage semblable d'un  élément fixe 9.  



  Les bras 1 et 2 sont assemblés l'un à l'autre au  moyen d'une tige filetée 10 présentant deux     parties     11 et 12 filetées en sens inverses, chacune de     celles-          ci    étant en engagement avec un écrou correspondant  non représenté monté sur l'un desdits bras ; la tige  10 porte à l'une de ses extrémités une manivelle 13  présentant une poignée 14.    Le bras 1 porte un levier de     manaeuvre    15 destiné  à être déplacé manuellement dans le sens de la flèche  16 ou en sens inverse.  



  Le dispositif représenté est utilisé comme suit  Les bras 1 et 2 étant, au moyen de la manivelle  13, rapprochés l'un de l'autre, leurs extrémités 4 sont  disposées à l'intérieur de l'élément 7 ; puis lesdits  bras 1 et 2 sont écartés l'un de l'autre au moyen de  la tige filetée 10 et de la manivelle 13 actionnée     rota-          tivement,    de façon que les tenons 5 s'engagent dans  deux trous correspondants 6 de l'élément 7 destiné  à être déplacé     rotativement    dans le sens de la flèche  16 ou en sens inverse au moyen du levier 15 ;

   lors  que l'élément 7 a atteint la     position    désirée, les bras  1 et 2 sont de nouveau rapprochés l'un de l'autre à  l'aide de la tige filetée 10 et de la manivelle 13 de  façon à dégager les tenons 5 des trous 6 correspon  dants ; puis les bras 1 et 2 sont retirés de l'intérieur  de l'élément 7.  



  L'élément 7 peut faire partie, par exemple, d'un  regard ménagé dans une chaussée.

  The device shown comprises two metal arms 1 and 2, bent at their free end and articulated to one another by means of a pin 3; the free end 4 of each of these arms 1 and 2 has a tenon 5 intended to be engaged in one of the cavities 6 made inside a hollowed out cylindrical mobile element 7 having at its periphery a thread 8 in engagement with a similar thread of a fixed element 9.



  The arms 1 and 2 are assembled to each other by means of a threaded rod 10 having two parts 11 and 12 threaded in opposite directions, each of these being in engagement with a corresponding nut, not shown, mounted on the arm. one of said arms; the rod 10 carries at one of its ends a crank 13 having a handle 14. The arm 1 carries an operating lever 15 intended to be moved manually in the direction of arrow 16 or in the opposite direction.



  The device shown is used as follows: The arms 1 and 2 being, by means of the crank 13, brought together, their ends 4 are placed inside the element 7; then said arms 1 and 2 are spaced apart by means of the threaded rod 10 and the crank 13 actuated rotatably, so that the tenons 5 engage in two corresponding holes 6 of the element 7 intended to be rotated in the direction of arrow 16 or in the opposite direction by means of lever 15;

   when the element 7 has reached the desired position, the arms 1 and 2 are again brought together by means of the threaded rod 10 and the crank 13 so as to release the tenons 5 from the matching 6 holes; then the arms 1 and 2 are withdrawn from inside the element 7.



  Element 7 may form part, for example, of a manhole provided in a roadway.

REVENDICATION Dispositif pour actionner rotativement un élément cylindrique évidé, notamment un élément faisant par tie d'un regard ménagé dans une chaussée, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend deux bras articulés l'un sur l'autre et présentant, à leur extrémité libre, cha cun un tenon destiné à être engagé dans une cavité correspondante pratiquée dans ledit élément cylindri que, et des moyens agencés de manière à permettre d'écarter et de rapprocher lesdits bras l'un de l'autre et de les entraîner rotativement.
