La présente invention a pour objet un comparateur comportant un axe mobile longitudinalement dans un carter contre l'action d'au moins un ressort de rappel, cet axe portant au moins une vis sans fin en prise avec deux secteurs dentés dont sont pourvus deux doigts palpeurs montés rotativement dans ledit carter, cet axe étant en outre pourvu d'un épaulement destiné à déplacer un butoir que porte un levier susceptible d'oseiller pour déplacer une aiguille mobile en regard d'une graduation, des moyens étant prévus pour régler l'écartement maximum et minimum des doigts palpeurs, le tout étant agencé de facon que, lorsque les doigts-palpeurs sont déplacés r otativement, ils entraînent l'axe mobile, et par celui-ci l'aigllille susmentionnée,
carac lérisé par le fait que l'un des doigts palpeurs est muni, monté rotativement contre l'action d'un ressort, d'un dispositif comprenant, de part et d'autre dudit doigt, deux branches portant à une de leurs extrémités une armature présentant deux butées destinées à venir en contact avec la paroi d'un alésage, sur une directrice de celui-ci, ces butées étant à égale 3distance du doigt considéré, de façon à assurer, dans un alésage, une position diamétrale des doigts palpeurs.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du comparateur objet de l'invention.

Le comparateur représenté comprend un carter 1 dans lequel est agencé un axe 3, mobile longitudinalement, portant une vis sans fin 4 en prise avec deux secteurs dentés 5 et 6 dont sont munies les extrémités arrière de deux doigts palpeurs 7 et 8; ces derniers sont disposés de part et d'autre de l'axe 3 et sont montés rotativement sur deux axes 9 et 10 que porte ]e carter 1.
L'axe 3 est monté, d'une part, sur un snp- port il servant de butée limitant dans un sens son déplacement longitudinal et, d'autre part, dans une douille 12 vissée dans le carter 1; cet axe 3 porte une roue dentée 13 destinée à être actionnée rotativement pour déplaeer les secteurs dentés 5 et 6 dont sont munis les doigts palpeurs 7 et 8, dans le but de régler l'écartement maximum et minimum que peuvent prendre ceux-ci en rapport avec le diamètre de l'alésage à mesurer.
Le doigt palpeur 7 est pourvu d'une tige cylindrique 51 présentant deux rainures circulaires 52 et 53 dans lesquelles est engagée, montée rotativement, l'une des extrémités de deux branches 54 et 55 d'un dispositif 56. Ces deux branches sont disposées de part et d'autre du doigt 7 et portent à leur autre extrémité une armature 57 présentant deux butées 58 et 59 et une partie plane 60; cette dernière est susceptible de presser la face intérieure du doigt 7 sous l'action d'un ressort 61. Celui-ci possède deux bras 62 et 63 enroulés autour de la tige 51 et presse deux goupilles en regard 64 et 65 fixées sur les branches 54 et 55 du dispositif 56; de ce fait, l'armature 57 de ce dernier est constamment pressée contre la face interne du doigt 7.
Les extrémités 66 et 67 du ressort 61 sont immohilisées au moyen de deux pitons correspondants 68 et 69 fixés sur le doigt 7.
Les butées 58 et 59 sont à égale distance de l'organe de contact 70 du doigt 7 et sont destinées, lors de la vérification d'un alésage, à venir presser la paroi de celui-ci sur une de ses directrices, de façon à assurer dans ledit alésage une position diamétrale des organes de contact 70 des doigt palpeurs 7 et 8.

The comparator shown comprises a housing 1 in which is arranged a shaft 3, movable longitudinally, carrying a worm 4 engaged with two toothed sectors 5 and 6 which are provided at the rear ends with two feeler fingers 7 and 8; the latter are arranged on either side of the axis 3 and are rotatably mounted on two axes 9 and 10 that carries the housing 1.
The shaft 3 is mounted, on the one hand, on a snp- port it serving as a stop limiting in one direction its longitudinal displacement and, on the other hand, in a bush 12 screwed into the housing 1; this axis 3 carries a toothed wheel 13 intended to be rotatably actuated to move the toothed sectors 5 and 6 with which the feeler fingers 7 and 8 are provided, with the aim of adjusting the maximum and minimum spacing which they can take in relation with the diameter of the bore to be measured.
The feeler finger 7 is provided with a cylindrical rod 51 having two circular grooves 52 and 53 in which is engaged, rotatably mounted, one of the ends of two branches 54 and 55 of a device 56. These two branches are arranged in on either side of finger 7 and carry at their other end a frame 57 having two stops 58 and 59 and a flat part 60; the latter is capable of pressing the inner face of the finger 7 under the action of a spring 61. The latter has two arms 62 and 63 wound around the rod 51 and presses two facing pins 64 and 65 fixed on the branches 54 and 55 of device 56; therefore, the frame 57 of the latter is constantly pressed against the internal face of the finger 7.
The ends 66 and 67 of the spring 61 are immobilized by means of two corresponding eyebolts 68 and 69 fixed on the finger 7.
The stops 58 and 59 are equidistant from the contact member 70 of the finger 7 and are intended, when checking a bore, to press the wall thereof on one of its guidelines, so as to ensure in said bore a diametrical position of the contact members 70 of the feeler fingers 7 and 8.
