Rücker for watches. The subject of the present invention is a back for clocks, which is characterized in that the back pointer continues into a back spring.
At the same time, a 5enkr @ eelit to the back plane and below this, can be attached to the back plane, protruding into a corresponding anchorage protruding through a breehun in the clamp.
Zweeknrässigerweise a screw can be provided to support the back spring, whose. Head cross-section look enlarged towards the top.
In the drawing is. for example, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention represents, namely shows: Fig.l. the top view of the same, FIG. 2 shows a section along the line II-II in FIG. and Fig. 3 is a section. according to line III-111 in Pig. l ..
There is 1 on the cock. in a well-known way, the back 2 is rotatably mounted, where the back with 3 and the back pointer with. 4 is designated. This Rüekerzei- -er 4 continues see in the Rückerfeder 5, which with. the index pointer 4 together forms a single part that is offset at an angle in FIG. The bent end 7 of the back spring 5 is supported against a screw 8, the head of which protrudes beyond the clamp 1 , whereby you can see the cross section. this head upwards Irish enlarged.
A bolt 9 is riveted to the back pointer 4, which protrudes with its stop 10 over the underside of the back pointer 4 and for which a corresponding throat 11 is provided in the clamp 1, the size of which depends on the desired maximum pivoting - aligns the angle of the regulator. The adjusting screw 12 is mounted in the clamp 1 in such a way that its end protrudes into the recess 11 and abuts the stop 10 of the bolt 9.
It can be seen from this structural design that under the influence of the Rücker spring 5, which is supported with its end 7 against the viewing hood 8, the Rücker is pressed against the adjusting screw 12. The conical shape of the screw head 8 prevents the spring end 7 from jumping out. The precise adjustment of the indexer is done by turning the adjusting screw 12, whereby the indexer is rotated about its axis against the action of the indexer spring 5.
From the standpoint of production costs, the device described has the significant advantage that it saves a separate return spring and all the parts necessary for its storage. The main advantage, however, is that the adjusting screw is not, as it is today, in part of the return springs, i.e. H. is stored in steel.
The previous arrangement was therefore disadvantageous because the drilling and thread cutting for the fine adjustment screw in the relatively narrow part of the back spring was very difficult and because of the relatively small thread length of the threaded hole a stable and thus. exact storage of the adjustment screw was difficult to achieve.
