Kol- benlaufbalm eintreten.

Hydraulic jack. The invention relates to a hydraulic lifter with a piston which can be displaced to a limited extent in a pure cylinder and which engages the organ that is moving.
and which has an outwardly protruding ring shoulder at its lower limit in the upper end position, which works as an inwardly protruding ring shoulder with an inwardly protruding ring shoulder which is connected to the hydraulic feed line introduced into the piston, #, is.
The invention consists in preventing radial openings in the lower part of the piston which are perpendicular to the piston axis and which lead from the interspace into the hydraulic supply line in the piston.
The hvdira-LL1ic lifter is used. in particular for tipping bodies, tipping wagons or the like, 1 s.
The drawing shows an example of the subject matter of the invention.
The cylinder 1 of the lifter is fastened on the one hand in a sleeve 29 - which forms an end piece, for example by a very screw connection - . The sleeve 2 is supported on a base on the floor or in a carriage. In the ZvEnder 1 there are three concentrically arranged pistons 3, 4 and 5 , which are in their lower end position. Support against the bottom of the socket 2.
The central piston 5 here is the piston that acts, for example, on a tipping skip, which thus serves as the actual lifting piston. The arrangement - Lind training of the telescopically displaceable pistons is as follows:
The outermost piston 3 adjacent to the cylinder 1 has an outwardly protruding annular shoulder 3a on its lower toilet, the displacement path of which extends into the area of an inwardly protruding annular shoulder 1, a on at the top, part of the cylinder 1 protrudes. On the lower shoulder part 3a of the piston 3 , a ring 6 is inserted on the inner wall, which is used to take along the adjacent piston 4. In the same way, the piston 4 has a lower shoulder 4a ″ whose path projects into an inwardly projecting upper shoulder 3b of the piston 3 .
An identical lower shoulder 5a of the piston 5 protrudes into the path of an upper, inwardly projecting shoulder 4b of the piston 4. At the lower shoulder part 4a, the piston 4 is. Another ring 7 is inserted, which serves as a driver for the central piston 5 .
The ring shoulders, which serve as mutual stops to limit the displacement movement of the telescopic pistons, are placed between the cylinder 1 and the piston 3 and between the piston 3 , 4 and 5 hollow cylindrical Z, # between spaces, formed, In the -muff 2 is- as a hydraulic supply line-, a central opening 8 with an e> extension 9 provided.
Furthermore is. In the C piston 5 there is a coaxial opening 8 with a saek bore 10 . From! the blind hole, 10 , lead four radial openings, 11 into the space between the piston 5 and the piston 4. In the drawing, are the four radial openings to see two.
Four further radial openings 12 and 13 are provided in the walls of pistons 4 and 3. The central opening 8 is in this way > via the Saek bore 10 and the radial openings 11, 12 and 13 with all intermediate spaces in a conductive connection.
The radial openings consist of drill bits. Of course, more or less than each four radial bores 11, 12 and 13 can be provided.
On their upper part, the pistons 3 and 4 and the cylinder 1 each have a sealing ring 14, 15 and 1-6 < B>. These wire rings have corresponding mountings 14a, 15a and 16a ″ which consist, for example, of # sight # raii-rings.
The function of the lifter is as follows: Through the oil delick in the supply line 8 and the extension 9 as a result of the arrangement of the driver rings 6 and 7 all pistons together in cylinder 1 up until the first point
a-Iter U of the piston 3 abuts the Seli-Lüter la of the cylinder 1 , whereby the piston 3 </ The other two pistons 4 and 5 continue to rise together until the corresponding shoulder 4a of the piston 4 on the shoulder 3b of the piston 3 strikes.
In the same way, the piston 5 continues to rise until its lower shoulder 5a, hits the upper shoulder 4b of the piston 4 and thus the telescopic arrangement - the piston - is pulled.
At the Iloehrdrüeken. the piston 3, 4 and 5 must, because the spaces between the pistons become steadily smaller, down to the value zero, the oil </ B located there > be displaced.
The oil displacement takes place through the radial bores 11, 12 and 13 back through the supply ducts 8 so far Corresponding relief openings always in the form of grooves running fully at an angle to the piston axis, attached to the outer neck of the piston.
This design has - especially in the case of long piston guides - #, en - fabrikatorisehe -_N-aehteile, but they also have an effect during operation if the grooves are not exactly cut are - by easily damaging the 7, # linder or piston barrel.
Due to the provided in place of the inclined edge grooves, crosswise M - to the piston axes, all radial openings 11, 12 and 13 are the pl - fixed the Naeli parts shown here,
