Fig. 5 eine Einzelheit A nach Fig. 1, bei zusam mengeschobenen Tauchkolben, Fig. 6 einen Schnitt nach Linie VI-VI der Fig. 3.
Hydraulically operated lifting platform, in particular for lifts The invention relates to a hydraulically operated lifting platform, especially for lifts, with a lifting cylinder and a piston guided therein.
Hydraulic elevators with direct piston drive usually use one-piece plunger pistons that travel the entire lifting height. With this construction, only low lifting heights can be achieved, on the one hand by the manufacturing possibilities of the presses and on the other hand by the necessary installation height for the press under the lift.
To circumvent these disadvantages, various telescopic presses have been used. In addition to the high manufacturing costs, these have the disadvantage of reducing the cross-section as the lifting height increases, which results in changes in speed when the telescopic presses are extended. Furthermore, in the case of large elevators, the synchronization of several telescopic presses is not guaranteed.
The object on which the invention is based is to create a lifting platform in which the disadvantages mentioned are avoided. This task is solved by several vertical lifting cylinders and several plungers, which stroke cylinder and adjacent plungers are parallel to each other, at least one lifting cylinder is attached to a plunger lying parallel to it for mutual axial displacement. Further details can be found in the description and the drawing.
The latter shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. 1 shows the lower part of an elevator in longitudinal section with elongated plungers, FIG. 2 a central part of the elevator adjoining the lower part according to FIG. 1, FIG. 3 an upper part of the elevator adjoining the middle part according to FIG , FIG. 4 shows the lower part of the elevator according to FIG. 1 with the plungers pushed together,
Fig. 5 shows a detail A according to FIG. 1, with the plunger pushed together, Fig. 6 shows a section along line VI-VI of FIG. 3. In an elevator shaft 1, two opposite, vertical rails 2 are attached, which are used to guide the vertical movable parts are used. In a recess 3 of the ground 4 is a stationary lifting cylinder 5 (Fig. 1, 4, 5). The latter has an oil supply line 6 and a vertically displaceable plunger 7 (FIGS. 1, 5).
Between tween the lifting cylinder 5 and the plunger 7 there is a sleeve B. The latter is fixed to the hub cylinder 5 and is at a radial distance 9 from the wall of the lifting cylinder 5. The plunger 7 is in the sleeve 8 out. A part of the sleeve 8 encloses the plunger 7 with radial play 10 (FIG. 5). The sleeve 8 has a stop surface 11 for the plunger 7.
The end face of the piston 7 facing the bottom of the cylinder 5 is provided with a helical compression spring 12, and the piston end has a ring 13 that can be placed on the stop surface 11 of the sleeve 8. At the end of the piston there is also a recess 14 for the pressure oil to flow through from the cylinder chamber 15 to the interior 16 of the Kol ben 7 (Fig. 5). In. a bore 17 opens into the interior 16.
A cross strut 18 is attached to the piston outlet end of the cylinder 5. The latter is slidably guided on the rails 2 (Fig. 1, 4-6). The piston end protruding from the cylinder 5 carries a further cross strut 18a and a connec tion part 19 for a cylinder 5a. The connection part 19 is attached to the piston outlet end of the cylinder 5a.
A channel 20 of the part 19 is connected to the interior 15a of the cylinder 5a and via the bore 17 to the interior 16 of the cylinder 5. The lifting cylinder 5a is guided displaceably in a recess 21 of the cross strut 18 (FIG. 5). In the cylinder 5a there is a piston 7a and a sleeve 8a.
The latter, like the sleeve 8, has a conical extension 22 at the lower end.
The aforementioned components form the basic elements of the elevator. With the repetitive stringing together of these basic elements, elevators with different maximum conveying heights can be installed. The other cylinders. 5b Sf are formed exactly like the cylinder 5a. The only originally displaceable cylinder 5 e is somewhat different in this respect
formed when it is provided with a base 23, a line 6 and not with a connecting part 19 (Fig. 5). The plungers 7 and 7a-7f are designed the same; likewise all connecting parts 19 and bushes 8, 8a (Fig. 5, 6). The cross struts 18 and 18a-18f are also designed to be identical to one another.
Only the recesses 21 within the transverse strut surface are different. The recesses 21 of all cross struts 18, 18a-18f lie on a circular path, concentric to the central axis 24 of the elevator shaft 1, since the plungers 7 and 7a-7f are also concentric to this axis 24 (Figs. 1-3, 6).
The uppermost, seated on the piston 7f transverse strut represents the load-bearing lifting platform 25 (Fig. 3, 4). The vertical lifting cylinders 5, 5a-5f are parallel to one another. The uppermost piston 7f is closed at the top, so there is no bore 17, 17a as in the case of the piston 7, 7a. Through all the Huhylinders 5, 5a Sf and through all the plunger pistons 7, 7a-7f, there is a pressure line that runs continuously and is closed on the lifting platform 25.
The pressure oil flow thus takes place from the oil supply line 6 via the space 15, recess 14, space 16, bore 17, channel 20, clearance 9a, space 15a, outer space 14a, space. 16a, hole 17a etc.
through cylinders 5b-5f and pistons 7b-7f. The closing face of the piston 7f, that is the cross-sectional area of the piston interior (like space 16, 16a in the piston 7, 7a), represents the only piston surface acted upon by the oil pressure.
According to the function, all plunger pistons 7, 7a-7f and all lifting cylinders 5, 5a-5f together represent a single pressure oil pipe which is closed at the end of the lifting platform 25, this pressure oil pipe being divided into several pipe parts, Which pipe parts fit together (piston 7 and cylinder 5)
and parallel side by side (cylinder 5 and 5a) can be pushed ver (Fig. 4).
The stops on both sides of each piston 7, 7a-7f on the cylinder 5, 5a-5f surrounding it are damped (FIG. 5). The kinetic energy when pushing z. B. piston 7a and cylinder 5a is converted into storage work of the compression spring 12. The piston 7 thus does not hit the cylinder base hard (FIG. 5).
The ring 13a of the piston 7a is displaceable with radial play within the sleeve 8a. When the piston 7a extends out of the cylinder 5a, the oil present in the game space 10a is displaced by the ring 13a. The kinetic energy when the piston 7a is extended thus serves to displace oil, and the ring 13a does not strike hard against the stop surface 11a of the sleeve 8a (FIG. 5).
When the piston 7a moves into the sleeve 8a, the outflow opening for the oil to be displaced from the clearance 10a is gradually reduced in size due to the conical enlargement 22, so that no shock occurs. At the same time, the conical enlargement 22 also serves to ensure that the ring 13a cannot hit the end face of the bushing 8a when it is inserted.
The central axis 24 of the elevator shaft 1 is the center of gravity axis of the lifting platform 25 (FIG. 3). All pistons and cylinders, with the exception of the stationary cylinder 5 with piston 7, lie outside the center of gravity. The pistons can easily be dimensioned so that their bending stress due to the eccentric bearings is permissible.
In the case of heavy-duty elevators, two lifting cylinders can be attached to the cross struts 18a-18f, the latter being arranged concentrically and opposite one another to the center of gravity axis, so that the eccentric position of the pistons is avoided.
In the piston arrangement of the lifting platform according to the invention, the simplicity of the one-piece plunger pistons and the short installation height of the telescopic clamps are present.
Very large lift heights can be achieved, and the respective maximum lift height is easy to install due to the same components according to the modular system. Existing systems can easily be expanded for a greater lifting height.
The use of the same components makes it easier to keep the components in stock and to maintain them. As a result of the unchangeable piston cross-section, there are no changes in speed when lifting and lowering the lifting platform 25.
When pressurized oil is supplied through the line 6, the pistons 7, 7a-7f and the cylinders 5a-5f can move simultaneously with one another or one after the other in any order; a transition is not noticeable due to the constant lifting speed.
