Boîte de montre étanche. L'invention a pour objet une boîte de montre étanche en deux parties assemblables, caractérisée en ce que ces deux parties sont assemblées à baïonnette avec interposition d'un anneau de paquetage en matière légère ment compressible.
La boîte selon l'invention peut comporter soit un fond venu d'une pièce avec la car rure et assemblé avec la lunette, soit une lu nette venue d'une pièce avec la carrure et assemblée avec le fond.
L'assemblage à baïonnette peut être mé nagé de préférence dans les secteurs de la boîte portant les anses. Les organes mâles de cet assemblage peuvent être portés soit par l'une, soit par l'autre des deux pièces de l'assemblage.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exem ple, trois formes d'exécution de la boîte de montre faisant l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une coupe par l'axe des anses de la première forme; les fig. 2 et 3 sont des coupes, analogues à la première, des deuxième et troisième formes respectivement.
La forme d'exécution. représentée dans. la fig. 1 comporte une carrure-lunette 1 s'ajus tant à emboîtage dans le rebord vertical 2' du fond 2 qui porte les anses 3.
Le rebord 2' du fond -est plus épais dans l'axe des anses que sur le reste de sa périphérie, ce qui permet de ménager à cet endroit dans sa surface inté rieure une rainure 4 dans laquelle vient s'en gager à baïonnette une goupille 5 portée par la carrure-lunette 1. Cette dernière comporte un épaulement horizontal extérieur 6 coopé rant avec un épaulement horizontal 7 du re bord 2' du fond.
L'assemblage est rendu étanche par l'insertion entre ces deux sur faces 6 et 7 d'un anneau de paquetage 8 en matière légèrement compressible, de préfé rence en la matière connue sous la dénomina tion commerciale de Plexiglas. Cet anneau de paquetage est ici en partie logé dans une rai nure circulaire peu profonde 9 ménagée dans l'épaulement 6 de la carrure-lunette. Le pa quetage pourrait d'ailleurs aussi être simple- ment disposé à plat entre les surfaces 6 et 7 ou être en partie logé dans une rainure mé nagée dans l'épaulement 7 du fond.
Une glace 10 en verre ou en matière plastique transparente est fiée à cran sur la lunette- carrure. La boîte représentée comporte deux goupilles 5 disposées symétriquement par rapport au centre de la boîte; on pourrait bien entendu prévoir plus de deux goupilles coopérant avec des rainures correspondantes.
La forme d'exécution représentée dans la fig. ? ne diffère de la première qu'en ce que l'anneau de paquetage 8' est inséré entre le fond 2 et la surface inférieure l' de la car rure et en ce que c'est ici le rebord 2' du fond qui porte les goupilles 5, tandis que les rai nures 4 de la fermeture à baïonnette sont. mé nagées dans la carrure-lunette.
Dans la forme d'exécution représentée dans la fig. 3, la boîte comporte une carrure 11 venue d'une pièce avec le fond et une lu nette 12 portant les anses 13. Les rainures 14 de la fermeture à baïonnette sont ménagées dans la surface extérieure de la carrure et les goupilles 15 sont portées par la surface inté rieure de la lunette qui s'emboîte sur la car rure. La boîte est rendue étanche par l'in terposition du rebord 18 de la glace 20 en matière plastique transparente, par exemple en la matière désignée commercialement par Plexiglas, entre la battue 16 de la. lunette et la surface supérieure 17 de la carrure.
Bien entendu, un deuxième paquetage pourrait au besoin être logé entre la surface inférieure de la lunette et l'épaulement 19 de la carrure.
Waterproof watch box. The subject of the invention is a waterproof watch case in two assemblable parts, characterized in that these two parts are assembled with a bayonet with the interposition of a packing ring made of a slightly compressible material.
The case according to the invention can comprise either a back coming from one piece with the middle part and assembled with the bezel, or a clean reading coming from one piece with the middle part and assembled with the back.
The bayonet assembly can preferably be moved in the sectors of the box carrying the handles. The male members of this assembly can be carried either by one or by the other of the two parts of the assembly.
The appended drawing shows, by way of example, three embodiments of the watch case forming the subject of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a section through the axis of the handles of the first form; figs. 2 and 3 are sections, analogous to the first, second and third forms respectively.
The form of execution. represented in. fig. 1 comprises a caseband-bezel 1 which fits both fitting into the vertical rim 2 'of the back 2 which carries the handles 3.
The rim 2 'of the bottom -is thicker in the axis of the handles than on the rest of its periphery, which makes it possible to provide at this point in its internal surface a groove 4 in which a bayonet is engaged in a pin 5 carried by the middle-bezel 1. The latter comprises an outer horizontal shoulder 6 cooperating with a horizontal shoulder 7 of the rear edge 2 'of the bottom.
The assembly is sealed by the insertion between these two faces 6 and 7 of a packing ring 8 of slightly compressible material, preferably of the material known under the trade name of Plexiglas. This packing ring is here partly housed in a shallow circular groove 9 made in the shoulder 6 of the bezel middle. The packaging could moreover also simply be placed flat between the surfaces 6 and 7 or be partly housed in a groove made in the shoulder 7 of the bottom.
A crystal 10 made of glass or of transparent plastic is attached to the bezel-middle part. The box shown comprises two pins 5 arranged symmetrically with respect to the center of the box; one could of course provide more than two pins cooperating with corresponding grooves.
The embodiment shown in FIG. ? differs from the first only in that the packing ring 8 'is inserted between the bottom 2 and the lower surface l' of the car rure and in that it is here the rim 2 'of the bottom which carries the pins 5, while the grooves 4 of the bayonet lock are. mediated in the middle-bezel.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the case has a caseband 11 coming in one piece with the back and a clear read 12 carrying the handles 13. The grooves 14 of the bayonet closure are made in the outer surface of the caseband and the pins 15 are carried by the inner surface of the bezel which fits onto the case. The box is sealed by the interposition of the rim 18 of the glass 20 of transparent plastic, for example of the material designated commercially by Plexiglas, between the battue 16 of the. bezel and the upper surface 17 of the middle part.
Of course, a second package could, if necessary, be housed between the lower surface of the bezel and the shoulder 19 of the middle part.
