Boîte de montre. L'objet de ;la présente invention est une boîte de montre dont la carrure et la glace forment ensemble une seule pièce de matière au moins partiellement transparente. Pour ce faire, on peut ou bien former à l'étampe une matière plastique transparente, ou bien travailler un morceau de matière au moins partiellement transparente pour en faire un tout comportant les parties précitées ou bien encore en travailler certaines parties séparé ment et les souder ensemble comme cela est possible pour certaines matières.
Une boîte selon l'invention a le grand avantage de n'avoir aucun des joints jusqu'ici usités entre la carrure et la lunette, d'une part, et la lunette et la glace, d'autre part.
De préférence, on emploiera pour faire cette boîte des matières du genre des résines synthétiques en particulier de celle qui est connue dans le commerce sous le nom de "Plexiglass".
I1 est montré au dessin annexé deux formes d'exécution de la boîte selon l'inven tion! La fig. 1 montre la première boîte vue en plan.
La fig. 2 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne II-II de la fig. 1.
La fig. 3 est une coupe analogue à celle de la fig. 2 d'une deuxième forme d'exécution. Dans la montre représentée aux fig. 1 et \?, la boîte est rectangulaire. Elle possède une carrure a avec laquelle sont venues de fabrication les anses b et la glace c.
Il est. prévu un renforcement d pour le lo gement du mouvement. Ce dernier se fixe comme d'ordinaire sur des épaulements pré vus autour -de ce renfoncement. Une plaque e est ajustée à fleur du fond inférieur de la carrure pour fermer le tout. Cette plaque est maintenue au moyen de vis f, mais elle pour rait aussi être collée au moyen d'ingrédients connus.
Dans la forme d'exécution de la fig. 3, toutes les lettres de référence désignent des parties analogues à celles des fig. 1 et 2. Ici, cependant, la plaque e est remplacée par une, plaque métallique qui tient tout le dessous du mouvement et qui est incurvée.
Le mouvement que l'on a représenté ici est rond. Il est clair qu'il pourrait être de forme et que la boîte n'est pas. d'une manière générale, liée à. un contour d'une forme quel conque. On pourra soit en choisissant des morceaux partiellement colorés du corps connu sous la. désignation commerciale de "Plexiglass", par exemple aux deux extrémi tés de la boîte, obtenir de beaux effets déco ratifs. Ces derniers pourraient s'obtenir éga lement par un traitement de la. boîte une fois terminée.
Le tour d'heure peut s'imprimer égale ment à l'intérieur de la glace, ce qui permet. de supprimer le cadran.
On peut obtenir aussi une boîte selon l'in vention en travaillant d'abord la carrure et les anses qui lui sont attenantes, en prati quant une rainure pour la glace et en soudant cette dernière après coup à la carrure. On sait qu'avec le "Plexiglass" par exemple, on peut souder à droit deux pièces de matière l'une sur l'autre sans qu'on puisse ensuite dé couvrir le joint.

Fig. 3 is a section similar to that of FIG. 2 of a second embodiment. In the watch shown in FIGS. 1 and \ ?, the box is rectangular. It has a caseband a with which the handles b and the crystal c were manufactured.
It is. provided with a reinforcement for the housing of the movement. The latter is fixed as usual on the provided shoulders around this recess. A plate e is adjusted flush with the bottom bottom of the caseband to close the whole. This plate is maintained by means of screws f, but it could also be glued by means of known ingredients.
In the embodiment of FIG. 3, all the reference letters designate parts similar to those of FIGS. 1 and 2. Here, however, the e plate is replaced by a metal plate which holds the entire underside of the movement and which is curved.
The movement shown here is round. Clearly it could be fit and the box isn't. in general, related to. an outline of a shape what conch. We can either by choosing partially colored pieces of the body known as the. trade designation of "Plexiglass", for example on both ends of the box, achieve beautiful decorative effects. The latter could also be obtained by treatment of. box when completed.
The hour mark can also be imprinted on the inside of the glass, which allows. to remove the dial.
It is also possible to obtain a case according to the invention by first working the middle part and the handles which are adjacent to it, by practicing a groove for the crystal and by welding the latter afterwards to the middle part. We know that with "Plexiglass" for example, we can right-weld two pieces of material one on the other without being able to then uncover the joint.
