Description
Dispositif permettant d'atteler une remorque comportant un seul essieu mobile autour d'un axe vertical avec un véhicule tracteur. L'objet de la présente invention est un dispositif permettant d'atteler une remorque comportant un seul essieu mobile autour d'un axe vertical avec un véhicule tracteur, de façon que les ornières tracées par les roues de ladite remorque coïncident dans les con tours avec celles tracées par les roues arrière du véhicule tracteur susmentionné, compre nant un arbre fixé à pivotement au châssis dudit tracteur ainsi qu'au moins un organe de liaison reliant l'un des côtés, par rapport à l'axe de la remorque, de l'essieu sus mentionné au côté opposé de l'arrière du châssis dudit tracteur.
Le dessin annexé montre, schématiquement et à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 en est une vue en plan, et La fig. 2 est une vue du système de fixage de l'organe de liaison.
Le dispositif représenté comporte deux organes de liaison 1 et 2, de longueurs égales, fixés d'une part en 3 et 4 au disque de braquement 6 solidaire de l'essieu 6, d'autre part en 8 et 9 à l'arrière du châssis du tracteur représenté schématiquement en *10; les deux points de fixation 3 et 9, 4 et 8 de chaque organe sont respectivement placés de part et d'autre de l'axe de la remorque 15, celle-ci étant attelée par l'intermédiaire de l'arbre 11 au châssis 10; l'essieu 6 com portant les doubles bandages pneumatiques 12 et 13 est mobile autour de l'axe vertical 7 de ladite remorque, ce qui lui permet, dans les contours, de conformer la direction de son déplacement â celle du tracteur sus mentionné.
Les extrémités des organes 1 et 2 peu vent être fixées, par exemple, au moyen d'articulations telles que 14.
Le disque 16, mobile par rapport au dis que 5, transmet, par l'intermédiaire de ce dernier, à l'essieu 6, la charge de la remorque.
Le dispositif représenté a pour but de faire coïncider, dans les contours, les ornières tracées par les roues de la remorque avec celles tracées par les roues arrière du tracteur. II permet d'employer les doubles bandages pneu matiques pour les remorques à un seul essieu et, par conséquent, de plus lourdes charges.
Enfin, ledit dispositif peut être réalisé sur les remorques existantes sans changer l'essieu.
Il est évident que la construction, donnée à titre d'exemple, peut être modifiée dans le cadre de la revendication.

The object of the present invention is a device for coupling a trailer comprising a single axle movable around a vertical axis with a towing vehicle, so that the ruts traced by the wheels of said trailer coincide in the contours with those traced by the rear wheels of the aforementioned tractor vehicle, comprising a shaft pivotally fixed to the frame of said tractor as well as at least one connecting member connecting one of the sides, relative to the axis of the trailer, of the the aforementioned axle on the opposite side of the rear of the frame of said tractor.
The accompanying drawing shows, schematically and by way of example, one embodiment of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a plan view thereof, and FIG. 2 is a view of the fixing system of the connecting member.
The device shown comprises two connecting members 1 and 2, of equal length, fixed on the one hand at 3 and 4 to the steering disc 6 integral with the axle 6, on the other hand at 8 and 9 at the rear of the tractor frame shown schematically at * 10; the two fixing points 3 and 9, 4 and 8 of each member are respectively placed on either side of the axis of the trailer 15, the latter being coupled via the shaft 11 to the frame 10 ; the axle 6 com carrying the double pneumatic tires 12 and 13 is movable around the vertical axis 7 of said trailer, which allows it, in the contours, to conform the direction of its movement to that of the aforementioned tractor.
The ends of the members 1 and 2 can be fixed, for example, by means of joints such as 14.
The disc 16, movable relative to the say 5, transmits, via the latter, to the axle 6, the load of the trailer.
The object of the device shown is to make the ruts traced by the wheels of the trailer coincide in the contours with those traced by the rear wheels of the tractor. It allows the use of double pneumatic tires for single-axle trailers and, therefore, heavier loads.
Finally, said device can be implemented on existing trailers without changing the axle.
It is obvious that the construction, given by way of example, can be modified within the scope of the claim.
