Serrure de sûreté et sa clé. L'objet de la présente invention est une serrure de sûreté et sa clé, comportant un bouton de coulisse, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins un tenon venant jouer dans au moins une mortaise pratiquée dans le pêne, ledit tenon étant profilé de façon à per mettre le mouvement du pêne pour fermer la serrure, et à empêcher le mouvement inverse dudit pêne; des moyens étant prévus pour li bérer le pêne, ouvrir la serrure et rendre celle-ci incrochetable.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'in vention.

La serrure représentée comprend un fond 1, un pêne 2 et un rebord 3; un canon 4 où s'engage la clé 22 est rivé sur le fond 1; 1c ressort 5 fixé par les vis 6 et 7 fait pression sur le pêne 2; les orifices 8 et 9, 10 et 11 ser vent à fixer la boîte de la serrure; le bouton de coulisse 12 permet d'ouvrir la serrure c:a.ns clé.
Le pêne 2 comporte trois mortaises 13, 14, 15 dans lesquelles vient jouer le tenon 16 fixé à une lame élastique 17 fixée au fond 1 par une vis 18, et pourvue d'un bouton<B>19;</B> le pêne comporte deux échancrures 20 et 21 dans lesquelles vient jouer la clé 22-, celle-ci comporte un prolongement 23 qui, passant par l'orifice 24, fait pression sur la lame élas tique 17 qui entraîne le tenon 16, ce qui li bère le pêne 2; le bouton 19 permet également de tirer sur la lame 17, d'entraîner le tenon et de libérer le pêne.
La plaque 28, fixée par les vis 29 et 30 sur les contre-plaques 31 et 32, maintient le pêne 2 en place. La plaque 33 rivée sur le fond 1 comporte le guidage circulaire 34 dans lequel vient jouer la partie 39 de la clé 22. La plaque circulaire mobile 35 rend la ser- rure incrochetable; en effet, elle comprend l'ouverture 36 indépendante du canon et dans laquelle on introduit la partie 39 qui, en tournant, actionne le pêne, de sorte qu'un crochet introduit dans le canon 4 ne peut ma noeuvrer le pêne; introduit, d'autre part, dans l'ouverture 36, ledit crochet ne pourra ac tionner le pêne susmentionné, celui-ci étant immobilisé par le tenon 16.
Ladite plaque 35 est maintenue en place par les deux vis 37 et 38, sous la tête desquelles elle peut tour ner librement.
Le fonctionnement de la serrure est le suivant: Pour la fermeture, le pêne est actionné par la clé 22 qui joue dans les échancrures 20 et 21, comme dans une serrure habituelle, car le tenon 16, taillé en forme de biseau 25, n'offre pas de résistance au mouvement du pêne qui s'opère dans le sens de la flèche 26, et ledit tenon passe successivement de la mortaise 13 à la mortaise 14, puis<B>là</B> la 15; dans cette position, la serrure est fermée, et elle ne peut s'ouvrir, car le tenon 16, par son côté 27, empêche le pêne 2 de se mouvoir;
on presse alors sur la clé 22 qui, par son pro longement 23, fait pression sur la lame 17, celle-ci entraîne le tenon 16, ce qui libère le pêne et permet d'ouvrir la serrure; le bouton de coulisse 12 permet également d'actionner le pêne sans clé, le tenon 16 étant alors en traîné au moyen du bouton 19 placé sur la lame 17.
Il est évident que la clé pourra avoir d'autres formes que celle représentée pourvu qu'elle comporte au moins un prolongement et puisse actionner la plaque 35.
Safety lock and key. The lock shown comprises a bottom 1, a bolt 2 and a flange 3; a barrel 4 into which the key 22 engages is riveted to the base 1; 1c spring 5 fixed by screws 6 and 7 presses on bolt 2; holes 8 and 9, 10 and 11 are used to fix the lock box; the slide button 12 opens the lock c: a.ns key.
The bolt 2 has three mortises 13, 14, 15 in which comes to play the tenon 16 fixed to an elastic blade 17 fixed to the bottom 1 by a screw 18, and provided with a button <B> 19; </B> the bolt has two notches 20 and 21 in which the key 22- comes to play, the latter comprises an extension 23 which, passing through the orifice 24, presses on the elastic blade 17 which drives the tenon 16, which releases the bolt 2; the button 19 also makes it possible to pull on the blade 17, to drive the tenon and to release the bolt.
The plate 28, fixed by the screws 29 and 30 on the backing plates 31 and 32, keeps the bolt 2 in place. The plate 33 riveted to the bottom 1 comprises the circular guide 34 in which the part 39 of the key 22. The movable circular plate 35 makes the lock unpatchable; in fact, it comprises the opening 36 independent of the barrel and into which part 39 is introduced which, by rotating, actuates the bolt, so that a hook introduced into the barrel 4 cannot my noeuvrer the bolt; introduced, on the other hand, into the opening 36, said hook cannot actuate the aforementioned bolt, the latter being immobilized by the tenon 16.
Said plate 35 is held in place by the two screws 37 and 38, under the head of which it can turn freely.
The operation of the lock is as follows: For closing, the bolt is actuated by the key 22 which plays in the notches 20 and 21, as in a usual lock, because the tenon 16, cut in the form of a bevel 25, n ' offers no resistance to the movement of the bolt which operates in the direction of arrow 26, and said tenon passes successively from mortise 13 to mortise 14, then <B> there </B> the 15; in this position, the lock is closed, and it cannot open, because the pin 16, by its side 27, prevents the bolt 2 from moving;
one then presses on the key 22 which, by its pro length 23, puts pressure on the blade 17, the latter drives the tenon 16, which releases the bolt and allows the lock to be opened; the slide button 12 also makes it possible to actuate the bolt without a key, the tenon 16 then being dragged by means of the button 19 placed on the blade 17.
It is obvious that the key could have other shapes than that shown, provided that it comprises at least one extension and can actuate the plate 35.
