Abstract
L'invention concerne une méthode de traitement de troubles liés à l'utilisation de substances, plus particulièrement la pharmacodépendance, la toxicomanie, l'accoutumance, le syndrome de sevrage et l'overdose, consistant à administrer un composé capable de réduire le nombre des mastocytes chez un humain nécessitant un tel traitement. De tels composés peuvent être choisis parmi les inhibiteurs de tyrosine kinase et plus particulièrement parmi des inhibiteurs c-kit puissants, sélectifs et non toxiques. Cet inhibiteur est, de préférence, incapable de favoriser la mort de cellules dépendantes d'IL-3 cultivées en présence d'IL-3.
