3~
Cremone bolt, in particular cremone bolt for door, window or similar.
The invention relates to a cremone bolt, in particular a cremone bolt for a door, a window-door or the like consisting essentially, on the one hand, at least one operating rod provided with means for locking and, on the other hand, a locking element integral with the headrest and resiliently returned to a holding position locked from the operating rod and cooperating with means release fixed to the frame acting in the direction of movement of the opening to release the key blocking element and allow the recall in the locking position of the operating rod when closing opening mode.
Already known, from US-A-1,387,643, a device for ver-rusting of which] the operating rod is kept in the off position locked by a blocking element acting in the direction of movement opening to release the blocking element. However, the device, according to this patent, can only act from the song of the window and requires clearance in the outer face of the door so that the rod locking element can cooperate with the keep and unhook the rod.
Also known, from patent F ~ -A- 2,469,534, a device comprising a sliding blocking element cooperating with a keeper corresponding placed in the rebate of the work, that is to say between the song of the opening and the song of the frame. This element of sliding block in a guide integral with the headrest of the cremo-do not or lever-lock. However, the device according to this French patent it may be subject to failures due to painting or fouling.
The present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks.
The invention, as characterized in the claims, solves the problem of creating a cremone bolt, in particular a cremone bolt for door, French window or the like consisting essentially of on the one hand, at least one operating rod provided with locking means and, on the other hand, a solid locking element headrest and resiliently recalled to a position of unlocked holding of the operating rod and cooperating with unlocking means integral with the frame acting in the direction of the movement of the sash to release the locking element and set the reminder to position the locking of the operating rod vre when closing the opening whose locking element is arranged on the free end of a parallel or approximate lever-parallel to the headrest and pivoting around an axis located at its other end and arranged perpendicular to the outer face of the headrest.
The advantages obtained thanks to this invention consist essentially-in that these arrangements make it possible to obtain a device unaffected by manufacturing tolerances and variable play between the sash and the sash as well as the nuisance of painting and / or dust and therefore in perfect working order.
According to a first embodiment, the headrest includes a light horizontal or approximately horizontal for the passage and travel of the locking element cooperating with at least one of the three maneuvers and with the unlocking means integral with the dor-mant.
~ An advantageous embodiment of the invention lies in the fact of a removal of light weakening the headrest by making a special arrangement characterized in that the lever is cons-made up of two parallel wings arranged on either side of the faces internal and external of the headrest, the free ends of these wings being provided with the locking element composed of a projecting part internal and an external projection.
The invention is set out below in more detail using the drawing representing only one mode of execution.
The single figure represents, in cutaway view in elevation, a cremo-according to the invention facing a release means formed by a keeper secured to the frame.
3 ~
We refer to the figure.
The lock-bolt 1 comprises a box 2 containing the various mechanisms for actuating, on the one hand ~ m pene U-turn 3 and, further be part, operating rods ~ 4, 5 provided with means of ver-rou; llage (not shown) via a follower 6 ma-operated by a handle (not visible). The latch bolt 3, activated by a finger 7 of the follower 6, is with elastic return thanks to a res-fate 8 wound around an axis 9 and clont the branch lO acts on the heel 11 of this turn-around bolt 3.
The two operating rods 4, 5 c: smoothing behind a headrest 12 are also spring-loaded. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a blocking element 13 holding the operating rods lS vre 4, 5 in the unlocked position.
This blocking element 13 is arranged on the free end 14 of a lever 15 parallel or approximately parallel to the headrest 12.
The lever 15 pivots around a transverse articulation axis 16 the other end 17 of the lever 15 and housed perpendicularly in a hole 18 made in the headrest 12.
The element of bl ~ cage 13 protrudes relative to the internal faces 19 and external 20 of the lever 15. The internal projecting part 21 of the the locking element 13 is engaged in a light 22 produced in the connecting rod 23 connecting together the two operating rods vre 4, 5. This light 22 passing right through the thickness of the connecting rod 23 is closed on both sides by a strip elastic 24 applied against the external faces 25 of the rod connection 23 by a fastening element 26 located at one end 27 of the elastic strip 24 while the other end 28 is li-bre and can deviate from the external face 25 of the connecting rod 23 due to the elasticity of said strip 24.
In the locking phase, the internal projecting part 21 of the element 13 is located between the outer face 25 of the rod connection 23 and the elastic strip 24. During the transformation from the locking phase to the unlocking phase, the rod 3 ~
_ 4 link 23 slides until the internal projection 21 of the blocking element 13 is located opposite the light 22 and that the elastic strip 24 pushes the internal projecting part 21 into the you light 22.
To reduce the friction between the upper edge 29 of the light 22 and the upper face 30 of the internal projection 21, there gives the latter Ull pan incl; born 31. Therefore, the contact between the upper edge 29 of the light 22 and the upper face 30 of the internal protrusion 21 is no longer made on a surface but according to a generatr; this 32 perpendicular to the external faces 25 of the connecting rod 23.
To obtain the clearance of the internal projecting part 21 of the blocking element 13 outside the light 22 of the connecting rod 23, the outer projection 33 of the locking element 13 coo-father with a clearance 34 practiced in a means of unlocking soli-frame frame, unlocking means constituted by a keeper 35. During of the opening of the opening, the keeper 35 causes the rotation of the . 20 sink 15 around its hinge axis 1 ~ and the internal projecting part 21 of the blocking element 13 is driven out of the light 22 by releasing the elastic return means in the locked position lage of the two operating rods 4, 5.
To allow rotation of the locking element 13, provision is made in the headrest 12, according to a first embodiment, a horizontal light zontal or approximately horizontal (not shown) in the-which can move the blocking element 13.
However, to avoid weakening the headrest 12, it is possible to remove light by planning to confer, according to a second embodiment, advantageous, lever 15 a particular shape. According to this mode embodiment, the lever 15 consists of two parallel wings 36, 37 arranged on either side of the inner 38 and outer faces 39 of the headrest 12. ~ es two parallel wings 36, 37 are fixed by a tight fit on the hinge pin 16 so that the rotation one of the wings 36 or 37 leads automatically and in the same direction the rotation of the other wing 37 or 36, the hinge pin 16 being able to 3 ~
pivot freely in hole 18.
To allow reversibility of the lock-bolt l, the element blocking device 13 is symmetrical with respect to the midline longitu-dinal of the headrest 12 and the keeper 35 is devoid of a bottom. Lecas éc ~ éant ~ the keeper 35 may include a removable bottom 40 (shown tee in dotted lines ~ can be fixed either by a any fixing means on either side 41 of the keeper 35.
According to another embodiment, the internal projecting part 21 of the blocking element 13 consists of a pivotal tapered roller both around an axis of articulation 42 perpendicular to the side dull 38 of the headrest 12.
