, ~remone, cn particul;er crémonc-serrure pour porte, porte-fenêtre ou analogl3e . _ .
, ~ remone, cn particul; er crémonc-lock for door, French window or analogl3e . _.
I, the invintion relates to a lever, in particular a lever-lock for door, French window or the like having, in a mechanism secured to the opening, a fouilk) t recalled in the rest position after actuation of ~ 1ne rod rod] issante pou1-view of elements of locking coop ~ rant with dcs keepers integral with the frame, the sliding tril1gle being subjected to a recall in the locked position lage by an elastic and immobilizable element in the unlocking position rusting by means of a hooking and / or unhooking device, can be removed by a ramp secured to the frame.
We already know, by French patents n 999,408 and n 1,104,567, cremones attached to the opening of a window or French window comprising two sliding rods each recalled by a res-reminder spell, in the locking position in a direction opposite to this him from the other rod. Each rod comprises at least one locking element penetrating into a keeper secured to the frame.
Also known, by the French patent, ais n 1,564,650, a crémo-ne-lock secured to the opening of a door or French window as a maneuverable rod in its locking position by lifting the operating handle then recalled in position rest.
We also know, from German Patent No. 1,062,143, a cremone bolt lock with two sliding rods each recalled by a return spring in the locked position in an opposite direction to that of the other rod. Each rod has at least one element locking element penetrating a keeper fixed to the frame.
In addition, the rods can be locked in the unlocked position.
lage by a transverse pusher subjected to the action of a spring and engaging in a notch of one of the rods. The trans-versal retracts when the opening is closed by means of re of a keeper fixed to the frame of the door or French window, this which allows the rods to return to their locked position.

However, none of Ct'6 crelllones perlllet an acile closure and /
or .anfi dallger of the opening by a simple push on it.
In fact, the cremone bolts, for the recalled rods, require, when closing the door, an action on the handle to clear the locking elements before they are engaged in the strikes, that is to say a significant push exerted on the opening overcome the inertia of the rods rapl) elees in the locked position.
This thrust must be all the stronger as the elements of ver-~ 0 rusting, arranged on the sliding rod, are numerous and / or strongly tighten the door against] .e dormant.
Likewise, the lifting of the handle in the case of cremone bolts res operating, when closing the opening, the rod in po-locking position, is an unusual operation. Each time tallation of such a cremone bolt ~ it is necessary to take nom-careful precautions, including that of informing anyone who may before being called upon to close the opening, an unusual operation and contrary to the uses of the handle. In the absence of these precautions, risk of deterioration of the cremone bolt.
As for the locks and bolts comprising an immobilization of the trin-g ~ es, in the unlocked position, they have the disadvantage a handle immobilized in a position corresponding to the posi-unlocked rods. If, when closing the opening ~ the rods are recalled with great force to guarantee a good locking, the handle also returns with great force back to its original position and may injure the operator handling the mone-lock. If, on the other hand, the rods are recalled by elastic elements with a certain flexibility, good locking and, therefore, a good application of the sash against the sleeper mant is compromised.
~ A present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks.
The invention as characterized in the claims solves the problem of creating a cremone bolt, in particular a cremone-lock allowing with economical means to close the from a door or door-to-be by simple push, therefore of proce-~ ~ ~ 6 ~ 9 ~
Ee chant supérieur 44 de ce cran 43 coopère avec la paroi supérieure 45 d'une lumière 46 pratiquée dans la tringle de manoeuvre - 3 der ~ a fcnneture and a m ~ handwork idcn ~ ique to that d ~ lne door fitted with either a cane spout or a c12ssi- lock that and guarantee a good seal of the opening.
The advantages obtained thanks to this invention consist essentially-lies in that it is possible with extremely simple means, to store a large restoring force when the operatetlr compri-reminds me of the reminder of the rule at the time of the opening of opening it and keeping the rod in the unlocked position.
When closing the window sash, it is enough to give a slight push releasing the stopper so that the return spring can relax and rappe] er the rod in posi-locking tion. In this way, the lock lever, object of the present invention, allows with economic means, to close opening it with a door or French window as if it were fitted swivel of a cane beak or a classic lock and press the strongly against the frame.
An advantageous use of the invention is characterized in that the stop, the ramp and the pusher are arranged approximately at middle between two locking points of the cremone bolt or the cremo-no-lock.
The advantage of this arrangement is the possibility of having use of an extremely simple embodiment which avoids any insertion of a flexible element in the rod, since it thus becomes possible to use the elasticity of the trin-gle for its attachment or detachment from the notch secured to the vrant.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the stop of the operating rod is fitted in front of a headrest covering and guiding the operating rod, the notch, integral with the opening, is arranged on the headrest opposite the operating rod and the pushbutton integral with the operating rod passes through an orifice made in the headrest.
These arrangements make it possible to apply the object of the invention to ~ ~ 6 ~ 4 cr ~ lnones and cr ~ ll, one-piece locks posed6 in groove on the song of the opening and the frame.
To allow the adaptation of a lock-bolt, in accordance with the vention, to variations in rebate play resulting from tolerances of manufacturing and / or variations in dimensions due to variations atmospheric, the pusher is threaded and screwed in a braked manner in a threaded hole in the rod and has a socket for a adjustment tool.
According to a variant of the invention, it is provided that the stop of the rod is constituted by an additional elastic part and that the pusher, acting transversely on this elastic part, is sol; daire of the headrest of the cremone bolt or the cremone bolt.
This variant finds its application when it is necessary to place the elements proposed by the invention near a guide of the rod prohibiting the use of the elasticity inherent in the rod.
Other characteristics of the invention result from the description below providing, in addition, for the combination of the subject of the invention tion with a device for adjusting the return force of the trin-gle.
The invention is set out below in more detail using drawings representing only one mode of execution.
Figure 1 is a perspective view of a bolt lock according to the invention; Figure 2 is an elevational view of the lock-bolt, in particular of the mechanism and means for hanging and / or detaching the rod, the cremone-ser-rure being in the unlocked position; Figure 3 is a elevation view of the hooking and / or unhooking means of the rod at the time of the stall and before recall of the rod in the locked position, Figure 4 is an elevational view tion of an adjustable pusher; Figure 5 is an elevational view tion of the hooking and / or unhooking means of the rod according to another embodiment, the lock-bolt being in ~ 3 ~ 6 ~
unlocking position; Figure 6 is an elevational view tion of the means for hanging and / or detaching the rod according to this other embodiment, at the time of dropping out and before the rod is returned to the unlocked position.
We refer to figure 1.
The cr ~ mone-lock 1 comprises a housing 2 (renferll) ant a mechanism 3 by means of which a maneuvering rod 4 is moved provided with locking elements 5, 6, 7. This locking bolt 1 is larded from the rebate in the vertical edge of the vrant. The operating rod 4 is covered and guided by a head face 8. This face 8 has lights 9, 10, 11 through which the locking elements S, 6, 7 project. The ex-prominent end of these locking elements 5, 6, 7 cooperates with strikes arranged in rebate on the vertical edge of the mant.
The headrest 8 is crossed by countersunk holes 12, 13, 14 in the which one engages the fixing elements allowing to fix the cre-mone-lock on the opening. Of course, at the location of the elements fixing, the operating rod 4 has lights.
There is also a ramp 15 in the vertical edge of the frame crossed by holes 16, 17 to secure the ramp 15 on the frame. This ramp lS has an inclined plaD 18 extends from the wall 20 to the right plane 19 of the ramp 15 making facing the headrest 8.
We refer to Figures 2 and 3 and, in particular to the housing 2. The mechanism 3 comprises a follower 21 having two control fingers of 22 and 23. The first finger 22 cooperates with a spring 24. In lowering sant the handle, not visible on the drawing, one implies to the follower 21 a clockwise rotation and the finger control 22 exerts traction on the spring 24. By releasing the handle, the spring 24 returns 3 to its rest position causing the return of the follower 21 to its horizontal rest position, 1st second finger of con ~ ia ~ of 23 cooperates with the edges 25, 26 of a lumi ~ re 27 made ~ e in the heel 28 of the operating rod 4. Ee upper edge 29 of this heel 28 has a recess 30 in the-which is the end 31 of a return spring 32 of which the other end 33 cooperates with the arm 34 of a bent lever 35 pivoting about an articulation axis 36. The arm 37 of this bent lever 35 has a tapped hole 38 coopc: rant with an adjusting element 39 of which] has head 40 unfolds ~ this in a light 41 made in the face front 55 of] has a headrest 8. ~ however, the width of this light 41 is less than the diameter of the head 40 to prevent the element of adjustment 39 is dissociated from the headrest 8. By this element 39, one can adjust the preload of the return spring 32 and, therefore, adjust the return force of the operating rod 4.
There are, preferably in the middle, between two locking elements.
ge 5, 6, an attachment device and / or an attachment device 42 of the operating rod 4 (see figure 1). This hanging device and / or stall 42 comprises a notch 43 produced by scoring in the headrest 8. Ee upper edge 44 of this notch 43 cooperates with the wall upper 45 of a light 46 made in the operating rod

:' ; 4 and forming a stop. It is expected near this light 46 a pusher 47 secured to the operating rod 4. This pusher 47 passes through an elongated orifice 48 made in the headrest 8 and cooperates with the inclined plane 18 of the ramp 15.
~ e operation is as follows:
. It is assumed that the lock-bolt 1 is in the unlocked position.
ge. The locking elements are located opposite the entrance to the strikes and the spring 32 is compressed. By closing the door or door window, the pusher 47 slides along the inclined plane 18 of the ramp 15 by pushing the operating rod 4. Due to the elasticity of part 59 of the operating rod 4 between two elements locking elements 5, 6, this moves away from the headrest 8 (according to arrow F1 in figure 3). Therefore, we obtain the dissolution between the notch 43 and the stop-45 formed by the wall of the light 46. Due to the separation of the notch 43 from the stop 45, the rod maneuver 4 is no longer hooked. The spring 32 acts and pushes the ~ ~ 6 ~ $ ~
operating rod 4 down. The superior song; eur 25 of the lu-mi ~ re 27 of the heel 28 of the operating rod 4 comes into contact with finger 23 of the hand] lot 21. The crcmone-lock is thus in the locking position and prepared for its actuation in po-unlocking position.
To unlock, lower the handle and turn the tool ~ ot 21 clockwise. Finger 23 applied against the upper edge 25 of the light 27 pushes the trin-operating handle 4 upwards. As soon as the maneuvering rod 4 is in the unlocked position and the opening is opened, the notch 43 engages in the light 46 and the upper wall 45 comes to hang on the notch 43. At the same time, the pusher 47 takes its initial position. By releasing the handle, finger 23 can pivot freely in the light 27 without acting on the rod 4 and the handle under the effect of spring 24 automatically returns to position horizontal.
The above description relates to a certain embodiment.
However, it is easy to imagine that the notch 43 can be a element secured to the opening in the case where the lock-bolt does not has no headrest 8.
We refer to figure 4.
According to a particular embodiment, the pusher 147 comprises a thread 149 cooperating with a threaded orifice] 50 produced in the operating rod 104. The pusher 147 is provided with a socket 151 for a tool thus making it possible to adjust the push-button ~ 47 and in particular its projecting part 152, which allows the adaptation of the cremone bolt-lock for variations in backlash between the leaf and the frame mant resulting from manufacturing tolerances and / or variations in dimensions due to atmospheric variations.
We refer to Figures 5 and 6.

To this end, the dispofiitif 42 ~ is carried out according to the r ~ prCsenté mode in Figures 5 and 6. The headrest 208 has a flexible tailstock 253 having the shape of a square. Its wing 254 is solid ~ ire of the front face 255 of the headrest 208 while its wing 256 crosses a light 257 above the notch of the notch 243. The flexible push 253 has on its wing 254 a threaded element 249 cooperating with a threaded orifice 250 made in wing 256. The element Sileté 249 is provided with a socket 251 for a tool permcttant for adjusting the projection of the flexible pusher 253. The rear face 258 of the operating rod vre 204 has an elastic part 259 having u ~ shoulder 260. This shoulder 260 serves as a stop and cooperates with 1 ~ notch 243 for maintain the operating rod 204 in the unlocked position.
The branch 261 and the shoulder 260 of the elastic part 259 are located in front of a light 262 made in the control rod vre 204. The length of this light 262 is at least ~ equal to the length of the light 46 increased by the stroke of the ~ rod of ma-work 204.
The operation of the device 42, to ensure the release of the operating rod 204 from the closing of the opening causing the automatic setting of the bolt-lock in the locked position, is the next :
. The threaded element 249 slides along the inclined plane 1 ~ of the ramp 15 (see Figure 1) and pushes the flexible pusher 253 according to the fle-che F2). Edge 263 of wing 256 of flexible lifter 253 pushes the shoulder 260 of the elastic part 259. As a result, there is rup-ture of the cooperation between the shoulder 260 of the elastic part 259 of the operating rod 204, and the notch 243, integral with the headrest 208. ~ operating rod 204, under the actio ~ of the spring 32 (see Figure 2), is automatically returned to the position of ver-rusting and, consequently, the bolt-lock verro ~; lle opening it of the door or French window.
