Abstract

SISTEMAS E MÉTODOS PARA ESTABILIZAÇÃO DE UM ARTIGO EM PHYLON. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de fabricação, em um ambiente de fabricação modularizada que serve para estabilizar um artigo em phylon que é produzido utilizando -se uma prensagem a quente. Inicialmente, o método inclui imergir um artigo em phylon em um primeiro tanque, com um fluido. tipicamente, a sola intermediária é aquecida a partir de sua produção com a prensagem a quente quando a ,mesma for colocada no primeiro tanque. A imersão no primeiro tanque age para resfriar o artigo em phylon, estabilizando, assim o phylon aquecido. o artigo em phylon pode ser posteriormente em um segundo tanque pode se encontrar em uma temperatura comparável eo maior que a temperatura comparável ou maior que a temperatura do fluido do segundo tanque. De maneira recorrente, a exposição do artigo em phylon aquecido ao fluido dos tanques diminui incrementalmente o volume do artigo.
