Abstract

CARTUCHO INJETOR COM LUBRICIDADE APRIMORADA. A presente invenção se refere a um revestimento híbrido orgânico inorgânico aplicado a um polímero e um método para formar o mesmo para fornecer capacidade hidrofílica e lubricidade aprimoradas para a superfície do polímero. O revestimento hidrofílico está na ordem de um mícron de espessura, à medida que é formado através da ativação da superfície do polímero, reação da superfície ativada do polímero com uma composição metálica de ácido Lewis e, então, arrefecimento do revestimento em solução de sal que tenha um pH >7,2, em uma temperatura acima da temperatura de transição vítrea (Tg) do polímero.
