Abstract

QUATERNIZAÇÃO DO COPOLÍMERO ADITIVO METACRILATO DE AMINOALQUILA E PARA MELHORAR A PERMEABILIDADE E A SOLUBILIDADE DE PRODUTOS FARMACÊUTICOS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma estratégia para melhorar a permeabilidade e a solubilidade de produtos farmacêuticos, com base na adição de um copolímero de metacrilato de aminoalquila E quimicamente modificado, em que a modificação química é a quaternização de uma proporção dos grupos aminoalquila existentes.
