Abstract

CONCENTRADO EMBALADO, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAÇçO DE UM CONCENTRADO EMBALADO E USO DE UM CONCENTRADO EMBALADO. A presente invenção refere-se a concentrados embalados na forma de geléia para preparação de um caldo de carne, sopa de carne, sopa, molho, molho de carne ou para utilização como um tempero, cujo concentrado compreende de 20 a 80% de água, 0,5 a 60% de componentes que proporcionam sabor, de 15 a 40% de sal e um agente gelificante que compreenda xantana e a goma tara.
