Abstract

MOLHO INSTANTÂNEO PARA USO ALIMENTÍCIO, PROCESSO PARA O PREPARO DO REFERIDO MOLHO, BEM COMO EMBALAGEM PARCIAL OU COMPLETAMENTE TRANSPARENTE. A presente invenção refere-se a um molho instantâneo compreendendo de 1 a 20% em peso de uma mistura básica, de 8 a 60% em peso de produtos de tomate e 20 a 91% em peso de uma mistura de ingredientes de alta granulometria, caracterizado pelo fato de que a referida mistura básica compreende uma mistura de pelo menos um composto antioxidante oleoso em quantidades variando entre 1 a 15% em peso, e sal em quantidades variando entre 99 e 85% em peso.
