Abstract
PROCESSO PARA LAMINAçãO-FUNDIçãO COM VELOCIDADE DE FUNDIçãO AUMENTADA E LAMINAçãO A QUENTE SUBSEQüêNTE DE BILETES DE METAL, ESPECIALMENTE DE MATERIAL DE AçO RELATIVAMENTE FINO, E DISPOSITIVO DE LAMINAçãO-FUNDIçãO. Um processo para laminação-fundição com velocidade de fundição aumentada e laminação a quente subseqúente de biletes de metal, especialmente de material de aço (1) relativamente finos com uma predeterminação de temperaturas alvo (6) da tira a quente (2) reduz perdas de temperatura na tira a quente (2) pelo fato de que as temperaturas dos rolos de trabalho (4) a partir de uma temperatura inicial (5) baixa com taxas de elevação predeterminadas são aumentadas e é ajustada a temperatura da tira (15) dentro do trem de laminação de tira a quente (3) para uma temperatura de laminação alvo (6) da tira a quente (2) e/ou por regulagem ou controle da intensidade do resfriamento de rolos (18)
