Abstract

CONJUNTO DE EIXO DE ACIONAMENTO. é provido um sistema de lubrificação aperfeiçoado para conjuntos de eixo de acionamento (10) que utiliza um coletor (24) em conexão com um bujão de filtro (26) para diminuir o nível de lubrificante dinâmico no conjunto de eixo de acionamento (10) e filtrar contaminanteS no reservatório de lubrificante (36) . O coletor (24) é preso a uma chapa de cobertura (14) fixada no alojamento de eixo de acionamento (12) e define um poço (72) e uma passagem de fluxo (74) próxima ao fundo do poço (72) . A passagem de fluxo (74) é alinhada com uma abertura (38) através da qual o lubrificante é inserido no alojamento. Um bujão (26) com um filtro (84) é inserido através da abertura (38) na chapa de cobertura (14) e para dentro da passagem de fluxo (74) . A invenção reduz as perdas de agitação mediante diminuição do nível de lubrificante dinâmico no conjunto de eixo sem ter um impacto negativo sobre a vida útil do lubrificante.
