Abstract
COMPOSIçãO DE PIGMENTO NA FORMA DE DISPERSãO AQUOSA. A presente invenção se refere a uma composição de pigmento, na forma de uma dispersão aquosa, compreendendo: a) agregados porosos, formados mediante agregação de partículas principais de sílica coloidal, aluminossilicato ou uma mistura das mesmas em um sol aquoso, ditos agregados porosos apresentando um diâmetro médio de cerca de 0,03 <109> a aproximadamente 25 <109>, e b) partículas de expansão, em que o tamanho médio de pelo menos uma dimensão é maior que o diâmetro médio dos agregados porosos, em que a proporção em peso dos agregados porosos para as partículas de expansão é de cerca de 0,01:1 a aproximadamente 3:1. The present invention relates to a pigment composition, in the form of an aqueous dispersion, comprising: a) porous aggregates, formed by aggregation of principal particles of colloidal silica, aluminosilicate or a mixture thereof in an aqueous sol, said porous aggregates having an average diameter from about 0.03 <109> to approximately 25 <109>, and b) expansion particles, wherein the average size of at least one dimension is larger than the average diameter of porous aggregates, where the proportion in The weight of porous aggregates for the expansion particles is from about 0.01: 1 to about 3: 1. The invention further relates to a process for producing said pigment composition, a paper or cardboard coating composition and a process thereof and to a paper or cardboard coating process and further to a paper or cardboard that can be obtained by this process.
