Abstract
COMPOSIçãO FLAVORIZANTE, SUBSTáNCIA, USO DE UMA OU MAIS SUBSTáNCIAS QUE MELHORAM O SABOR, PROCESSO PARA MELHORAR O SABOR DE UM PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO, UMA BEBIDA, UM PRODUTO FARMACêUTICO, UM PRODUTO DE TABACO OU UM PRODUTO PARA O CUIDADO ORAL, E, PRODUTO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição flavorizante, compreendendo: uma ou mais substâncias flavorizantes; e uma ou mais substâncias que melhoram o sabor, selecionadas a partir do grupo que consiste de: substâncias de acordo com a fórmula (I): CH~ 2~-OH- (CHOH)~ 4~-CO-NH-CH~ 2~-CH~ 2~-X em que X representa -OH, -O(CO)R,-OPO~ 3~H~ 2~, -PO~ 3~H~ 2~, -OSO~ 3~H ou -SO~ 3~H, e R representa um grupo C~ 2~-C~ 10~, que compreende pelo menos um grupo ácido carboxílico; e sais comestíveis do mesmo, em que caso a composição flavorizante contenha N-gluconil etanolamina ou um sal do mesmo, a razão, em peso, das substâncias que melhoram o sabor e das substâncias flavorizantes é inferior a 50:1. A invenção refere-se ainda a substâncias de acordo com a fórmula (I) em que X representa -O(CO)R,-OPO~ 3~H~ 2~, -PO~ 3~H~ 2~, -OSO~ 3~H ou -SO~ 3~H, e R representa um grupo C~ 2~-C~ 10~, que compreende pelo menos um grupo ácido carboxílico; e sais comestíveis do mesmo.
