Abstract

UNIDADE TURBOCHARGER COMPREENDENDO TURBINA DE DUPLA ENTRADA. A presente invenção se refere a uma unidade turbocharger (18) para um motor de combustão interna multicilindro possuindo pelo menos duas linhas de exaustão (15,16) para a evacuação de gases a partir da câmara de combustão (11) do motor e pelo menos uma linha de admissão (12) para o suprimento de ar para referida câmara de combustão. A unidade turbocharger (18) compreende pelo menos uma turbina (17) está proporcionada com um alojamento configurado em rosca sem fim possuindo pelo menos dois caminhos de fluxo (15,16) que estão definidos por intermédio de lingüetas de guia (35) no alojamento e que conduzem fluxos de exaustão mutuamente separados por intermédio de lâminas de estator (34) para pelo menos uma roda de turbina (17,23). De maneira a manter a energia cinética nos fluxos de exaustão separados, cada respectiva lingüeta de guia (35) encontra uma lâmina de estator (37) entendida em direção da lingüeta. Em concordância com a presente invenção, a referida unidade turbocharger (18) está caracterizada pelo fato de que a lâmina de estator (37) estendida em direção de cada respectiva lingüeta de guia (35) está prolongada em comparação para as outras lâminas de estator (34).
