Abstract
"cDNA MODIFICADO PARA OS NìVEIS DE EXPRESSãO ELEVADOS DO FATOR VIII E SEUS DERIVADOS". A presente invenção se refere às seqüências de DNA modificadas que codificam para o fator VIII humano recombinante biologicamente ativo e seus derivados, os vetores de expressão recombinante que contém as ditas seqüências de DNA, as células hospedeiras transformadas por meio dos vetores de expressão recombinante e os processos para a produção do fator VIII humano recombinante e seus derivados. A invenção também se refere a um vetor de transferência para uso em terapia genética humana que compreende tais seqüências de DNA modificadas. A presente invenção refere-se às seqüências de DNA modificado que codificam para o fator VIII humano recombinante biologicamente ativo e seus derivados, os vetores de expressão recombinante que contém as ditas seqüências de DNA, as células hospedeiras transformadas por meio dos vetores de expressão recombinante e os processos para a produção do fator VIII humano recombinante e seus derivados. A invenção se refere igualmente a um vetor de transferência utilizado em uma terapia genética humana que compreende as seqüências de DNA modificadas.
