Abstract

"APARELHO DE TAMPONAMENTO E DOSAGEM DE NITROGêNIO E MéTODO DE TAMPONAMENTO DE RECIPIENTES". Um aparelho de tamponamento e dosagem de nitrogênio (10) para recipientes inclui uma máquina de tamponamento rotativa (12), a qual é configurada para receber de forma serial recipientes preenchidos (C) e aplicar fechamentos (CL) aos respectivos recipientes. O presente aparelho inclui um sistema de dosagem (16) para a injeção de um gás inerte, tipicamente nitrogênio em forma líquida, para o espaço aéreo de cada recipiente (C) para melhoria da integridade e da rigidez da embalagem, e para melhoria do frescor e do sabor do conteúdo do recipiente. Notadamente, o sistema de dosagem (16) é configurado para efetuar uma injeção de nitrogênio próxima de ou no assim denominado ponto de transferência da máquina de tamponamento (12), desse modo desejavelmente abatendo a dissipação de nitrogênio e melhorando a dosagem consistente e eficiente do produto.
