Abstract

Un aparato de tapado y dosaje de nitrógeno para envases que incluye una máquina de tapado giratorio que está configurada para recibir serialmente envases llenados, y aplicar cierres a respectivos a cada uno de los envases. El presente aparato incluye un sistema de dosaje para inyectar un gas inerte, típicamente nitrógeno en forma líquida, al espacio superior de cada envase para mejorar la integridad y la rigidez del empaque, y para mejorar la frescura y sabor del contenido del envase. Notablemente, el sistema de dosaje está configurado para efectuar la inyección de nitrógeno próximamente o en el denominado punto de transferencia de la máquina de tapado, reduciendo de este modo convenientemente la disipación de nitrógeno, y mejorando en forma consistente y eficiente el dosaje de producto.
