Abstract

"RESINA HIDRóFILA E SEU PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO". Os objetivos da presente invenção são: fornecer uma resina hidrófila que apresenta equilibrio excelente entre os desempenhos de absorção na água; e também fornecer um processo pelo qual a resina hidrófila, que apresenta propriedades de absorção excelentes, possa ser produzida, mesmo se nenhum solvente orgânico hidrofílico for utilizado, ou mesmo se sua quantidade for extremamente reduzida quando realizando o tratamento de reticulação de superfície; e também apresentar uma resina hidrófila ótima para artigos absorventes, tais como fraldas. Como um meio para a obtenção destes objetivos, o processo, de acordo com a presente invenção, para produção da resina hidrófila compreende: uma etapa (1) de polimerização de um componente monómero incluindo um grupo ácido contendo um monómero insaturado como um componente essencial, para desta forma obter um polimero de hidrogel; uma etapa (2) de secagem e pulverização do polimero de hidrogel para obter um pó de resina hidrófila; uma etapa (3) de adição de um agente de tratamento de reticulação de superficie ao pó da resina hidrófila, onde esse agente inclui um agente de reticulação de superficie e água como componentes essenciais, apresenta um conteúdo do solvente orgânico hidrofilico de 0 a 10% de massa em relação ao agente de tratamento de reticulação de superficie; e uma etapa (4) de aquecimento da mistura resultante para dessa forma realizar o tratamento de reticulação de superficie, onde o tempo gasto entre a etapa (3) até o inicio da etapa (4) é de 5 minutos.
