Abstract

"SISTEMA DE REFRIGERAçãO PARA REFRIGERAR COMPONENTES DE FERRAMENTAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de refrigeração para refrigerar componentes de ferramentas (1) com a ajuda de um fluido que é conduzido através de dutos de conexão (7, 8, 9) a partir de uma entrada de fluido (2) para uma saída de fluido (3), sendo que os componentes das ferramentas (1) estão dispostos entre pelo menos um duto de conexão (7, 8) conectado à entrada do fluido (2) e pelo menos um duto de conexão (7, 8) conectado à saída do fluido (3) em conexão de passagem. Para que outros componentes das ferramentas também possam ser refrigerados fora das buchas que formam cavidades com alta eficiência e quando do aumento da turbulência do fluido, de acordo com a invenção é previsto que pelo menos um duto de conexão adicional (10 a 12) seja conectado entre o pelo menos um duto de entrada (7) conectado à entrada do fluido (2), por um lado, e a pelo menos um duto de conexão (8) conectado à saída do fluido (3) e conectados componentes de ferramenta (1) sejam em conexão de vazão, de tal modo que o fluido passe sucessivamente através com este ultimo de pelo menos dois componentes das ferramentas (1) no caminho de vazão.
