Abstract

"COMPRESSOR HERMéTICO". Sendo que a presente invenção compreende um compressor hermético, no qual uma pluralidade de fendas de óleo são formadas em um assento de rolamento que acomoda um rolamento de esfera. Durante uma operação do compressor hermético, o óleo flui através da pluralidade de fendas de óleo, enquanto mantém hidraulicamente elevado uma superfície inferior do rolamento Caracterizado pelo fato que, mesmo quando um impacto é aplicado de um pistão para um eixo rotacional durante uma operação de compressão de refrigerante do pistão na câmara de compressão, a carga de impacto imposta sobre o rolamento de esfera é distribuída de forma uniforme ao longo da junção entre o anel inferior e todas as esferas do rolamento de esferas, já que o óleo mantém hidraulicamente elevado o anel inferior do rolamento de esfera. O rolamento de esfera então, gira suavemente e suporta efetivamente a rotação de uma parte excêntrica do eixo rotacional. Caracterizado pelo fato que, o compressor hermético reduz a vibração das esferas e do anel inferior do rolamento de esferas, e diminui o ruído causado pela vibração. Além do mais, o compressor hermético tem uma eficiência operacional melhorada.
