Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "DISPOSITIVO DE LIGAçãO ENTRE UMIMPLANTE DENTáRIO E UM PIVÈ". O conjunto de ligação entreum implante dentário (1) convencional e o pivó (2) reto ou angularpode ser produzido através de um parafuso básico (3) e de um anelde apoio (4). No encaixe do pivó (2), próximo de sua aresta inferior,o anel de apoio (4) está fixamente integrado, estando depreferência soldado ou preso por meio de dobramento da arestainferior do pivó (2). Antes da introdução do anel de apoio (4) oparafuso básico (3) com a cabeça na frente é introduzido pelo ladoda seção da raiz do pivó (2) no interior da admissão (24). Por partedo anel de apoio (4), no qual está assentado o parafuso básico (3),esta unidade é mantida no pivó (2). A haste rosqueada (32) doparafuso básico (3) penetra na perfuração de rosca interna (14)prevista no implante (1) e puxa o pivó (2) para o interior daperfuração de encaixe (12) do implante (1). Neste processo umaface oblíqua do parafuso básico (3) e uma chanfradura no anel deapoio (4) passam a ficar apoiados reciprocamente, de maneira quea costura de solda, ou seja, o dobramento na aresta inferior do pivó(2) é aliviado de forças axiais. O conjunto de ligação foi concebidoespecialmente para implantes (1) com uma perfuração de encaixe(12) cónica e uma peça poligonal interna, bem como os pivós (2)com cones externos complementares e peça poligonal externa.
