Abstract

"PROCESSOS PARA AUMENTAR AS PROPRIEDADES DE UM VEìCULO PARA CATALISADOR ATRAVéS DE UM TRATAMENTO, PARA PREPARAR UM CATALISADOR, E PARA A EPOXIDAçãO CATALìTICA DE UM ALCENO COM UM GáS CONTENDO OXIGêNIO" A invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de um catalisador tendo propriedades aumentadas, o citado processo compreendendo selecionar um veículo, baixar a concentração de espécies ionizáveis presentes na superfície do veículo, e depositar uma quantidade cataliticamente efetiva de um ou mais metais cataliticamente reativos no veículo. A invenção além disso refere-se a catalisadores feitos a partir do processo e para o uso de tais catalisadores em processos de epoxidação de alceno. Nos exemplos a redução da concentração de espécies ionizáveis é obtida através da lavagem do veículo alfa alumina com a água fervente. A seguir o veículo secado é impregnado com um promotor e a prata.
