Abstract

''DISPOSITIVO DE SINCRONIZAçãO EM UMA CAIXA DE TRANSMISSãO DE VEìCULO'' Dispositivo de sincronização em uma caixa de transmissão com sincronização dupla. O torque é transmitido entre o anel de sincronização interno e externo (11 e 12, respectivamente) por meio de um disco de acionamento (20), que é feito com dedos de acionamento radiais (22, 23), que engatam em entalhes no anel de sincronização respectivo. Os dedos de acionamento (22) para o anel de sincronização externo (12) são axialmente curvados para fora e são recebidos em entalhes (26) em uma luva guia a fim de salvar o espaço axial.
