Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA AJUSTAR A FASE DE ENGRENAMENTO DE CORRENTE EM UM ACIONAMENTO DE EIXO DE COMANDO DE VáLVULAS EM UM MOTOR EM V PARA REDUZIR RUìDO"<D>. Um sistema de acionamento por corrente (58) para utilização primariamente em acionamentos de sincronização automotivos, especificamente motores do tipo em V e motores separados horizontalmente que tem um acionamento de corrente separado para cada bloco (60, 72), com rodas dentadas coaxiais de acionamento de eixo de manivelas (66, 68), no qual a corrente (70, 82) que engrena com estas rodas dentadas de acionamento é escalonada de bloco para bloco (60, 70) para reduzir o nível de ruído do sistema de acionamento por corrente. Este ajuste de fase de engatamento é realizada deslocando (93a, 93b) a guia de ramo tensionado (70a, 82a) de um bloco (60, 72) uma quantidade maior que o bloco oposto, aumentando efetivamente o enrolamento da corrente (94), e com isto obrigando um engatamento retardado roda dentada de rolete dentada em relação ao bloco oposto. A colisão do rolete durante o engrenamento será, portanto, ajustada em fase de bloco para bloco, e os níveis de ruído resultantes gerados a partir deles será reduzido como resultado deste ajuste em fase.
